25:1 [cbb5] 非斯都到了任、過了三天、就從該撒利亞上耶路撒冷去。
    [kjv] Now when Festus was come into the province, after three days he ascended from Caesarea to Jerusalem.
    [strongs] 5347 Festus, 3767 therefore, 1910 entering 3588 the 1885 province, 3326 after 5140 three 2250 days, 0305 went up 1519 to 2414 Jerusalem 0575 from 2542 Caesarea.
25:2 [cbb5] 祭司長、和猶太人的首領、向他控告保羅、
    [kjv] Then the high priest and the chief of the Jews informed him against Paul, and besought him,
    [strongs] 1718 made a statement 1161 And 0846 to him 3588 the 0749 most important priest 2532 and 3588 the 4413 most important 3588 of the 2453 Jews 2596 against 3972 Paul. 2532 And 3870 they besought 0846 him,
25:3 [cbb5] 又央告他、求他的情、將保羅提到耶路撒冷來．他們要在路上埋伏殺害他。
    [kjv] And desired favour against him, that he would send for him to Jerusalem, laying wait in the way to kill him.
    [strongs] 0154 asking 5485 a favor 2596 against 0846 him, 3704 so that 3343 he would send for 0846 him 1519 to 2419 Jerusalem, 1247 a plot 4160 making 0337 to kill 0846 him 2596 by 3588 the 3598 way.
25:4 [cbb5] 非斯都卻回答說、保羅押在該撒利亞、我自己快要往那裡去。
    [kjv] But Festus answered, that Paul should be kept at Caesarea, and that he himself would depart shortly thither.
    [strongs] 3303 There- 3767 fore 5347 Festus 0611 answered 5083 to be kept 3972 Paul 1722 in 2542 Caesarea, 1438 himself 2532 and 3195 being about 1722 to 5034 quickly 1607 go forth.
25:5 [cbb5] 又說、你們中間有權勢的人、與我一同下去、那人若有甚麼不是、就可以告他。
    [kjv] Let them therefore, said he, which among you are able, go down with me, and accuse this man, if there be any wickedness in him.
    [strongs] 3588 the 3767 Then 1415 able {ones} 1722 among 5213 you, 5346 he says, 4782 going down with 9999 {me}, 1536 if a thing 2076 is 0824 awry 1722 in 0435 man 5129 this, 2723 let them accuse 0846 him.
25:6 [cbb5] 非斯都在他們那裡、住了不過十天八天、就下該撒利亞去．第二天坐堂、吩咐將保羅提上來。
    [kjv] And when he had tarried among them more than ten days, he went down unto Caesarea; and the next day sitting on the judgment seat commanded Paul to be brought.
    [strongs] 1304 having stayed 1161 And 1722 among 0846 them 2250 days 4119 more 2228 than 1176 ten, 2597 going down 1519 to 2542 Caesarea, 3588 on the 1887 next day 2523 sitting 1909 on 3588 the 0968 tribunal 2753 he ordered 3972 Paul 0071 to be brought.
25:7 [cbb5] 保羅來了、那些從耶路撒冷下來的猶太人、周圍站著、將許多重大的事控告他、都是不能證實的。
    [kjv] And when he was come, the Jews which came down from Jerusalem stood round about, and laid many and grievous complaints against Paul, which they could not prove.
    [strongs] 3854 arriving 1161 And 0846 him, 4026 stood around 3588 the 0575 from 2414 Jerusalem 2597 having come down 2453 Jews, 4183 many 2532 and 0926 weighty 0157 charges 5742 bringing 2596 against 3972 Paul, 3739 which 3756 not 2480 they were able 0584 to prove.
25:8 [cbb5] 保羅分訴說、無論猶太人的律法、或是聖殿、或是該撒、我都沒有干犯。
    [kjv] While he answered for himself, Neither against the law of the Jews, neither against the temple, nor yet against Caesar, have I offended any thing at all.
    [strongs] 0626 Defending himself, 0846 he said, 3754 - 3777 Neither 1519 against 3588 the 3551 law 3588 of the 2453 Jews, 3777 nor 1519 against 3588 the 2411 temple, 3777 nor 1519 against 2541 Caesar 5101 anything 0264 have I sinned!
25:9 [cbb5] 但非斯都要討猶太人的喜歡、就問保羅說、你願意上耶路撒冷去、在那裡聽我審斷這事麼。
    [kjv] But Festus, willing to do the Jews a pleasure, answered Paul, and said, Wilt thou go up to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these things before me?
    [strongs] 5347 Festus 1161 But 3588 the 2453 Jews 2309 wishing 5485 a favor 2698 to show, 0611 answering 3972 Paul 2036 said, 2309 Desire 1519 you 2414 to Jerusalem 0305 to go up, 1563 there 4012 about 5130 these things 2919 to be judged 1909 in the presence 1700 of me?
25:10 [cbb5] 保羅說、我站在該撒的堂前、這就是我應當受審的地方．我向猶太人並沒有行過甚麼不義的事、這也是你明明知道的。
    [kjv] Then said Paul, I stand at Caesar's judgment seat, where I ought to be judged: to the Jews have I done no wrong, as thou very well knowest.
    [strongs] 2036 said 1161 And 3972 Paul, 1909 In front of 3588 the 0968 tribunal 2541 of Caesar 2476 standing 1510 I am, 3757 where 3165 me 1163 must 2919 be judged! 2453 Jews 3762 nothing 0091 I have wronged, 5613 as 2532 indeed 4771 you 2573 very well 1921 know.
25:11 [cbb5] 我若行了不義的事、犯了甚麼該死的罪、就是死、我也不辭．他們所告我的事若都不實、就沒有人可以把我交給他們。我要上告於該撒。
    [kjv] For if I be an offender, or have committed any thing worthy of death, I refuse not to die: but if there be none of these things whereof these accuse me, no man may deliver me unto them. I appeal unto Caesar.
    [strongs] 1487 if 3303 indeed 1063 For 0091 I do wrong 2532 and 0574 worthy 2288 of death 4238 I have done 5100 a thing, 3756 not 3868 I refuse 0589 to die. 1487 if 1161 But 3762 not one 2076 is 5613 of which 3778 these 2723 accuse 3450 me, 3762 no one 3165 me 1410 is able 0846 to them 5483 to grant. 2541 Caesar 1941 I appeal to!
25:12 [cbb5] 非斯都和議會商量了、就說、你既上告於該撒、可以往該撒那裡去。
    [kjv] Then Festus, when he had conferred with the council, answered, Hast thou appealed unto Caesar? unto Caesar shalt thou go.
    [strongs] 5119 Then 5347 Festus 4814 having conferred 3326 with 3588 the 4824 Sanhedrin 0611 answered, 2541 Caesar 1941 you have appealed to, 1909 in the presence of 2541 Caesar 4198 you will go!
25:13 [cbb5] 過了些日子、亞基帕王、和百尼基氏、來到該撒利亞、問非斯都安。
    [kjv] And after certain days king Agrippa and Bernice came unto Caesarea to salute Festus.
    [strongs] 2250 days 1161 And 1230 passing 5100 some, 0067 Agrippa 3588 the 0935 King 2532 and 0959 Bernice 2658 arrived 1519 at 2542 Caesarea, 0782 greeting 5347 Festus.
25:14 [cbb5] 在那裡住了多日、非斯都將保羅的事告訴王、說、這裡有一個人、是腓力斯留在監裡的。
    [kjv] And when they had been there many days, Festus declared Paul's cause unto the king, saying, There is a certain man left in bonds by Felix:

25:15 [cbb5] 我在耶路撒冷的時候、祭司長和猶太的長老、將他的事稟報了我、求我定他的罪。
    [kjv] About whom, when I was at Jerusalem, the chief priests and the elders of the Jews informed me, desiring to have judgment against him.
    [strongs] 4012 about 3756 whom, 1096 being 3450 me 1519 in 2414 Jerusalem, 1718 made a statement 3588 the 0749 most important priests 2532 and 3588 the 4245 elders 3588 of the 2453 Jews, 0154 asking 2596 against 0846 him 1349 sentence.
25:16 [cbb5] 我對他們說、無論甚麼人、被告還沒有和原告對質、未得機會分訴所告他的事、就先定他的罪、這不是羅馬人的條例。
    [kjv] To whom I answered, It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die, before that he which is accused have the accusers face to face, and have licence to answer for himself concerning the crime laid against him.
    [strongs] 4314 To 3739 whom 0611 I answered 3754 that 3756 not 2076 it is 1485 a custom 4514 with Romans 5483 to grant 5100 any 0444 man 1519 to 0684 destruction 4250 before 2228 - 3588 the {one} 2723 being accused 2596 face 4383 to face 2192 should have 3588 the 2725 accusers, 5117 place 5037 and 0629 of defense 2983 receive 4012 concerning 3588 the 1462 charge.
25:17 [cbb5] 及至他們都來到這裡、我就不耽延、第二天便坐堂、吩咐把那人提上來。
    [kjv] Therefore, when they were come hither, without any delay on the morrow I sat on the judgment seat, and commanded the man to be brought forth.
    [strongs] 4905 Coming together, 3767 then, 0846 they 1759 to here, 0311 delay 3367 no 4160 making, 3588 on the 1836 next 2523 sitting 1909 on 3588 the 0968 tribunal, 2253 I commanded 0071 to be brought 3588 the 0435 man.
25:18 [cbb5] 告他的人站著告他．所告的、並沒有我所逆料的那等惡事．
    [kjv] Against whom when the accusers stood up, they brought none accusation of such things as I supposed:
    [strongs] 4012 About 3756 whom 2476 standing 3588 the 2725 accusers 3762 no 0156 charge 2018 brought 3739 of which 5283 suspected 1473 I,
25:19 [cbb5] 不過是有幾樣辯論、為他們自己敬鬼神的事、又為一個人名叫耶穌、是已經死了、保羅卻說他是活著的。
    [kjv] But had certain questions against him of their own superstition, and of one Jesus, which was dead, whom Paul affirmed to be alive.
    [strongs] 2213 questions 1161 but 5100 certain 4012 about 3588 the 2398 own 1175 superstition 2192 they had 4314 with 0846 him, 2532 and 4012 about 5100 one 2424 Jesus 2348 having died, 3739 whom 5335 claimed 3972 Paul 2198 to live.
25:20 [cbb5] 這些事當怎樣究問、我心裡作難．所以問他說、你願意上耶路撒冷去、在那裡為這些事聽審麼。
    [kjv] And because I doubted of such manner of questions, I asked him whether he would go to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these matters.
    [strongs] 0639 being puzzled 1161 And 1473 I 1519 as to 3588 the 4012 concerning 5127 this 2214 inquiry, 3004 said 1487 if 1014 he desired 4198 to go 1519 to 2419 Jerusalem 2546 and there 2919 to be judged 4012 about 5130 these things.
25:21 [cbb5] 但保羅求我留下他要聽皇上審斷、我就吩咐把他留下、等我解他到該撒那裡去。
    [kjv] But when Paul had appealed to be reserved unto the hearing of Augustus, I commanded him to be kept till I might send him to Caesar.
    [strongs] 1161 But 3972 Paul 1941 having appealed 5083 to be kept 0846 him 1519 for 3588 the 9999 {court} 4574 of Augustus 9999 {Caesar} 1233 examination, 2753 I commanded 5083 to be kept 0846 him 2193 until 3756 - 3992 I could send 0846 him 4314 to 2541 Caesar.
25:22 [cbb5] 亞基帕對非斯都說、我自己也願聽這人辯論。非斯都說、明天你可以聽。
    [kjv] Then Agrippa said unto Festus, I would also hear the man myself. To morrow, said he, thou shalt hear him.
    [strongs] 0067 Agrippa 1161 And 4314 to 5347 Festus 5346 said, 1014 I was wanting 2532 also 0846 myself 3588 the 0444 man 0191 to hear. 3588 he 1161 And, 0839 Tomorrow, 5346 said, 0191 you will hear 0846 him!
25:23 [cbb5] 第二天、亞基帕和百尼基大張威勢而來、同著眾千夫長、和城裡的尊貴人、進了公廳．非斯都吩咐一聲、就有人將保羅帶進來。
    [kjv] And on the morrow, when Agrippa was come, and Bernice, with great pomp, and was entered into the place of hearing, with the chief captains, and principal men of the city, at Festus' commandment Paul was brought forth.
    [strongs] 3588 on the 3767 Then 1887 next day 2064 coming 0067 Agrippa 2532 and 0959 Bernice 3326 with 4183 much 5325 pomp, 2532 and 1525 entering 1519 into 3588 the 0201 auditorium, 4862 with 5037 both 3588 the 5506 commanders 2532 and 0435 men 3588 the 2596 most important 1851 - 5607 being 3588 of the 4172 city, 2532 and 2753 having commanded 5347 Festus, 0071 was brought 3972 Paul.
25:24 [cbb5] 非斯都說、亞基帕王、和在這裡的諸位阿、你們看人、就是一切猶太人在耶路撒冷、和這裡、曾向我懇求、呼叫說、不可容他再活著。
    [kjv] And Festus said, King Agrippa, and all men which are here present with us, ye see this man, about whom all the multitude of the Jews have dealt with me, both at Jerusalem, and also here, crying that he ought not to live any longer.

25:25 [cbb5] 但我查明他沒有犯甚麼該死的罪．並且他自己上告於皇帝、所以我定意把他解去。
    [kjv] But when I found that he had committed nothing worthy of death, and that he himself hath appealed to Augustus, I have determined to send him.
    [strongs] 1473 I 1161 And 2638 having perceived 3367 nothing 0514 worthy 2288 of death 0846 he 4238 had done, 2532 also 0846 himself 1161 but 5127 this {one} 1941 appealing to 4575 Augustus 9999 {Caesar}, 2919 I decided 3992 to send 0846 him.
25:26 [cbb5] 論到這人、我沒有確實的事、可以奏明主上．因此我帶他到你們面前、也特意帶他到你亞基帕王面前、為要在查問之後、有所陳奏。
    [kjv] Of whom I have no certain thing to write unto my lord. Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to write.
    [strongs] 4012 Concerning 3756 whom 0804 certain 5101 anything 1125 to write 3588 to the 2962 lord 3756 not 2192 I have. 1352 So 4254 I brought forth 0846 him 1909 before 5216 you 2532 and 3122 most 1909 in the presence 4675 of you, 0935 King 0067 Agrippa, 3704 so that 3588 the 0351 examination 1096 being, 2192 I may have 5100 what 1125 to write.
25:27 [cbb5] 據我看來、解送囚犯、不指明他的罪案、是不合理的。
    [kjv] For it seemeth to me unreasonable to send a prisoner, and not withal to signify the crimes laid against him.
    [strongs] 0249 unreasonable 1063 Because 3427 to me 1380 it seems 3992 sending 1198 a prisoner, 3361 not 2532 also 3588 the 2596 against 0846 him 0156 charges 4591 to signify.
