8:1	[cbb5]	撒母耳年紀老邁、就立他兒子作以色列的士師。
	[kjv]	And it came to pass, when Samuel was old, that he made his sons judges over Israel.

8:3	[cbb5]	他兒子不行他的道、貪圖財利、收受賄賂、屈枉正直。
	[kjv]	And his sons walked not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted judgment.
	[strongs]	1980 did walk 1121 his sons 1870 in his ways, 5186 but turned aside 0310 after 1215 dishonest gain, 3947 and took 7810 a bribe, 5186 and perverted 4941 judgment.
8:4	[cbb5]	以色列的長老都聚集、來到拉瑪見撒母耳、
	[kjv]	Then all the elders of Israel gathered themselves together, and came to Samuel unto Ramah,
	[strongs]	6908 And gathered themselves 3605 all together 2205 the elders of 3478 Israel 0935 and came 0413 to 8050 Samuel, 7414 to Ramah,
8:5	[cbb5]	對他說、你年紀老邁了、你兒子不行你的道．現在求你為我們立一個王治理我們、像列國一樣。
	[kjv]	And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.
	[strongs]	0559 and said 0413 to him, 2009 Look, 0859 you 2204 are old 1121 and your sons 3808 not 1980 have walked 1870 in your ways. 6258 Now 7760 appoint 0000 to us 4428 a king 8199 to judge us 3605 like all 1471 the nations.
8:6	[cbb5]	撒母耳不喜悅他們說、立一個王治理我們．他就禱告耶和華。
	[kjv]	But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto the LORD.
	[strongs]	3415 And was bad 1697 the thing 5869 in the eyes of 8050 Samuel, 0834 when 0559 they said, 5414 Give 0000 to us 4428 a king, 0899 to judge us. 6419 And prayed 8050 Samuel 0413 to 3068 Yahweh.
8:7	[cbb5]	耶和華對撒母耳說、百姓向你說的一切話、你只管依從、因為他們不是厭棄你、乃是厭棄我、不要我作他們的王。
	[kjv]	And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.
	[strongs]	0559 And said 3068 Yahweh 0413 to 8050 Samuel, 8085 Listen 6963 to the voice of 5971 the people, 3605 to all 0834 that 0559 they say 0413 to you, 3588 for 3808 not 0853 you 3973 they have rejected, 8588 but 0853 Me 3973 they have rejected 4427 from ruling 0000 over them.
8:8	[cbb5]	自從我領他們出埃及到如今、他們常常離棄我、事奉別神、現在他們向你所行的、是照他們素來所行的。
	[kjv]	According to all the works which they have done since the day that I brought them up out of Egypt even unto this day, wherewith they have forsaken me, and served other gods, so do they also unto thee.

8:9	[cbb5]	故此你要依從他們的話、只是當警戒他們、告訴他們將來那王怎樣管轄他們。
	[kjv]	Now therefore hearken unto their voice: howbeit yet protest solemnly unto them, and shew them the manner of the king that shall reign over them.

8:10	[cbb5]	撒母耳將耶和華的話、都傳給求他立王的百姓、說、
	[kjv]	And Samuel told all the words of the LORD unto the people that asked of him a king.

8:11	[cbb5]	管轄你們的王必這樣行．他必派你們的兒子為他趕車、跟馬、奔走在車前．
	[kjv]	And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.
	[strongs]	0559 And said, 0000 This 1961 will be 4941 the privilege of 4428 the king 0834 who 4427 will rule 0000 over you. 1121 your sons 3947 He will take 7760 and put 0000 for himself 4818 among his chariots, 6571 and among his horsemen. 7323 And they will run 6440 before 4818 his chariots,
8:12	[cbb5]	又派他們作千夫長、五十夫長、為他耕種田地、收割莊稼．打造軍器和車上的器械。
	[kjv]	And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.

8:13	[cbb5]	必取你們的女兒為他製造香膏、作飯烤餅。
	[kjv]	And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers.
	[strongs]	0853 And 1323 your daughters 3947 he will take 7548 for perfumers, 2879 and for cooks, 0644 and for bakers.
8:14	[cbb5]	也必取你們最好的田地、葡萄園、橄欖園、賜給他的臣僕。
	[kjv]	And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them, and give them to his servants.
	[strongs]	0853 And 7704 your fields, 0853 and your 3954 vineyards 2132 and your oliveyards, 2896 the best 3947 he will take, 5414 and give 5650 to his servants.
8:15	[cbb5]	你們的糧食、和葡萄園所出的、他必取十分之一、給他的太監和臣僕。
	[kjv]	And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.
	[strongs]	2237 And your seeds 3754 and your vineyards, 5237 he will tithe 5414 and will give 5631 to his eunuchs 5650 and to his servants.
8:16	[cbb5]	又必取你們的僕人婢女、健壯的少年人、和你們的驢、供他的差役。
	[kjv]	And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.
	[strongs]	0853 And 5650 your male slaves 0853 and 8198 your female slaves 0853 and 0970 your young men 2896 best, 0853 and 2543 your donkeys 3947 he will take, 6213 and use 4399 for his own work.
8:17	[cbb5]	你們的羊群他必取十分之一、你們也必作他的僕人。
	[kjv]	He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.
	[strongs]	6629 your flock 6237 He will tithe 0859 and you 1961 will become 0000 to him 5650 servants.
8:18	[cbb5]	那時你們必因所選的王哀求耶和華、耶和華卻不應允你們。
	[kjv]	And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day.

8:19	[cbb5]	百姓竟不肯聽撒母耳的話、說、不然、我們定要一個王治理我們、
	[kjv]	Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;
	[strongs]	3985 But refused 5971 the people 8085 to listen 6963 to the voice of 8050 Samuel, 0559 and said, 3808 No, 3588 but 0518 - 4428 a king 1961 will be 0000 over us,
8:20	[cbb5]	使我們像列國一樣．有王治理我們、統領我們、為我們爭戰。
	[kjv]	That we also may be like all the nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and fight our battles.
	[strongs]	1961 and we will be 0000 even we, 3605 as all 1471 the nations. 8199 And will judge us 4428 our king 3318 and will go out 6440 ahead of us, 3898 and fight 4421 our battles.
8:21	[cbb5]	撒母耳聽見百姓這一切話、就將這話陳明在耶和華面前。
	[kjv]	And Samuel heard all the words of the people, and he rehearsed them in the ears of the LORD.
	[strongs]	8085 And heard 8050 Samuel 3605 all 1697 the words of 5971 the people, 1696 and spoke them 0241 in the ears of 3068 Yahweh.
8:22	[cbb5]	耶和華對撒母耳說、你只管依從他們的話、為他們立王．撒母耳對以色列人說、你們各歸各城去罷。
	[kjv]	And the LORD said to Samuel, Hearken unto their voice, and make them a king. And Samuel said unto the men of Israel, Go ye every man unto his city.
	[strongs]	0559 And said 3068 Yahweh 0413 to 8050 Samuel, 8085 Listen to 6963 their voice, 4427 and cause to rule 0000 over them 4428 a king. 0559 And said 8050 Samuel 0413 to 0376 the men of 3478 Israel, 1980 Go, 0376 each one 5892 to his city.
