2:1 [cbb5] 大衛的死期臨近了、就囑咐他兒子所羅門說、
    [kjv] Now the days of David drew nigh that he should die; and he charged Solomon his son, saying,
    [strongs] 7126 And drew near 3117 the days of 1732 David 4191 to die, 6680 and he commanded 8010 Solomon 1121 his son, 0559 saying,
2:2 [cbb5] 我現在要走世人必走的路、所以你當剛強作大丈夫、
    [kjv] I go the way of all the earth: be thou strong therefore, and shew thyself a man;
    [strongs] 0595 I 1980 am going 7870 in the way of 3605 all 0776 the earth, 2380 and you be strong, 1961 and be 0376 a man.
2:3 [cbb5] 遵守耶和華你　神所吩咐的、照著摩西律法上所寫的行主的道、謹守他的律例、誡命、典章、法度、這樣、你無論作甚麼事、不拘往何處去、盡都亨通。
    [kjv] And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself:
    [strongs] 8104 And keep 4931 the charge of 3068 Yahweh 0430 your God, 1980 to walk 1870 in His ways 8104 to keep 2706 His statutes, 4687 His commands, 4941 and His judgments, 5715 and His testimonies, 3789 as it is written 8451 in the law of 4872 Moses, 4616 so that 7919 you may do wisely 3605 all 0834 that 6213 you do. 0853 And 3605 wher- 0834 ever 6437 you may turn, 8033 there,
2:4 [cbb5] 耶和華必成就向我所應許的話說、你的子孫若謹慎自己的行為、盡心盡意誠誠實實的行在我面前、就不斷人坐以色列的國位。
    [kjv] That the LORD may continue his word which he spake concerning me, saying, If thy children take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail thee (said he) a man on the throne of Israel.
    [strongs] 4616 so that 6965 may establish 3068 Yahweh 1697 His word 0834 which 1696 He spoke 0000 to me, 0559 saying, 0518 If 8104 take heed 1121 your sons 1870 to their way, 1980 to walk 6440 before Me 0571 in truth, 3605 with all 3820 their heart, 3605 and with all 5315 their soul. 0559 Saying, 3808 not 3772 will be cut off 0000 to you 0376 A man 5921 from 3678 the throne of 3478 Israel.
2:5 [cbb5] 你知道洗魯雅的兒子約押向我所行的、就是殺了以色列的兩個元帥、尼珥的兒子、押尼珥、和益帖的兒子亞瑪撒、他在太平之時流這二人的血、如在爭戰之時一樣、將這血染了腰間束的帶、和腳上穿的鞋。
    [kjv] Moreover thou knowest also what Joab the son of Zeruiah did to me, and what he did to the two captains of the hosts of Israel, unto Abner the son of Ner, and unto Amasa the son of Jether, whom he slew, and shed the blood of war in peace, and put the blood of war upon his girdle that was about his loins, and in his shoes that were on his feet.
    [strongs] 1571 And also, 0859 you 3045 know 0834 what 6213 did 0000 to me 3097 Joab, 1121 the son of 6870 Zeruiah, 0834 that which 6213 he did 0826 to the two captains of 6635 the armies of 3478 Israel, 0074 to Abner 1121 the sons of 5369 Ner, 6021 and to Amasa 1121 the son of 3500 Jether, 2026 that he murdered them. 7690 And shed 1818 the blood 4421 of war 7965 in peace, 5414 and put 1818 the blood 4421 of war 2290 on his belt, 0834 that {was} 4975 on his loins, 5275 and in his sandals 0834 that {were} 7272 on his feet.
2:6 [cbb5] 所以你要照你的智慧行、不容他白頭安然下陰間。
    [kjv] Do therefore according to thy wisdom, and let not his hoar head go down to the grave in peace.
    [strongs] 6213 And do 2027 according to 2451 your wisdom, 3808 but not 3381 do let go down 7872 his grey hair 7965 in peace 7585 {to} Sheol.
2:7 [cbb5] 你當恩待基列人巴西萊的眾子、使他們常與你同席喫飯、因為我躲避你哥哥押沙龍的時候、他們拿食物來迎接我。
    [kjv] But shew kindness unto the sons of Barzillai the Gileadite, and let them be of those that eat at thy table: for so they came to me when I fled because of Absalom thy brother.
    [strongs] 1121 And to the sons of 1271 Barzillai, 1569 the Gileadite 6213 you will do 2617 kindness, 1961 and they will be 0398 among those eating of 7979 your table, 3588 for 3651 so 7126 they drew near 0000 to me 1272 when I ran away 6480 from the face of 0053 Absalom 0251 your brother.
2:8 [cbb5] 在你這裡有巴戶琳的便雅憫人、基拉的兒子示每．我往瑪哈念去的那日、他用狠毒的言語咒罵我、後來卻下約但河迎接我、我就指著耶和華向他起誓、說、我必不用刀殺你。
    [kjv] And, behold, thou hast with thee Shimei the son of Gera, a Benjamite of Bahurim, which cursed me with a grievous curse in the day when I went to Mahanaim: but he came down to meet me at Jordan, and I sware to him by the LORD, saying, I will not put thee to death with the sword.
    [strongs] 2009 And, look, 5973 with you {is} 8096 Shimei 1121 the son of 1617 Gera, 3228 the Benjamite 0980 of Bahurim. 1931 And he 7043 cursed me 7045 {with} a curse 4834 grievous 3117 in the day 1980 I went 4266 {to} Mahanaim. 1931 And he 1980 came down 7125 to meet me 3383 {at} the Jordan {River}, 7650 and I swore 0000 to him 3068 by Yahweh, 0559 saying, 3808 not 7650 I will kill you 2719 by the sword.
2:9 [cbb5] 現在你不要以他為無罪、你是聰明人、必知道怎樣待他、使他白頭見殺、流血下到陰間。
    [kjv] Now therefore hold him not guiltless: for thou art a wise man, and knowest what thou oughtest to do unto him; but his hoar head bring thou down to the grave with blood.
    [strongs] 6258 And now, 0408 not 5352 do acquit him, 3588 for 0376 a man 2450 wise 0859 you {are}, 3045 and you know 0834 that which 6213 you will do 0000 to him, 3381 and will bring down 7872 his grey hair 1818 with blood 7585 {to} Sheol.
2:10 [cbb5] 大衛與他列祖同睡、葬在大衛城。
    [kjv] So David slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David.
    [strongs] 7901 And slept 1732 David 0000 with 0001 his forefathers, 6912 and was buried 5892 in the city of 1732 David.
2:11 [cbb5] 大衛作以色列王四十年．在希伯崙作王七年、在耶路撒冷作王三十三年。
    [kjv] And the days that David reigned over Israel were forty years: seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem.
    [strongs] 3117 And the days 0834 that 4427 ruled 1732 David 5921 over 3478 Israel 0705 {were} forty 8141 years. 2275 In Hebron 4427 he ruled 7651 seven 8141 years, 3389 and in Jerusalem, 4427 he ruled 7970 thirty- 7967 three 8141 years.
2:12 [cbb5] 所羅門坐他父親大衛的位、他的國甚是堅固。
    [kjv] Then sat Solomon upon the throne of David his father; and his kingdom was established greatly.
    [strongs] 8010 And Solomon 3427 sat 5921 on 3678 the throne of 1732 David 0001 his father 3559 and was established 4438 his kingdom 0386 firmly.
2:13 [cbb5] 哈及的兒子亞多尼雅、去見所羅門的母親拔示巴、拔示巴問他說、你來是為平安麼．回答說、是為平安。
    [kjv] And Adonijah the son of Haggith came to Bathsheba the mother of Solomon. And she said, Comest thou peaceably? And he said, Peaceably.
    [strongs] 0935 And came 0138 Adonijah 1121 the son of 2294 Haggith 0413 to 1339 Bathsheba, 0517 the mother of 8010 Solomon. 0559 And she said, 7965 In peace 0935 do you come? 0559 And he said, 7965 Peace.
2:14 [cbb5] 又說、我有話對你說、拔示巴說、你說罷。
    [kjv] He said moreover, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And she said, Say on.
    [strongs] 0559 And he said 1697 {May be} a word 0000 to me 0000 {and} to you? 0559 And she said, 1696 Speak.
2:15 [cbb5] 亞多尼雅說、你知道國原是歸我的．以色列眾人也都仰望我作王．不料國反歸了我兄弟、因他得國是出乎耶和華。
    [kjv] And he said, Thou knowest that the kingdom was mine, and that all Israel set their faces on me, that I should reign: howbeit the kingdom is turned about, and is become my brother's: for it was his from the LORD.
    [strongs] 0559 And he said, 0859 You 3045 know 3588 that 0000 to me 1961 was 4438 the kingdom, 5921 and toward me 7760 had set 3605 all 3478 Israel 6440 their face 4427 to rule. 5437 Yet has turned around 4438 the kingdom 1961 and is 0251 to my brother, 3588 for 3068 from Yahweh 1961 it was 0000 to him.
2:16 [cbb5] 現在我有一件事求你、望你不要推辭．拔示巴說、你說罷。
    [kjv] And now I ask one petition of thee, deny me not. And she said unto him, Say on.
    [strongs] 6258 And now, 7596 petition 0259 one 0595 I 7592 am asking 0000 of you. 0408 not 7725 Do turn back 0639 your face. 0559 And she said 0000 to him, 1696 Speak.
2:17 [cbb5] 他說、求你請所羅門王、將書念的女子亞比煞賜我為妻、因他必不推辭你。
    [kjv] And he said, Speak, I pray thee, unto Solomon the king, (for he will not say thee nay,) that he give me Abishag the Shunammite to wife.
    [strongs] 0559 And he said, 1696 speak, 4994 Please 8010 to Solomon 4428 the king, 3588 for 3808 not 7725 he will turn back 0639 your face, 5414 that he give 0000 to me 0049 Abishag 7767 the Shunammmite 0802 for a wife.
2:18 [cbb5] 拔示巴說、好、我必為你對王題說。
    [kjv] And Bathsheba said, Well; I will speak for thee unto the king.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 1339 Bathsheba, 2896 {Very} well. 0595 I 1696 will speak 5921 concerning you 0413 to 4428 the king.
2:19 [cbb5] 於是拔示巴去見所羅門王、要為亞多尼雅題說、王起來迎接、向他下拜、就坐在位上、吩咐人為王母設一座位．他便坐在王的右邊。
    [kjv] Bathsheba therefore went unto king Solomon, to speak unto him for Adonijah. And the king rose up to meet her, and bowed himself unto her, and sat down on his throne, and caused a seat to be set for the king's mother; and she sat on his right hand.
    [strongs] 0935 And came 1339 Bathsheba 0413 to 4428 King 8010 Solomon 1696 to speak 0000 to him 5568 about 0138 Adonijah. 2224 And rose 4428 the king 7125 to meet her 7812 and bowed himself 0000 to her 3427 and sat 5921 on 3678 his throne, 7760 and placed 3678 a throne 0517 for the mother of 4428 the king. 3427 And she sat 3225 at his right hand.
2:20 [cbb5] 拔示巴說、我有一件小事求你、望你不要推辭．王說、請母親說、我必不推辭。
    [kjv] Then she said, I desire one small petition of thee; I pray thee, say me not nay. And the king said unto her, Ask on, my mother: for I will not say thee nay.
    [strongs] 0559 And she said, 7596 petition 0259 one 6996 small 0595 I 7592 ask 0853 of you. 0408 not 7725 Do turn back 6440 my face. 0559 And said 0000 to her 4428 the king, 7592 Ask, 0517 my mother 3588 for 3808 not 7725 I will turn back 0639 your face.
2:21 [cbb5] 拔示巴說、求你將書念的女子亞比煞賜給你哥哥亞多尼雅為妻。
    [kjv] And she said, Let Abishag the Shunammite be given to Adonijah thy brother to wife.
    [strongs] 0559 And she said, 5414 Let be given 0049 Abishag 7767 the Shunammite 0138 to Adonijah 0251 your brother 0802 for a wife.
2:22 [cbb5] 所羅門王對他母親說、為何單替他求書念的女子亞比煞呢、也可以為他求國罷．他是我的哥哥、他有祭司亞比亞他、和洗魯雅的兒子約押為輔佐。
    [kjv] And king Solomon answered and said unto his mother, And why dost thou ask Abishag the Shunammite for Adonijah? ask for him the kingdom also; for he is mine elder brother; even for him, and for Abiathar the priest, and for Joab the son of Zeruiah.
    [strongs] 6030 And answered 4428 King 8010 Solomon, 0559 and said 0517 to his mother, 4100 And why you 7592 are asking 0049 Abishag 7767 the Shunammite 0138 for Adonijah? 7592 Also ask 0000 for him 4438 the kingdom 3588 for 0251 he my brother 1419 older 4480 is, 0000 even for him, 0054 and for Abiathar 3548 the priest, 3097 and for Joab 1121 the son of 6870 Zeruiah.
2:23 [cbb5] 所羅門王就指著耶和華起誓、說、亞多尼雅這話是自己送命、不然、願　神重重的降罰與我。
    [kjv] Then king Solomon sware by the LORD, saying, God do so to me, and more also, if Adonijah have not spoken this word against his own life.
    [strongs] 7650 And swore 4428 King 8010 Solomon 3068 by Yahweh, 0559 saying, 3541 So 6213 will do 0000 to me 0430 God, 3541 and so 3254 more will do 3588 if {not} 5315 against his life 1696 has spoken 0138 Adonijah 1697 word 0000 this.
2:24 [cbb5] 耶和華堅立我、使我坐在父親大衛的位上、照著所應許的話為我建立家室、現在我指著永生的耶和華起誓、亞多尼雅今日必被治死。
    [kjv] Now therefore, as the LORD liveth, which hath established me, and set me on the throne of David my father, and who hath made me an house, as he promised, Adonijah shall be put to death this day.
    [strongs] 6258 And now, 2421 {as} lives 3068 Yahweh, 0834 who 3559 has established me 3427 and caused me to sit 5921 on 3678 the throne of 1732 David 0001 my father, 0834 and who 6213 has made 0000 for me 1004 a household, 0834 as 1696 He spoke, 3588 surely 3117 today 4191 will be executed 0138 Adonijah!
2:25 [cbb5] 於是所羅門王差遣耶何耶大的兒子比拿雅、將亞多尼雅殺死。
    [kjv] And king Solomon sent by the hand of Benaiah the son of Jehoiada; and he fell upon him that he died.
    [strongs] 7971 And sent 4428 King 8010 Solomon 3027 by the hand of 1141 Benaiah 1121 the son of 3077 Jehoiada, 5307 and he fell 5921 on him, 4191 and he died.
2:26 [cbb5] 王對祭司亞比亞他說、你回亞拿突歸自己的田地去罷、你本是該死的、但因你在我父親大衛面前抬過主耶和華的約櫃、又與我父親同受一切苦難、所以我今日不將你殺死。
    [kjv] And unto Abiathar the priest said the king, Get thee to Anathoth, unto thine own fields; for thou art worthy of death: but I will not at this time put thee to death, because thou barest the ark of the LORD God before David my father, and because thou hast been afflicted in all wherein my father was afflicted.
    [strongs] 0021 And to Abiathar 3548 the priest 0559 said 4428 the king, 6068 {to} Anathoth 1980 Go, 5921 to 7704 your fields. 3588 For 0376 a man of 4194 death 0859 you {are}. 3117 But in day 0000 this 3808 not 4191 I will execute you, 0000 because 5375 you have borne 0727 the chest of 0136 the Lord 3068 Yahweh 6440 before 1732 David 0001 my father, 0000 and because 6031 you were afflicted 3605 in all 0834 that 6031 was afflicted 0001 my father.
2:27 [cbb5] 所羅門就革除亞比亞他、不許他作耶和華的祭司．這樣、便應驗耶和華在示羅論以利家所說的話。
    [kjv] So Solomon thrust out Abiathar from being priest unto the LORD; that he might fulfil the word of the LORD, which he spake concerning the house of Eli in Shiloh.
    [strongs] 8628 And drove 8010 Solomon 0054 Abiathar 1961 from being 3548 priest 3068 to Yahweh, 4390 to fulfill 1697 the word of 3068 Yahweh 0834 which 1696 He spoke 1004 concerning the household of 5941 Eli 7887 in Shiloh.
2:28 [cbb5] 約押雖然沒有歸從押沙龍、卻歸從了亞多尼雅．他聽見這風聲、就逃到耶和華的帳幕、抓住祭壇的角。
    [kjv] Then tidings came to Joab: for Joab had turned after Adonijah, though he turned not after Absalom. And Joab fled unto the tabernacle of the LORD, and caught hold on the horns of the altar.
    [strongs] 6963 And the report 0935 came 5704 to 3097 Joab, 3588 for 3097 Joab 5186 had inclined 0310 after 0138 Adonijah, 0310 though after 0053 Absalom 3808 not 5186 he did incline. 5127 And ran away 3097 Joab 0413 to 0168 the tent of 3068 Yahweh, 2388 and lay hold 7161 on the horns of 4196 the altar.
2:29 [cbb5] 有人告訴所羅門王說、約押逃到耶和華的帳幕、現今在祭壇的旁邊．所羅門就差遣耶何耶大的兒子比拿雅說、你去將他殺死。
    [kjv] And it was told king Solomon that Joab was fled unto the tabernacle of the LORD; and, behold, he is by the altar. Then Solomon sent Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, saying, Go, fall upon him.
    [strongs] 5046 And it was told 4428 to King 8010 Solomon 5127 that had run away 3097 Joab 0413 to 0168 the tent of 3068 Yahweh, 2009 and, look 0681 {he was} by 4196 the altar. 7971 And sent 8010 Solomon 1141 Benaiah 1121 the son of 3077 Jehoiada, 0559 saying, 1980 Go, 6293 fall on him.
2:30 [cbb5] 比拿雅來到耶和華的帳幕、對約押說、王吩咐說、你出來罷．他說、我不出去、我要死在這裡．比拿雅就去回覆王說、約押如此如此回答我。
    [kjv] And Benaiah came to the tabernacle of the LORD, and said unto him, Thus saith the king, Come forth. And he said, Nay; but I will die here. And Benaiah brought the king word again, saying, Thus said Joab, and thus he answered me.
    [strongs] 0935 And came 1141 Benaiah 0413 into 0168 the tent of 3068 Yahweh, 0559 and said 0000 to him, 3541 So 0559 says 4428 the king, 3318 Come out. 0559 And he said, 3808 No, 3588 but 4100 here 4191 I will die. 7725 And brought back 1141 Benaiah 0853 to 4428 the king 1697 the word 0559 saying, 3541 So 0559 says 3097 Joab. 3541 Yes, 6030 so he answered me.
2:31 [cbb5] 王說、你可以照著他的話行、殺死他、將他葬埋、好叫約押流無辜人血的罪、不歸我和我的父家了。
    [kjv] And the king said unto him, Do as he hath said, and fall upon him, and bury him; that thou mayest take away the innocent blood, which Joab shed, from me, and from the house of my father.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0000 to him 4428 the king, 6213 Do 0834 as 0559 he has said, 5307 and fall 0000 on him, 6912 and bury him 5493 and turn aside 1818 the blood of 2600 innocence 0834 which 7690 shed 3097 Joab, 5921 off me, 5921 and off 1004 the household of 0001 my father.
2:32 [cbb5] 耶和華必使約押流人血的罪、歸到他自己的頭上、因為他用刀殺了兩個比他又義又好的人、就是以色列元帥尼珥的兒子押尼珥、和猶大元帥益帖的兒子亞瑪撒、我父親大衛卻不知道。
    [kjv] And the LORD shall return his blood upon his own head, who fell upon two men more righteous and better than he, and slew them with the sword, my father David not knowing thereof, to wit, Abner the son of Ner, captain of the host of Israel, and Amasa the son of Jether, captain of the host of Judah.
    [strongs] 7725 And will turn back 3068 Yahweh 1818 his blood 5921 on 7218 his own head, 0834 who 5307 has fallen 8147 on two 0376 men 6662 more righteous 2896 and better 4480 than he, 2026 and murdered them 2719 with the sword, 0001 and my father 1732 David 3808 not 3045 knowing {it}, 0074 Abner 1121 the son of 5369 Ner, 8269 the captain of 6635 the army of 3478 Israel, 0000 and 6021 Amasa 1121 the son of 3500 Jether, 8269 the captain of 6635 the army of 3063 Judah.
2:33 [cbb5] 故此流這二人血的罪、必歸到約押和他後裔的頭上、直到永遠．惟有大衛和他的後裔、並他的家與國、必從耶和華那裡得平安、直到永遠。
    [kjv] Their blood shall therefore return upon the head of Joab, and upon the head of his seed for ever: but upon David, and upon his seed, and upon his house, and upon his throne, shall there be peace for ever from the LORD.
    [strongs] 7725 You will return 1818 their blood 7218 on the head of 3097 Joab, 7218 and on the head of 2233 his seed 5769 forever. 1732 And {as} for David, 2233 and for his seed, 1004 and for his household, 3678 and for his throne, 1961 there will be 7965 peace 5704 until 5769 forever 5973 from 3068 Yahweh.
2:34 [cbb5] 於是耶何耶大的兒子比拿雅上去、將約押殺死、葬在曠野約押自己的墳墓裡。〔墳墓原文作房屋〕
    [kjv] So Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up, and fell upon him, and slew him: and he was buried in his own house in the wilderness.
    [strongs] 5927 And went up 1141 Benaiah 1121 the son of 3077 Jehoiada, 5307 and fell 0000 on him, 2026 and killed him 6912 and he was buried 1004 in his own house 4057 in the desert.
2:35 [cbb5] 王就立耶何耶大的兒子比拿雅作元帥、代替約押．又使祭司撒督代替亞比亞他。
    [kjv] And the king put Benaiah the son of Jehoiada in his room over the host: and Zadok the priest did the king put in the room of Abiathar.
    [strongs] 5414 And put 4428 the king 1141 Benaiah 1121 the son of 3077 Jehoiada 4725 in his place 5921 over 6635 the army, 6659 and Zadok 3548 the priest 5414 put 4428 the king 8478 in the place of 0054 Abiathar.
2:36 [cbb5] 王差遣人將示每召來、對他說、你要在耶路撒冷建造房屋居住、不可出來往別處去。
    [kjv] And the king sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Build thee an house in Jerusalem, and dwell there, and go not forth thence any whither.
    [strongs] 7971 And sent 4428 the king 7121 and called 8096 Shimei, 0559 and said 0000 to him, 1129 Build 0000 for yourself 1004 a house 3389 in Jerusalem, 3427 and live 8033 there, 3808 and not 3318 do go out 8033 from there 0575 to any- 0575 where.
2:37 [cbb5] 你當確實的知道、你何日出來過汲淪溪、何日必死．你的罪〔原文作血〕必歸到自己的頭上。
    [kjv] For it shall be, that on the day thou goest out, and passest over the brook Kidron, thou shalt know for certain that thou shalt surely die: thy blood shall be upon thine own head.
    [strongs] 1961 And it will be, 3117 in the day 3318 you go out, 5674 and cross 5158 the brook 6939 Kidron, 3045 certainly 3045 you will know 0000 that 4191 surely 4191 you will die. 1818 Your blood 1961 will be 7218 on your head.
2:38 [cbb5] 示每對王說、這話甚好．我主我王怎樣說、僕人必怎樣行．於是示每多日住在耶路撒冷。
    [kjv] And Shimei said unto the king, The saying is good: as my lord the king hath said, so will thy servant do. And Shimei dwelt in Jerusalem many days.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 8096 Shimei 4428 to the king, 2896 good {is} 1697 The word. 0834 As 1696 has spoken 0113 my lord, 4428 the king, 3651 so 6213 will do 5650 your servant. 3427 And lived 8096 Shimei 3389 in Jerusalem 3117 days 7227 many.
2:39 [cbb5] 過了三年、示每的兩個僕人逃到迦特王瑪迦的兒子亞吉那裡去．有人告訴示每說、你的僕人在迦特。
    [kjv] And it came to pass at the end of three years, that two of the servants of Shimei ran away unto Achish son of Maachah king of Gath. And they told Shimei, saying, Behold, thy servants be in Gath.
