32:1 [cbb5] 這虔誠的事以後、亞述王西拿基立、來侵入猶大、圍困一切堅固城、想要攻破佔據。
    [kjv] After these things, and the establishment thereof, Sennacherib king of Assyria came, and entered into Judah, and encamped against the fenced cities, and thought to win them for himself.
    [strongs] 0310 After 0428 these things 0571 and faithfulness 0000 this, 0935 came 5576 Sennacherib 4428 the king of 0804 Assyria. 0935 And he came 3063 into Judah 2583 and camped 0413 against 5892 the cities 1219 fortified, 1696 and spoke 1234 to break them 0000 for himself.
32:2 [cbb5] 希西家見西拿基立來、定意要攻打耶路撒冷、
    [kjv] And when Hezekiah saw that Sennacherib was come, and that he was purposed to fight against Jerusalem,
    [strongs] 7200 And saw 2396 Hezekiah 0935 that had come 5576 Sennacherib, 6440 and his face 4421 {was set} to battle 0413 against 3389 Jerusalem.
32:3 [cbb5] 就與首領和勇士商議、塞住城外的泉源、他們就都幫助他。
    [kjv] He took counsel with his princes and his mighty men to stop the waters of the fountains which were without the city: and they did help him.
    [strongs] 3289 And he counseled 0000 with 6520 his leaders 1368 and his strong ones, 5640 to stop up 4325 the waters of 1543 the springs 0834 that {were} 2351 on the outside 5892 of the city. 5826 And they helped him.
32:4 [cbb5] 於是有許多人聚集、塞了一切泉源、並通流國中的小河、說、亞述王來、為何讓他得著許多水呢。
    [kjv] So there was gathered much people together, who stopped all the fountains, and the brook that ran through the midst of the land, saying, Why should the kings of Assyria come, and find much water?
    [strongs] 6908 And were gathered 5971 people 7227 many 5640 and they stopped up 3605 all 1543 the springs, 0000 and 5158 the brook 1857 that was flowing 3605 through 0776 the land, 0559 saying, 4100 Why 0935 should come 4428 the king of 0804 Assyria 4672 and find 4325 water 7230 much?
32:5 [cbb5] 希西家力圖自強、就修築所有拆毀的城牆、高與城樓相齊、在城外又築一城、堅固大衛城的米羅、製造了許多軍器、盾牌．
    [kjv] Also he strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall without, and repaired Millo in the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance.
    [strongs] 2388 And he strengthened 1129 and built 3605 all 7023 the wall 6555 that was broken 5375 and raised 0000 on {it} 4026 the towers. 2351 And outside 7023 wall 0312 another, 2388 and strengthened 4026 the citadel of 5892 the city of 1732 David, 6213 and made 7973 javelins 7227 many 4043 and shields.
32:6 [cbb5] 設立軍長管理百姓、將他們招聚在城門的寬闊處、用話勉勵他們、說、
    [kjv] And he set captains of war over the people, and gathered them together to him in the street of the gate of the city, and spake comfortably to them, saying,
    [strongs] 5414 And he set 8269 officers of 4421 war 5921 over 5971 the people, 6908 and mustered them 0000 to him, 0413 to 7339 the square of 8179 the gate of 5892 the city 1696 and spoke 0413 to 3820 their heart, 0559 saying,
32:7 [cbb5] 你們當剛強壯膽、不要因亞述王和跟隨他的大軍恐懼、驚慌、因為與我們同在的、比與他們同在的更大．
    [kjv] Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him:
    [strongs] 2388 Be strong 0553 and brave, 0408 not 3372 do be afraid 0408 nor 2865 be terrified 6440 before 4428 the king of 0804 Assyria, 6440 and before 3605 all 1995 the multitude 0834 that {is} 0000 with him, 3588 for 0853 with us 7227 {are} more 5973 than with him.
32:8 [cbb5] 與他們同在的是肉臂、與我們同在的是耶和華我們的　神、他必幫助我們、為我們爭戰．百姓就靠猶大王希西家的話、安然無懼了。
    [kjv] With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is the LORD our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.
    [strongs] 5973 With him 2220 {is} an arm of 1320 flesh, 0000 but with us 3068 {is} Yahweh 0430 our God 3826 to help us, 3898 and to fight 4421 our battles. 5564 And were supported 5971 the people 5921 by 1697 the words of 2396 Hezekiah 4428 the king of 3063 Judah.
32:9 [cbb5] 此後、亞述王西拿基立、和他的全軍攻打拉吉、就差遣臣僕到耶路撒冷見猶大王希西家、和一切在耶路撒冷的猶大人、說、
    [kjv] After this did Sennacherib king of Assyria send his servants to Jerusalem, (but he himself laid siege against Lachish, and all his power with him,) unto Hezekiah king of Judah, and unto all Judah that were at Jerusalem, saying,
    [strongs] 0310 After 0000 this 7971 sent 5576 Sennacherib 4428 the king of 0804 Assyria 5650 his servants 3389 to Jerusalem- 1931 and he {was} 5921 against 3923 Lachish, 3605 and all 0475 his forces 0000 with him- 0413 against 2396 Hezekiah 4428 the king of 3063 Judah, 0413 and against 3605 all 3063 Judah 0834 that {was} 3389 in Jerusalem, 0559 saying,
32:10 [cbb5] 亞述王西拿基立如此說、你們倚靠甚麼、還在耶路撒冷受困呢。
    [kjv] Thus saith Sennacherib king of Assyria, Whereon do ye trust, that ye abide in the siege in Jerusalem?
    [strongs] 3541 Thus 0559 says 5576 Sennacherib 4428 the king of 0804 Assyria, 5921 On 4100 what 0859 you 0982 are trusting 3427 that you sit 4692 under siege 3389 in Jerusalem?
32:11 [cbb5] 希西家對你們說、耶和華我們的　神必救我們脫離亞述王的手、這不是誘惑你們、使你們受飢渴而死麼。
    [kjv] Doth not Hezekiah persuade you to give over yourselves to die by famine and by thirst, saying, The LORD our God shall deliver us out of the hand of the king of Assyria?
    [strongs] 3808 not 2396 Hezekiah 5496 is misleading 0000 you, 5414 to give up 0000 you 4191 to die 7458 by famine, 6772 and by thirst, 0559 saying, 3068 Yahweh 0430 our God 5337 will deliver us 3027 from the hand of 4428 the king of 0804 Assyria.
32:12 [cbb5] 這希西家豈不是廢去耶和華的邱壇和祭壇、吩咐猶大與耶路撒冷的人說你們當在一個壇前敬拜、在其上燒香麼。
    [kjv] Hath not the same Hezekiah taken away his high places and his altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall worship before one altar, and burn incense upon it?
    [strongs] 3808 not 0000 himself 2396 Hezekiah 5493 Has removed 1116 His high places, 0000 and 4196 His altars 0559 and spoke to 3063 Judah 3389 and Jerusalem, 0559 saying, 6440 Before 4196 altar 0259 one 7812 you will worship 5921 and on it 6999 you will offer incense?
32:13 [cbb5] 我與我列祖向列邦所行的、你們豈不知道麼．列邦的神、何嘗能救自己的國脫離我手呢。
    [kjv] Know ye not what I and my fathers have done unto all the people of other lands? were the gods of the nations of those lands any ways able to deliver their lands out of mine hand?
    [strongs] 3808 not 3045 Do you know 4100 what 6213 I have done. 0589 I, 0001 and my fathers 3605 to all 5971 the people of 0776 the lands? 3615 at all 3201 Were able 0430 the god of 1471 the nations of 0776 the lands 0346 to deliver 0127 their land 3027 out of my hand?
32:14 [cbb5] 我列祖所滅的國、那些神中誰能救自己的民脫離我手呢、難道你們的神能救你們脫離我手麼。
    [kjv] Who was there among all the gods of those nations that my fathers utterly destroyed, that could deliver his people out of mine hand, that your God should be able to deliver you out of mine hand?
    [strongs] 4310 Who 3605 among all 0430 the gods of 1471 nations 0428 these 0834 that 2763 utterly destroyed 0001 my fathers 3201 has been able 0346 to deliver 5971 his people 3027 out of my hand, 3588 that 3201 may be able 0430 your God 0346 to deliver 0000 you 3027 out of my hand?
32:15 [cbb5] 所以你們不要叫希西家這樣欺哄誘惑你們、也不要信他、因為沒有一國一邦的神、能救自己的民脫離我手、和我列祖的手、何況你們的神、更不能救你們脫離我的手。
    [kjv] Now therefore let not Hezekiah deceive you, nor persuade you on this manner, neither yet believe him: for no god of any nation or kingdom was able to deliver his people out of mine hand, and out of the hand of my fathers: how much less shall your God deliver you out of mine hand?
    [strongs] 6258 And now, 0408 not 5377 do let deceive 0000 you 2396 Hezekiah, 0408 nor 5496 mislead 0000 you 2088 like this, 0408 nor 0539 believe 0000 him, 3588 for 3808 not 3201 has been able 3605 any 0433 god of 3605 any 1471 nation 4467 or kingdom 0346 to deliver 5971 his people 3027 from my hand 3027 and the hand of 0001 my fathers. 0637 Also, 3588 surely 0430 your god 3808 not 5337 will deliver 0000 you 3027 from my hand.
32:16 [cbb5] 西拿基立的臣僕、還有別的話毀謗耶和華　神、和他僕人希西家。
    [kjv] And his servants spake yet more against the LORD God, and against his servant Hezekiah.
    [strongs] 5750 And again 1696 spoke 5650 his servants 0413 against 3068 Yahweh 0430 God, 0413 and against 2396 Hezekiah 5650 His servant.
32:17 [cbb5] 西拿基立也寫信毀謗耶和華以色列的　神、說、列邦的神既不能救他的民脫離我手、希西家的神也不能救他的民脫離我手了。
    [kjv] He wrote also letters to rail on the LORD God of Israel, and to speak against him, saying, As the gods of the nations of other lands have not delivered their people out of mine hand, so shall not the God of Hezekiah deliver his people out of mine hand.
    [strongs] 5612 And letters 3789 he had written 2778 to revile 3068 Yahweh, 0430 the God of 3478 Israel, 1696 and to speak 0000 against Him, 0559 saying, 0430 As the gods of 1471 the nations of 0776 the lands 0834 who 3808 not 5337 have delivered 5971 their people 3027 from my hand 3651 so 3808 not 5337 will deliver 0430 the God of 2396 Hezekiah 5971 His people 3027 from my hand.
32:18 [cbb5] 亞述王的臣僕用猶大言語、向耶路撒冷城上的民大聲呼叫、要驚嚇他們、擾亂他們、以便取城。
    [kjv] Then they cried with a loud voice in the Jews' speech unto the people of Jerusalem that were on the wall, to affright them, and to trouble them; that they might take the city.
    [strongs] 7121 And they called 6963 with a voice 1419 great 3064 {in} Jewish, 5971 against the people of 3389 Jerusalem 0834 who {were} 5921 on 7023 the wall, 3372 to frighten them 0926 and to terrify them. 4616 That 3920 they might capture 5892 the city.
32:19 [cbb5] 他們論耶路撒冷的　神、如同論世上人手所造的神一樣。
    [kjv] And they spake against the God of Jerusalem, as against the gods of the people of the earth, which were the work of the hands of man.
    [strongs] 1696 And they spoke 0413 against 0430 the God of 3389 Jerusalem 5921 as against 0430 the gods of 5971 the peoples of 0776 the earth, 4639 the work of 3027 the hands of 0120 man.
32:20 [cbb5] 希西家王和亞摩斯的兒子先知以賽亞、因此禱告、向天呼求。
    [kjv] And for this cause Hezekiah the king, and the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz, prayed and cried to heaven.
    [strongs] 6419 But prayed 2396 Hezekiah 4428 the king 3470 and Isaiah 1121 the son of 0531 Amoz, 5030 the prophet, 5568 about 0000 this, 2199 and they cried out 8064 to Heaven.
32:21 [cbb5] 耶和華就差遣一個使者、進入亞述王營中、把所有大能的勇士、和官長、將帥、盡都滅了．亞述王滿面含羞地回到本國、進了他神的廟中、有他親生的兒子在那裡用刀殺了他。
    [kjv] And the LORD sent an angel, which cut off all the mighty men of valour, and the leaders and captains in the camp of the king of Assyria. So he returned with shame of face to his own land. And when he was come into the house of his god, they that came forth of his own bowels slew him there with the sword.
    [strongs] 7971 And sent 3068 Yahweh 4397 an angel, 3582 and he destroyed 3605 every 1368 strong one of 2428 valor, 5057 both leader 7218 and head 4264 in the camp of 4428 the king of 0804 Assyria. 7725 And he returned 1322 with shame of 6440 face 0776 to his land. 0935 And he entered 1004 the house of 0430 his god, 8318 and those going out of 4578 his bowels 8033 there 5307 caused him to fall 2719 by the sword.
32:22 [cbb5] 這樣、耶和華救希西家和耶路撒冷的居民、脫離亞述王西拿基立的手、也脫離一切仇敵的手、又賜他們四境平安。
    [kjv] Thus the LORD saved Hezekiah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib the king of Assyria, and from the hand of all other, and guided them on every side.
    [strongs] 3467 And delivered 3068 Yahweh 2396 Hezekiah 0000 and 5971 the people of 3389 Jerusalem 3027 from the hand of 5576 Sennacherib 4428 the king of 0804 Assyria, 3605 and from every 3027 hand 5095 and He helped them 5439 on every side.
32:23 [cbb5] 有許多人到耶路撒冷、將供物獻與耶和華、又將寶物送給猶大王希西家．此後、希西家在列邦人的眼中看為尊大。
    [kjv] And many brought gifts unto the LORD to Jerusalem, and presents to Hezekiah king of Judah: so that he was magnified in the sight of all nations from thenceforth.
    [strongs] 7227 And many 0935 brought 2065 a present 3068 to Yahweh, 3389 to Jerusalem, 4630 and precious gifts 2396 to Hezekiah 4428 the king of 3063 Judah. 5375 And he was exalted 6440 before 3605 all 1471 the nations 0310 after 0000 this.
32:24 [cbb5] 那時希西家病得要死、就禱告耶和華、耶和華應允他、賜他一個兆頭。
    [kjv] In those days Hezekiah was sick to the death, and prayed unto the LORD: and he spake unto him, and he gave him a sign.
    [strongs] 3117 In days 1992 those 2470 was sick 2396 Hezekiah 1571 even 4194 to death 6279 and he prayed 3068 to Yahweh, 1696 and He spoke 0000 to him, 0226 and a sign 5414 He gave 0000 to him.
32:25 [cbb5] 希西家卻沒有照他所蒙的恩、報答耶和華、因他心裡驕傲、所以忿怒要臨到他和猶大並耶路撒冷。
    [kjv] But Hezekiah rendered not again according to the benefit done unto him; for his heart was lifted up: therefore there was wrath upon him, and upon Judah and Jerusalem.
    [strongs] 3808 But not 1576 as the good 5921 {done} to him 7725 did return 2396 Hezekiah, 3588 for 5375 was exalted 3820 his heart, 1961 and was 0000 on him 7110 wrath 0000 and on 3063 Judah 3389 and Jerusalem.
32:26 [cbb5] 但希西家和耶路撒冷的居民、覺得心裡驕傲、就一同自卑、以致耶和華的忿怒在希西家的日子、沒有臨到他們。
    [kjv] Notwithstanding Hezekiah humbled himself for the pride of his heart, both he and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, so that the wrath of the LORD came not upon them in the days of Hezekiah.
    [strongs] 3665 And was humbled 2396 Hezekiah, 1347 the pride of 3820 his heart, 1931 he 3427 and the inhabitants of 3389 Jerusalem, 3808 but not 0935 did come 0000 on them 2534 the wrath of 3068 Yahweh 3117 in the days of 2396 Hezekiah.
32:27 [cbb5] 希西家大有尊榮貲財．建造府庫、收藏金銀、寶石、香料、盾牌、和各樣的寶器．
    [kjv] And Hezekiah had exceeding much riches and honour: and he made himself treasuries for silver, and for gold, and for precious stones, and for spices, and for shields, and for all manner of pleasant jewels;
    [strongs] 0000 And had 2396 Hezekiah 6239 riches 3519 and honor, 1419 great 3966 very 0214 and treasures 6213 he had for himself 3701 of silver, 2091 and of gold, 0068 and of stones 3368 precious, 1314 and of spices, 4043 and of shields, 3605 and of all 3627 articles 2532 desirable,
32:28 [cbb5] 又建造倉房、收藏五榖、新酒、和油．又為各類牲畜、蓋棚立圈。
    [kjv] Storehouses also for the increase of corn, and wine, and oil; and stalls for all manner of beasts, and cotes for flocks.
    [strongs] 4543 and storehouses 8393 for the produce of 1715 grain, 8492 and new wine, 8081 and oil, 0723 and stalls 3605 for all 2177 kinds of 0929 cattle, 6629 and flocks 0220 for the stalls.
32:29 [cbb5] 並且建立城邑、還有許多的羊群牛群、因為　神賜他極多的財產。
    [kjv] Moreover he provided him cities, and possessions of flocks and herds in abundance: for God had given him substance very much.
    [strongs] 5892 And cities 6213 he made 0000 for himself, 4735 and {had} stocks of 6629 flocks 1241 and herds 7230 very many, 3588 for 5414 had given 0000 to him 0430 God 7339 property 7230 much 3966 very.
32:30 [cbb5] 這希西家也塞住基訓的上源、引水直下、流在大衛城的西邊．希西家所行的事、盡都亨通。
    [kjv] This same Hezekiah also stopped the upper watercourse of Gihon, and brought it straight down to the west side of the city of David. And Hezekiah prospered in all his works.
    [strongs] 0000 And himself 2396 Hezekiah 5640 had stopped up 4161 the outlet of 4325 the waters of 1521 Gihon 5942 upper, 3474 and had directed them 4295 beneath to 3220 the west 5892 of the city of 1732 David. 6743 And prospered 2396 Hezekiah 3605 in all 4399 his work.
32:31 [cbb5] 惟有一件事、就是巴比倫王差遣使者來見希西家、訪問國中所現的奇事、這件事　神離開他、要試驗他、好知道他心內如何。
    [kjv] Howbeit in the business of the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon, who sent unto him to enquire of the wonder that was done in the land, God left him, to try him, that he might know all that was in his heart.
    [strongs] 3651 Even so 3887 with the envoys of 8269 the rulers of 0894 Babylon 7971 who sent 0000 to him 1875 to inquire of 4159 the wonder 0834 that 3169 had happened 0776 in the land, 5800 left him 0430 God 5254 to test him, 3045 to know 3605 all 3820 in his heart.
32:32 [cbb5] 希西家其餘的事、和他的善行、都寫在亞摩斯的兒子先知以賽亞的默示書上、和猶大、以色列的諸王記上。
    [kjv] Now the rest of the acts of Hezekiah, and his goodness, behold, they are written in the vision of Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amoz, and in the book of the kings of Judah and Israel.
    [strongs] 3499 And the rest of 1697 the acts of 2396 Hezekiah, 2617 and his godly deeds, 2009 look, they 3789 are written 2357 in the vision of 3470 Isaiah 1121 the son of 0531 Amoz, 5030 the prophet, 6256 and in 5612 the Book of 4428 the Kings of 3063 Judah 3478 and Israel.
32:33 [cbb5] 希西家與他列祖同睡、葬在大衛子孫的高陵上．他死的時候．猶大人和耶路撒冷的居民、都尊敬他．他兒子瑪拿西接續他作王。
    [kjv] And Hezekiah slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the chiefest of the sepulchres of the sons of David: and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem did him honour at his death. And Manasseh his son reigned in his stead.
    [strongs] 7901 And lay 2396 Hezekiah 5973 with 0001 his forefathers, 6912 and they buried him 4608 in the highest of 6913 the graves of 1121 the sons of 1732 David. 3519 And honor 6213 did him 4194 at his death 3605 all 3063 Judah 3427 and the inhabitants of 3389 Jerusalem. 4427 And ruled 4519 Manasseh 1121 his son 4725 in his place.
