申命記 Deuteronomy 21
21:1 [cbb5] 在耶和華你　神所賜你為業的地上、若遇見被殺的人倒在田野、不知道是誰殺的．
    [kjv] If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:
    [strongs] 0000 If 4672 is found 2491 a murder victim 0776 in the land 0834 which 3068 Yahweh, 0430 your God, 5414 is giving 0000 to you 3423 to possess it, 5307 fallen 7704 in the field, 3808 {and} not 5439 it is known 0000 who 2491 has struck him down,
21:2 [cbb5] 長老和審判官就要出去、從被殺的人那裡量起、直量到四圍的城邑．
    [kjv] Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:
    [strongs] 3318 then will come out 2225 your elders 8199 and your judges, 4158 and they will measure 0413 to 5892 the towns 0834 which {are} 5430 around 2491 the one killed.
21:3 [cbb5] 看那城離被殺的人最近、那城的長老就要從牛群中取一隻未曾耕地、未曾負軛的母牛犢、
    [kjv] And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;
    [strongs] 1961 And it will be, 5892 the town 7138 which is nearest 0413 to 2491 the one killed, 3947 even will take 2205 the elders of 5892 town 0000 that 5697 a heifer of 1241 the herd 0834 which 3808 not 5647 has been worked 0000 with, 0834 which 3808 not 4900 has drawn 5923 in a yoke.
21:4 [cbb5] 把母牛犢牽到流水未曾耕種的山谷去、在谷中打折母牛犢的頸項。
    [kjv] And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer's neck there in the valley:
    [strongs] 5927 And must bring out 2205 the elders of 5892 town 0000 that 6510 the heifer 5158 to a brook 0386 that always flows, 0834 which 3808 not 5647 has plowed, 3808 nor 2232 sown, 6202 and must there break neck 6510 the heifer's 5158 beside the brook.
21:5 [cbb5] 祭司利未的子孫要近前來、因為耶和華你的　神揀選了他們事奉他、奉耶和華的名祝福、所有爭訟毆打的事、都要憑他們判斷。
    [kjv] And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:

21:6 [cbb5] 那城的眾長老、就是離被殺的人最近的、要在那山谷中、在所打折頸項的母牛犢以上洗手、
    [kjv] And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:
    [strongs] 3605 And all 2205 the elders of 5892 town 0000 that 7138 which is nearest 0413 to 2491 the murder victim 3576 will wash 0000 their 3027 hands 0000 over 6510 the heifer 6202 whose neck was broken 5158 beside the brook.
21:7 [cbb5] 禱告〔原文作回答〕說、我們的手未曾流這人的血、我們的眼也未曾看見這事。
    [kjv] And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.
    [strongs] 6030 And they will answer 0559 and say, 3027 Our hands 3808 not 8210 have shed 1818 blood 0000 this, 5869 and our eyes 3808 not 7200 have seen {it}!
21:8 [cbb5] 耶和華阿、求你赦免你所救贖的以色列民、不要使流無辜血的罪歸在你的百姓以色列中間．這樣、流血的罪必得赦免。
    [kjv] Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel's charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.
    [strongs] 5375 Forgive 5971 Your people 3478 Israel, 0834 whom 6299 You have redeemed 3068 O Yahweh. 0000 And 0408 not 5414 do put 1818 blood 5355 innocent 8432 in the middle of 5971 your people 3478 Israel. 5545 And will be forgiven 0000 them 1818 the blood.
21:9 [cbb5] 你行耶和華眼中看為正的事、就可以從你們中間除掉流無辜血的罪。
    [kjv] So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.
    [strongs] 0000 And you 1197 must put away 1818 the blood 5355 innocent 0000 from among you, 0000 because 6213 you must do 3477 what is right 5869 in the eyes of 3068 Yahweh.
21:10 [cbb5] 你出去與仇敵爭戰的時候、耶和華你的　神、將他們交在你手中、你就擄了他們去。
    [kjv] When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,
    [strongs] 3318 When you go out 4421 to battle 0341 against your enemies, 5414 and has given them 3068 Yahweh, 0430 your God, 3027 into your hands, 3947 and you have taken 7617 them captive.
21:11 [cbb5] 若在被擄的人中見有美貌的女子、戀慕他要娶他為妻．
    [kjv] And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;
    [strongs] 7200 And have seen 7628 in the captivity 0802 a woman 3033 beautiful of form 2836 and you desire 0000 her, 3947 and take {her} 0000 to you 0802 for a wife,
21:12 [cbb5] 就可以領他到你家裡去、他便要剃頭髮、修指甲、
    [kjv] Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house, and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;
    [strongs] 0935 then you must bring her 7130 into the middle of 1004 your household, 1548 and she must shave 7218 her head, 6213 and dress 6856 her nails,
21:13 [cbb5] 脫去被擄時所穿的衣服、住在你家裡哀哭父母一個整月、然後可以與他同房．你作他的丈夫、他作你的妻子。
    [kjv] And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.
    [strongs] 5493 and must take off 8071 the clothing of 7628 her captivity 0000 from her. 2421 And she will live 1004 in your house, 1058 and will lament 0001 her father 0000 and 0517 her mother 2320 a month 3117 of days. 0310 And afterward 0935 you will go 0000 into her 1166 and will marry her, 1961 and she will become 0802 to you a wife.
21:14 [cbb5] 後來你若不喜悅他、就要由他隨意出去、決不可為錢賣他、也不可當婢女待他、因為你玷污了他。
    [kjv] And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.
    [strongs] 1961 And it will be, 0000 if 3808 not 7654 you delight 0000 in her, 5414 you will send her out 5315 at her desire. 0000 And at all 3808 not 4376 you must sell her 3701 for silver. 3808 not 6014 You must treat as a slave 0000 her, 3588 because 6031 you have humiliated her.
21:15 [cbb5] 人若有二妻、一為所愛、一為所惡、所愛的所惡的、都給他生了兒子、但長子是所惡之妻生的．
    [kjv] If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:
    [strongs] 0000 If 3426 there is 0376 a man of 8147 two 0802 wives, 0259 the one 0157 loved 0259 and the other 7852 hated, 3205 and they have given birth to 0000 for him 1121 sons, 0157 both the loved one 8130 and the hated one, 1961 and if was 1060 the son firstborn 8146 of her who was hated,
21:16 [cbb5] 到了把產業分給兒子承受的時候、不可將所愛之妻生的兒子立為長子、在所惡之妻生的兒子以上、
    [kjv] Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:
    [strongs] 1961 then it will be, 3117 on the day 5157 he causes to inherit 1121 his sons 0834 what 1961 is 0000 his, 3808 not 3201 he may 1060 make the firstborn 1121 the son of 0157 the beloved 6440 before 1121 the son of 8130 the hated, 1060 who is the firstborn.
21:17 [cbb5] 卻要認所惡之妻生的兒子為長子、將產業多加一分給他、因這兒子是他力量強壯的時候生的、長子的名分本當歸他。
    [kjv] But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.
    [strongs] 0000 But, 1067 the firstborn, 1121 the son of 8130 the hated one, 5234 he must respect 5414 by giving 0000 him 6310 mouth 8147 a double 3605 of all 0000 that 4672 is found 0000 with him, 0000 because he {is} 7225 the first{fruit} of 0202 his vigor. 0000 His {is} 3225 the right of 1067 the firstborn.
21:18 [cbb5] 人若有頑梗悖逆的兒子、不聽從父母的話、他們雖懲治他、他仍不聽從。
    [kjv] If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:
    [strongs] 1961 If there is 0376 of a man 1121 a son 7186 stubborn 4784 and rebellious 0369 who not 8085 will listen 6963 to the voice of 0001 his father, 6963 or the voice of 0517 his mother, 3256 and they chasten 0000 him, 3808 but not 8085 he will listen 0000 to them,
21:19 [cbb5] 父母就要抓住他、將他帶到本地的城門、本城的長老那裡．
    [kjv] Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;
    [strongs] 8610 then will grab 0000 him 0001 his father 0517 and his mother, 0935 and bring 0000 him 0413 to 2205 the elders of 5892 his town, 0000 and to 8179 the gate of 4725 his place.
21:20 [cbb5] 對長老說、我們這兒子頑梗悖逆、不聽從我們的話、是貪食好酒的人。
    [kjv] And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.
    [strongs] 0559 And they will say 0413 to 2205 the elders of 5892 his town, 1121 son of ours 0000 This 5637 is stubborn 4784 and rebellious! 0369 He not 8085 will listen 6963 to our voice. 2151 He is a glutton 5433 and a drunkard.
21:21 [cbb5] 本城的眾人就要用石頭將他打死．這樣就把那惡從你們中間除掉．以色列眾人都要聽見害怕。
    [kjv] And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.
    [strongs] 7275 And will stone him 3605 all 0376 the men of 5892 his town 0068 with stones. 4191 And he will die! 1197 So, you will cut off 7451 the evil 0000 from among you, 3605 that all 3478 Israel 8085 may hear 3372 and fear.
21:22 [cbb5] 人若犯該死的罪、被治死了、你將他挂在木頭上。
    [kjv] And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:
    [strongs] 0000 And if 3426 there is 0376 in a man 2401 a sin 4941 worthy of 4194 death, 4191 and he is executed, 8518 and you hang 0000 him 5921 on 6086 a tree.
21:23 [cbb5] 他的屍首不可留在木頭上過夜、必要當日將他葬埋、免得玷污了耶和華你　神所賜你為業之地．因為被掛的人是在　神面前受咒詛的。
    [kjv] His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
    [strongs] 3808 not 3885 must stay all night 5038 His dead body 5921 on 6086 the tree, 0000 but 6912 surely 6912 you will bury him 3117 {on} the day 0259 same, 0000 because 7045 is a reproach to 0430 God 8518 he that is hanged. 3808 And not 2930 you must defile 0127 your land 0834 which 3068 Yahweh, 0430 your God, 5414 is giving 0000 to you 5159 {as} an inheritance.
