【吕振中】你看，这是我准备好了、要第三次到你们那里去的；我也不会连累你们。因为我求的并不是你们的财物，乃是你们自己；因为不是儿女为父母积蓄，而是父母为儿女。

lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children.

ready to visit you for the third time, and I will not be a burden to you,
because what I want is not your possessions but you. After all, children should
not have to save up for their parents, but parents for their children.

not exploit you, did he? Did we not act in the same spirit and follow the same
course?

uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed.
【NIV】I am afraid that when I come again my God will humble me before you,
and I will be grieved over many who have sinned earlier and have not repented of
the impurity, sexual sin and debauchery in which they have indulged.
【BBE】And that when I come again, my God may put me to shame among you, and I
may have grief for those who have done wrong before and have had no regret for
their unclean ways, and for the evil desires of the flesh to which they have
given way.
【ASV】lest again when I come my God should humble me before you,
and I should mourn for many of them that have sinned heretofore, and repented
not of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they
committed.
