23:1 [cbb5] 第七年耶何耶大奮勇自強、將百夫長耶羅罕的兒子亞撒利雅、約哈難的兒子以實瑪利、俄備得的兒子亞撒利雅、亞大雅的兒子瑪西雅、細基利的兒子以利沙法召來、與他們立約。
    [kjv] And in the seventh year Jehoiada strengthened himself, and took the captains of hundreds, Azariah the son of Jeroham, and Ishmael the son of Jehohanan, and Azariah the son of Obed, and Maaseiah the son of Adaiah, and Elishaphat the son of Zichri, into covenant with him.
    [strongs] 8141 And in the year 7637 seventh 2388 made himself strong 3077 Jehoiada 3947 and took 7218 the heads of 3967 the hundreds. 5838 Azariah 1121 the son of 3395 Jeroham, 5458 and Ishmael 1121 the son of 3076 Jehohanan, 5838 and Azariah 1121 the son of 5744 Obed, 0000 and 4641 Maaseiah 1121 the son of 5718 Adaiah, 0000 and 0478 Elishaphat 1121 the son of 2147 Zichri, 0000 with him 1285 into a covenant.
23:2 [cbb5] 他們走遍猶大、從猶大各城裡招聚利未人、和以色列的眾族長、到耶路撒冷來。
    [kjv] And they went about in Judah, and gathered the Levites out of all the cities of Judah, and the chief of the fathers of Israel, and they came to Jerusalem.
    [strongs] 5437 And they went around 3063 in Judah 6908 and gathered 3881 the Levites 3605 out of all 5892 the cities of 3063 Judah, 7218 and the chiefs of 0001 the fathers of 3478 Israel, 0935 and came 0413 to 3389 Jerusalem.
23:3 [cbb5] 會眾在　神殿裡與王立約。耶何耶大對他們說、看哪、王的兒子必當作王、正如耶和華指著大衛子孫所應許的話。
    [kjv] And all the congregation made a covenant with the king in the house of God. And he said unto them, Behold, the king's son shall reign, as the LORD hath said of the sons of David.

23:4 [cbb5] 又說、你們當這樣行．祭司和利未人、凡安息日進班的三分之一、要把守各門．
    [kjv] This is the thing that ye shall do; A third part of you entering on the sabbath, of the priests and of the Levites, shall be porters of the doors;

23:5 [cbb5] 三分之一、要在王宮、三分之一、要在基址門．眾百姓要在耶和華殿的院內。
    [kjv] And a third part shall be at the king's house; and a third part at the gate of the foundation: and all the people shall be in the courts of the house of the LORD.
    [strongs] 7992 the and third 1004 at the house 4428 king's, 7992 and the third 8179 at Gate 3245 the Foundation. 3605 And all 5971 the people 0854 in the 2691 courts of 1004 the house of 3068 Yahweh.
23:6 [cbb5] 除了祭司、和供職的利未人之外、不准別人進耶和華的殿．惟獨他們可以進去、因為他們聖潔．眾百姓要遵守耶和華所吩咐的。
    [kjv] But let none come into the house of the LORD, save the priests, and they that minister of the Levites; they shall go in, for they are holy: but all the people shall keep the watch of the LORD.

23:7 [cbb5] 利未人要手中各拿兵器、四圍護衛王．凡擅入殿宇的、必當治死．王出入的時候、你們當跟隨他。
    [kjv] And the Levites shall compass the king round about, every man with his weapons in his hand; and whosoever else cometh into the house, he shall be put to death: but be ye with the king when he cometh in, and when he goeth out.
    [strongs] 5362 And will surround 3881 the Levites 4428 the king 5439 all around, 0376 each his 3627 with weapon 3027 in his hand. 0935 And he who goes into 1004 the house 4191 will be killed. 1961 And be 0000 with 4428 the king 0935 when he enters 3318 and when he leaves.
23:8 [cbb5] 利未人、和猶大眾人、都照著祭司耶何耶大一切所吩咐的去行．各帶所管安息日進班出班的人來．因為祭司耶何耶大不許他們下班。
    [kjv] So the Levites and all Judah did according to all things that Jehoiada the priest had commanded, and took every man his men that were to come in on the sabbath, with them that were to go out on the sabbath: for Jehoiada the priest dismissed not the courses.
    [strongs] 6213 And did 3881 the Levites 3605 and all 3063 Judah 3605 according to all things 0834 that 6680 had commanded 3077 Jehoiada 3548 the priest. 3947 And took 0376 every man 0376 his men 0935 those entering 7676 on the sabbath, 0000 with 3318 those going out 7676 on the sabbath, 3588 for 3808 not 6362 did dismiss 3077 Jehoiada 3548 the priest 4256 the divisions.
23:9 [cbb5] 祭司耶何耶大便將　神殿裡所藏大衛王的槍、盾牌、擋牌、交給百夫長．
    [kjv] Moreover Jehoiada the priest delivered to the captains of hundreds spears, and bucklers, and shields, that had been king David's, which were in the house of God.
    [strongs] 5414 And gave 3077 Jehoiada 3548 the priest 8268 to the heads of 3967 the hundreds 2595 the spears, 0000 and 7982 the shields, 0000 and 7982 the bucklers 0834 that {were} 4428 King 1732 David's, 0834 that {were} 1004 in the house of 0430 God.
23:10 [cbb5] 又分派眾民手中各拿兵器、在壇和殿那裡、從殿右直到殿左、站在王子的四圍。
    [kjv] And he set all the people, every man having his weapon in his hand, from the right side of the temple to the left side of the temple, along by the altar and the temple, by the king round about.
    [strongs] 5975 And he stationed 3605 all of 5971 the people, 0376 and each 7973 had his weapon 3027 in his hand, 3801 from the side of 1004 the house 3233 right 0000 to 3801 the side of 1004 the house 8042 left 4196 at the altar, 1004 and at the house 5921 by 4428 the king 5439 all around.
23:11 [cbb5] 於是領王子出來、給他戴上冠冕、將律法書交給他、立他作王．耶何耶大和眾子膏他．眾人說、願王萬歲。
    [kjv] Then they brought out the king's son, and put upon him the crown, and gave him the testimony, and made him king. And Jehoiada and his sons anointed him, and said, God save the king.
    [strongs] 3318 And they brought out 1121 the son of 4428 the king, 5414 and put 0000 on him 5145 the crown 0000 and 5715 the testimony, 4427 and made king 0000 him. 4886 And anointed him 3077 Jehoiada 1121 and his sons, 6817 and cried, 3427 Let live 4428 the king!
23:12 [cbb5] 亞他利雅聽見民奔走、讚美王的聲音、就到民那裡、進耶和華的殿．
    [kjv] Now when Athaliah heard the noise of the people running and praising the king, she came to the people into the house of the LORD:
    [strongs] 8085 And heard 6371 Athaliah 6963 the sound of 5971 the people 7323 who were running 1984 and who were praising 4428 the king. 0935 And she came in 0000 to 5971 the people 1004 in the house of 3068 Yahweh.
23:13 [cbb5] 看見王站在殿門的柱旁、百夫長和吹號的人侍立在王左右．國民都歡樂吹號．又有歌唱的、用各樣的樂器、領人歌唱讚美、亞他利雅就撕裂衣服、喊叫說、反了、反了。
    [kjv] And she looked, and, behold, the king stood at his pillar at the entering in, and the princes and the trumpets by the king: and all the people of the land rejoiced, and sounded with trumpets, also the singers with instruments of musick, and such as taught to sing praise. Then Athaliah rent her clothes, and said, Treason, Treason.
    [strongs] 7200 And looked. 2009 And behold, 4428 the king 5975 was standing 5921 by 5982 his pillar 3996 in the entrance, 7218 and the heads 2689 and the trumpets {were} 5921 by 4428 the king. 3605 And all 5971 the people of 0776 the land 8056 were rejoicing 5301 and blew 2689 with trumpets. 7891 And the singers 3627 with instruments of 7892 music. 3045 And giving signals 1984 to praise. 7167 And tore 6371 Athaliah 0899 her garments 0559 and said, 7195 Conspiracy! 7195 Conspiracy!
23:14 [cbb5] 祭司耶何耶大帶管轄軍兵的百夫長出來、吩咐他們說、將他趕到班外、凡跟隨他的必用刀殺死．因為祭司說、不可在耶和華殿裡殺他。
    [kjv] Then Jehoiada the priest brought out the captains of hundreds that were set over the host, and said unto them, Have her forth of the ranges: and whoso followeth her, let him be slain with the sword. For the priest said, Slay her not in the house of the LORD.
    [strongs] 3318 And brought out 3077 Jehoiada 3548 the priest 7218 the heads of 3967 the hundreds, 6485 those set over 2428 the army, 0559 and said 0000 to them, 3318 Bring her out 1004 from inside 7713 the ranks. 0935 And he who comes 0031 after her 4191 will be killed 2719 by the sword. 3588 For 0559 said 3548 the priest, 3808 not 4191 Do execute her 1004 {in} the house of 3068 Yahweh.
23:15 [cbb5] 眾兵就閃開、讓他去．他走到王宮的馬門、便在那裡把他殺了。
    [kjv] So they laid hands on her; and when she was come to the entering of the horse gate by the king's house, they slew her there.
    [strongs] 7760 And they laid 0000 to her 3027 hands, 0935 when she came 0413 into 6607 the entrance of 8179 Gate 5483 the Horses 1004 house 4428 at the king's 4191 and they executed her 8033 there.
23:16 [cbb5] 耶何耶大、與眾民、和王立約、都要作耶和華的民。
    [kjv] And Jehoiada made a covenant between him, and between all the people, and between the king, that they should be the LORD's people.
    [strongs] 3772 And cut 3077 Jehoiada 1285 a covenant 0996 between himself 0000 and 3605 all 5971 the people, 0996 and between 4428 the king, 1961 to be 5971 for a people 3068 to Yahweh.
23:17 [cbb5] 於是眾民都到巴力廟、拆毀了廟、打碎壇和像、又在壇前將巴力的祭司瑪坦殺了。
    [kjv] Then all the people went to the house of Baal, and brake it down, and brake his altars and his images in pieces, and slew Mattan the priest of Baal before the altars.
    [strongs] 1980 And went 3605 all 5971 the people 1004 into the house of 1168 Baal 5422 and broke it down. 0000 And 4196 his altars 0000 and 6754 his images 7665 they smashed, 0000 and 4977 Mattan 3548 the priest of 1168 Baal 2026 they killed 6440 before 4196 the altars.
23:18 [cbb5] 耶何耶大派官看守耶和華的殿、是在祭司利未人手下．這祭司利未人是大衛分派在耶和華殿中、照摩西律法上所寫的、給耶和華獻燔祭、又按大衛所定的例、歡樂歌唱．
    [kjv] Also Jehoiada appointed the offices of the house of the LORD by the hand of the priests the Levites, whom David had distributed in the house of the LORD, to offer the burnt offerings of the LORD, as it is written in the law of Moses, with rejoicing and with singing, as it was ordained by David.
    [strongs] 7760 And put 3077 Jehoiada 1004 the offices of 1004 the house of 3068 Yahweh 3027 into hand 3548 the priests. 3881 Levitical, 0834 whom 2505 had appointed 1732 David 5921 over 1004 the house of 3068 Yahweh, 5927 to offer 5930 the burnt-offerings of 3068 Yahweh 3789 as it is written 8451 in the law of 4872 Moses. 8057 With joy 7892 and with singing, 3027 by the hands of 1732 David.
23:19 [cbb5] 且設立守門的把守耶和華殿的各門、無論為何事、不潔淨的人都不准進去。
    [kjv] And he set the porters at the gates of the house of the LORD, that none which was unclean in any thing should enter in.
    [strongs] 5975 And he stationed 7778 the keepers 5921 at 8179 the gates of 1004 the house of 3068 Yahweh. 3808 And not 0935 could go in 2931 the unclean 3605 in any 1870 way.
23:20 [cbb5] 又率領百夫長、和貴冑、與民間的官長、並國中的眾民、請王從耶和華殿下來、由上門進入王宮、立王坐在國位上。
    [kjv] And he took the captains of hundreds, and the nobles, and the governors of the people, and all the people of the land, and brought down the king from the house of the LORD: and they came through the high gate into the king's house, and set the king upon the throne of the kingdom.
    [strongs] 3947 And he took 7218 the heads of 3967 the hundreds, 0000 and 2715 the nobles. 0000 And 4910 the rulers 5971 among the people, 0000 and 3605 all 5971 the people of 0776 the land, 3381 and brought down 4428 the king 1004 from the house of 3068 Yahweh. 0935 And they came in 3605 through 8179 the Gate 5942 Upper 1004 to the house 4428 king's 3427 and made sit 4428 the king 5921 on 3678 the throne of 4467 the kingdom.
23:21 [cbb5] 國民都歡樂、合城都安靜。眾人已將亞他利雅用刀殺了。
    [kjv] And all the people of the land rejoiced: and the city was quiet, after that they had slain Athaliah with the sword.
    [strongs] 8056 And rejoiced 3605 all 5971 the people of 0776 the land, 5892 and the city 8252 was quiet. 6371 And Athaliah 4191 they executed 2719 by the sword.
