    [kjv] And it came to pass after this, that Absalom the son of David had a fair sister, whose name was Tamar; and Amnon the son of David loved her.

13:2 [cbb5] 暗嫩為他妹子他瑪憂急成病．他瑪還是處女．暗嫩以為難向他行事。
    [kjv] And Amnon was so vexed, that he fell sick for his sister Tamar; for she was a virgin; and Amnon thought it hard for him to do anything to her.

13:4 [cbb5] 他問暗嫩說、王的兒子阿、為何一天比一天瘦弱呢．請你告訴我。暗嫩回答說、我愛我兄弟押沙龍的妹子他瑪。
    [kjv] And he said unto him, Why art thou, being the king's son, lean from day to day? wilt thou not tell me? And Amnon said unto him, I love Tamar, my brother Absalom's sister.

    [kjv] And Jonadab said unto him, Lay thee down on thy bed, and make thyself sick: and when thy father cometh to see thee, say unto him, I pray thee, let my sister Tamar come, and give me meat, and dress the meat in my sight, that I may see it, and eat it at her hand.

    [kjv] So Amnon lay down, and made himself sick: and when the king was come to see him, Amnon said unto the king, I pray thee, let Tamar my sister come, and make me a couple of cakes in my sight, that I may eat at her hand.

    [kjv] Then David sent home to Tamar, saying, Go now to thy brother Amnon's house, and dress him meat.

    [kjv] So Tamar went to her brother Amnon's house; and he was laid down. And she took flour, and kneaded it, and made cakes in his sight, and did bake the cakes.

    [kjv] And she took a pan, and poured them out before him; but he refused to eat. And Amnon said, Have out all men from me. And they went out every man from him.

13:10 [cbb5] 暗嫩對他瑪說、你把食物拿進臥房、我好從你手裡接過來喫．他瑪就把所作的餅、拿進臥房、到他哥哥暗嫩那裡。
    [kjv] And Amnon said unto Tamar, Bring the meat into the chamber, that I may eat of thine hand. And Tamar took the cakes which she had made, and brought them into the chamber to Amnon her brother.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0550 Amnon 0413 to 8559 Tamar, 0935 Bring 0400 the food 2315 into the inner room, 1262 and I will eat 3027 from your hand. 3947 And took 8559 Tamar 3834 the cakes 0834 that 6213 she had made 0935 and brought in 0550 to Amnon 0251 her brother 2315 to the inner room.

    [kjv] And when she had brought them unto him to eat, he took hold of her, and said unto her, Come lie with me, my sister.

    [kjv] And she answered him, Nay, my brother, do not force me; for no such thing ought to be done in Israel: do not thou this folly.

13:13 [cbb5] 你玷辱了我、我何以掩蓋我的羞恥呢。你在以色列中也成了愚妄人．你可以求王、他必不禁止我歸你。
    [kjv] And I, whither shall I cause my shame to go? and as for thee, thou shalt be as one of the fools in Israel. Now therefore, I pray thee, speak unto the king; for he will not withhold me from thee.
    [strongs] 0589 And I, 0575 where 1980 could I cause to go 2781 my disgrace? 0000 And you, 1961 you will be 0259 as one of 5036 the fools 3478 in Israel. 6258 But now, 1696 speak 4994 please to 4428 the king. 3588 For 3808 not 4513 he will withhold me 0000 from you.
13:14 [cbb5] 但暗嫩不肯聽他的話．因比他力大就玷辱他、與他同寢。
    [kjv] Howbeit he would not hearken unto her voice: but, being stronger than she, forced her, and lay with her.
    [strongs] 3808 But not 0014 he was willing 8085 to listen 6963 to her voice, 2388 and was stronger 4480 than she, 6031 and he humbled her 7901 and lay 0000 with her.
13:15 [cbb5] 隨後、暗嫩極其恨他、那恨他的心、比先前愛他的心更甚．對他說、你起來去罷。
    [kjv] Then Amnon hated her exceedingly; so that the hatred wherewith he hated her was greater than the love wherewith he had loved her. And Amnon said unto her, Arise, be gone.

13:16 [cbb5] 他瑪說、不要這樣．你趕出我去的這罪、比你纔行的更重．但暗嫩不肯聽他的話。
    [kjv] And she said unto him, There is no cause: this evil in sending me away is greater than the other that thou didst unto me. But he would not hearken unto her.

13:17 [cbb5] 就叫伺候自己的僕人來、說、將這個女子趕出去．他一出去、你就關門上閂。
    [kjv] Then he called his servant that ministered unto him, and said, Put now this woman out from me, and bolt the door after her.

13:18 [cbb5] 那時他瑪穿著彩衣．因為沒有出嫁的公主都是這樣穿．暗嫩的僕人就把他趕出去、關門上閂。
    [kjv] And she had a garment of divers colours upon her: for with such robes were the king's daughters that were virgins apparelled. Then his servant brought her out, and bolted the door after her.

13:19 [cbb5] 他瑪把灰塵撒在頭上、撕裂所穿的彩衣．以手抱頭、一面行走、一面哭喊。
    [kjv] And Tamar put ashes on her head, and rent her garment of divers colours that was on her, and laid her hand on her head, and went on crying.
    [strongs] 3947 And took 8559 Tamar 0665 ashes 0000 on 7218 her head, 3801 and the tunic 0752 long 0000 that {was} 5291 on her 7167 tore, 7760 and put 3027 her hand 0000 on 7218 her head, 3318 and left, 1980 going on 2199 and crying out.
13:20 [cbb5] 他胞兄押沙龍問他說、莫非你哥哥暗嫩與你親近了麼。我妹妹、暫且不要作聲、他是你的哥哥．不要將這事放在心上．他瑪就孤孤單單的住在他胞兄押沙龍家裡。
    [kjv] And Absalom her brother said unto her, Hath Amnon thy brother been with thee? but hold now thy peace, my sister: he is thy brother; regard not this thing. So Tamar remained desolate in her brother Absalom's house.

13:21 [cbb5] 大衛王聽見這事、就甚發怒。
    [kjv] But when king David heard of all these things, he was very wroth.
    [strongs] 4428 And King 1732 David 8085 heard 3605 all 1697 things 0428 these, 2734 and it angered 0000 him 3966 very much.
13:22 [cbb5] 押沙龍並不和他哥哥暗嫩說好說歹．因為暗嫩玷辱他妹妹他瑪、所以押沙龍恨惡他。
    [kjv] And Absalom spake unto his brother Amnon neither good nor bad: for Absalom hated Amnon, because he had forced his sister Tamar.

    [kjv] And it came to pass after two full years, that Absalom had sheepshearers in Baalhazor, which is beside Ephraim: and Absalom invited all the king's sons.
    [strongs] 1961 And it was, 8147 after two years of 3117 days, 0834 that were 1494 shearers 0000 to 0053 Absalom 1178 in Baalhazor, 0834 which {is} 5973 beside 0669 Ephraim. 7121 And called 0053 Absalom 3605 to all 1121 the sons of 4428 the king.
13:24 [cbb5] 押沙龍來見王、說、現在有人為僕人剪羊毛、請王、和王的臣僕、與僕人同去。
    [kjv] And Absalom came to the king, and said, Behold now, thy servant hath sheepshearers; let the king, I beseech thee, and his servants go with thy servant.
    [strongs] 0935 And came 0053 Absalom 0000 to 4428 the king, 0559 and said, 2009 Look, 4994 now 1494 shearers {are} 5650 to your servant. 5927 Let go 4994 please 4428 the king 5650 and his servants 0000 with 5650 your servant.
13:25 [cbb5] 王對押沙龍說、我兒、我們不必都去、恐怕使你耗費太多。押沙龍再三請王．王仍是不肯去、只為他祝福。
    [kjv] And the king said to Absalom, Nay, my son, let us not all now go, lest we be chargeable unto thee. And he pressed him: howbeit he would not go, but blessed him.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 4428 the king 0000 to 0053 Absalom, 0408 No, 1121 my son, 0408 not 4994 now 1980 let us go 3605 all, 3808 and not 3513 we will be too heavy 0000 on you. 6555 But he broke 0000 him, 3808 and not 0014 he was willing 1980 to go, 1288 but he blessed him.
13:26 [cbb5] 押沙龍說、王若不去、求王許我哥哥暗嫩同去．王說、何必要他去呢。
    [kjv] Then said Absalom, If not, I pray thee, let my brother Amnon go with us. And the king said unto him, Why should he go with thee?
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0053 Absalom, 3808 If not 5927 let go 4994 please 0853 with us 0550 Amnon 0251 my brother. 0559 And said 0000 to him 4428 the king, 4100 Why 1980 should he go 0000 with you?
13:27 [cbb5] 押沙龍再三求王、王就許暗嫩、和王的眾子、與他同去。
    [kjv] But Absalom pressed him, that he let Amnon and all the king's sons go with him.
    [strongs] 6555 And broke through 0000 him 0053 Absalom, 7971 and he sent 0000 with him 0550 Amnon 0000 and 3605 all 1121 the sons of 4428 the king.
13:28 [cbb5] 押沙龍吩咐僕人說、你們注意、看暗嫩飲酒暢快的時候．我對你們說、殺暗嫩、你們便殺他、不要懼怕．這不是我吩咐你們的麼。你們只管壯膽奮勇。
    [kjv] Now Absalom had commanded his servants, saying, Mark ye now when Amnon's heart is merry with wine, and when I say unto you, Smite Amnon; then kill him, fear not: have not I commanded you? be courageous, and be valiant.
    [strongs] 6680 And commanded 0053 Absalom 5288 his young men, 0559 saying, 7200 see 4994 Now 2896 when {is} good 3820 heart 0550 Amnon's 3196 with wine. 0559 And when I say 0000 to you, 5221 Strike 0550 Amnon, 4191 you will put to death 0000 him. 0408 not 3372 Do fear 3808 {is it} not 0000 that 0595 I 6680 have commanded 0000 you? 2388 Be strong, 1961 and become of 1121 sons 2428 valor.
13:29 [cbb5] 押沙龍的僕人就照押沙龍所吩咐的、向暗嫩行了。王的眾子都起來、各人騎上騾子、逃跑了。
    [kjv] And the servants of Absalom did unto Amnon as Absalom had commanded. Then all the king's sons arose, and every man gat him up upon his mule, and fled.
    [strongs] 6213 And did 5288 the young men of 0053 Absalom 0550 to Amnon 0000 as 6680 commanded 0053 Absalom. 6965 And up rose 3605 all 1121 the sons of 4428 the king, 7392 and they rode 0376 each 0000 on 6505 his mule, 5127 and ran away.
13:30 [cbb5] 他們還在路上、有風聲傳到大衛那裡、說、押沙龍將王的眾子都殺了、沒有留下一個。
    [kjv] And it came to pass, while they were in the way, that tidings came to David, saying, Absalom hath slain all the king's sons, and there is not one of them left.

    [kjv] Then the king arose, and tare his garments, and lay on the earth; and all his servants stood by with their clothes rent.

13:32 [cbb5] 大衛的長兄、示米亞的兒子約拿達說、我主、不要以為王的眾子少年人都殺了．只有暗嫩一個人死了．自從暗嫩玷辱押沙龍妹子他瑪的那日、押沙龍就定意殺暗嫩了。
    [kjv] And Jonadab, the son of Shimeah David's brother, answered and said, Let not my lord suppose that they have slain all the young men the king's sons; for Amnon only is dead: for by the appointment of Absalom this hath been determined from the day that he forced his sister Tamar.
    [strongs] 6030 And replied 3122 Janodab 1121 the son of 8093 Shimeah, 0251 brother 1732 David's 0559 and said, 0408 not 0559 Do let say 0113 my lord, 3605 All of 5288 the young men, 1121 the sons of 4428 the king, 4191 they have killed. 3588 For 0550 Amnon 0905 alone 4191 is dead. 3588 For 6310 by the mouth of 0053 Absalom 1961 it has been 7760 appointed 3117 from the day of 6031 his humbling 8559 Tamar 0269 his sister.
13:33 [cbb5] 現在我主我王、不要把這事放在心上、以為王的眾子都死了．只有暗嫩一個人死了。
    [kjv] Now therefore let not my lord the king take the thing to his heart, to think that all the king's sons are dead: for Amnon only is dead.
    [strongs] 6258 And now, 0408 not 7760 do let lay 0113 my lord, 4428 the king, 0000 to 3820 his heart 1697 the word, 0559 saying, 3605 All 1121 the sons of 4428 the king, 4191 have died, 3588 for 0550 Amnon 0905 alone 4191 is dead.
13:34 [cbb5] 押沙龍逃跑了。守望的少年人舉目觀看、見有許多人從山坡的路上來。
    [kjv] But Absalom fled. And the young man that kept the watch lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came much people by the way of the hill side behind him.
    [strongs] 5127 And ran away 0053 Absalom. 5375 And lifted up 5288 the young man 6822 who was watching 5869 his eyes 7200 and looked. 2009 And look, 5971 people 7227 many 0935 were coming 4546 by the highway 5462 behind him, 6654 by the side of 2022 the mountain.
13:35 [cbb5] 約拿達對王說、看哪、王的眾子都來了．果然與你僕人所說的相合。
    [kjv] And Jonadab said unto the king, Behold, the king's sons come: as thy servant said, so it is.

13:36 [cbb5] 話纔說完、王的眾子都到了、放聲大哭．王和臣僕、也都哭得甚慟。
    [kjv] And it came to pass, as soon as he had made an end of speaking, that, behold, the king's sons came, and lifted up their voice and wept: and the king also and all his servants wept very sore.

13:37 [cbb5] 押沙龍逃到基述王亞米忽的兒子達買那裡去了。大衛天天為他兒子悲哀。
    [kjv] But Absalom fled, and went to Talmai, the son of Ammihud, king of Geshur. And David mourned for his son every day.
    [strongs] 0053 And Absalom 5127 ran away, 1980 and went 0000 to 8526 Talmai 1121 the son of 5989 Ammihud, 4428 the king of 1650 Geshur. 0056 And {David} mourned 3588 for 1121 his son 3605 all 3117 the days.
13:38 [cbb5] 押沙龍逃到基述、在那裡住了三年。
    [kjv] So Absalom fled, and went to Geshur, and was there three years.
    [strongs] 0053 And Absalom 5127 had run away, 3212 and had gone 1650 to Geshur, 1961 and was 8033 there 7967 three 8141 years.
13:39 [cbb5] 暗嫩死了以後、大衛王得了安慰．心裡切切想念押沙龍。
    [kjv] And the soul of king David longed to go forth unto Absalom: for he was comforted concerning Amnon, seeing he was dead.
    [strongs] 3615 And determined 1732 David 4428 the king 3318 to go out 0000 to 0053 Absalom, 3588 for 5162 he had been comforted 3588 for 0550 Amnon, 4191 for he was dead.
