21:1 [cbb5] 你在百姓面前所要立的典章是這樣．
    [kjv] Now these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.
    [strongs] 0428 And these 9999 {are} 4941 the judgments 0834 which 7971 you will put 6440 in front of them.
21:2 [cbb5] 你若買希伯來人作奴僕、他必服事你六年、第七年他可以自由、白白地出去。
    [kjv] If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve: and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing.
    [strongs] 7069 When you buy 5650 a slave 5680 Hebrew, 8337 six 8141 years 5647 he will serve 7637 and in the seventh 3318 he will go out 2670 free, 2600 for nothing.
21:3 [cbb5] 他若孤身來、就可以孤身去．他若有妻、他的妻就可以同他出去。
    [kjv] If he came in by himself, he shall go out by himself: if he were married, then his wife shall go out with him.
    [strongs] 0000 If 1610 with his body 0935 he comes in, 1610 with his body 5927 he will go out. 0000 If 1167 the husband of 0802 a wife 0000 he 9999 {was}, 5927 will go out 0802 his wife 0000 with him.
21:4 [cbb5] 他主人若給他妻子、妻子給他生了兒子、或女兒、妻子和兒女要歸主人、他要獨自出去。
    [kjv] If his master have given him a wife, and she have born him sons or daughters; the wife and her children shall be her master's, and he shall go out by himself.
    [strongs] 0113 If his master 5414 gives to him 0802 a wife 3205 and she gives birth to 0000 for him 1121 sons 0000 or 1323 daughters, 0802 the wife 3206 and her children 1961 will belong to 0113 her master, 0000 but he 5927 may go out 1610 with his body.
21:5 [cbb5] 倘或奴僕明說、我愛我的主人、和我的妻子兒女、不願意自由出去．
    [kjv] And if the servant shall plainly say, I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free:
    [strongs] 0000 And if 0552 truly 0559 says 5650 the slave, 0157 I love 0113 my master, 0802 my wife, 0000 and 1121 my sons. 3808 not 5927 I will go out 5800 free.
21:6 [cbb5] 他的主人就要帶他到審判官那裡、〔審判官或作　神下同〕又要帶他到門前、靠近門框、用錐子穿他的耳朵、他就永遠服事主人。
    [kjv] Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.
    [strongs] 5066 Then will bring him 0113 his master 0413 to 0430 God, 5066 and he will bring 0000 him 1817 to the door 0000 or 4201 the doorpost. 7527 And will pierce 0113 his master 0241 his ear 4836 with an awl, 5647 and he will serve him 5769 forever.
21:7 [cbb5] 人若賣女兒作婢女、婢女不可像男僕那樣出去。
    [kjv] And if a man sell his daughter to be a maidservant, she shall not go out as the menservants do.
    [strongs] 3588 And when 4376 sells 0376 a man 1359 his daughter 0519 for a slave-girl, 3808 not 3318 she will go out 5927 as go out 5650 the male slaves.
21:8 [cbb5] 主人選定他歸自己、若不喜歡他、就要許他贖身．主人既然用詭詐待他、就沒有權柄賣給外邦人。
    [kjv] If she please not her master, who hath betrothed her to himself, then shall he let her be redeemed: to sell her unto a strange nation he shall have no power, seeing he hath dealt deceitfully with her.
    [strongs] 7451 If she is displeasing 5869 in the eyes of 0113 her master, 0000 who 0000 for himself 3259 has her 6299 he will let her be redeemed. 5971 to a people 2114 strange 3808 not 4910 He will have power 4376 to sell her, 0898 in his deceiving 0000 her.
21:9 [cbb5] 主人若選定他給自己的兒子、就當待他如同女兒。
    [kjv] And if he have betrothed her unto his son, he shall deal with her after the manner of daughters.
    [strongs] 0000 And if 1121 for his son 3259 he chooses her 4941 as is the custom of 1323 daughters, 6213 he will do 0000 to her.
21:10 [cbb5] 若另娶一個、那女子的喫食、衣服、並好合的事、仍不可減少。
    [kjv] If he take him another wife; her food, her raiment, and her duty of marriage, shall he not diminish.
    [strongs] 0000 If 0312 another 3947 he takes 0000 for himself, 7607 her flesh, 3682 her clothing, 5772 and her conjugal rights 3808 not 1639 will be diminished.
21:11 [cbb5] 若不向他行這三樣、他就可以不用錢贖、白白的出去。
    [kjv] And if he do not these three unto her, then shall she go out free without money.
    [strongs] 0000 And if 7969 three 0428 these 3808 not 6213 he does do 0000 for her, 5927 she will go out 2600 for nothing, 0000 without 3704 silver.
21:12 [cbb5] 打人以致打死的、必要把他治死。
    [kjv] He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death.
    [strongs] 5221 He who strikes 0376 a man 4191 so that he dies, 4191 surely 4191 he will be executed.
21:13 [cbb5] 人若不是埋伏著殺人、乃是　神交在他手中、我就設下一個地方、他可以往那裡逃跑。
    [kjv] And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.
    [strongs] 0834 And he who 3808 not 6658 does lie in wait, 0430 and God 0579 lets fall 3027 into his hand, 7760 I will appoint 0000 for you 0272 a place 0834 where 5127 he may escape 8033 there.
21:14 [cbb5] 人若任意用詭計殺了他的鄰舍、就是逃到我的壇那裡、也當捉去把他治死。
    [kjv] But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die.
    [strongs] 3588 And when 3341 burns 0376 a man, 7453 against his neighbor, 4191 to kill him 6195 by deceit, 4480 from 4196 My altar 3947 you will take him 4191 to die.
21:15 [cbb5] 打父母的、必要把他治死。
    [kjv] And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death.
    [strongs] 5221 And he who hits 0001 his father 0517 or his mother 4191 surely 4191 will be executed.
21:16 [cbb5] 拐帶人口、或是把人賣了、或是留在他手下、必要把他治死。
    [kjv] And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.
    [strongs] 1589 And he who steals 0376 a man 4376 and sells him, 4672 or if he is found 3027 in his hand, 4191 surely 4191 will be executed.
21:17 [cbb5] 咒罵父母的、必要把他治死。
    [kjv] And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.
    [strongs] 7043 And he who curses 0001 his father 0517 or his mother 4191 surely 4191 will be executed.
21:18 [cbb5] 人若彼此相爭、這個用石頭或是拳頭打那個、尚且不至於死、不過躺臥在床、
    [kjv] And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:
    [strongs] 3588 And when 7378 argue 0376 men, 5221 and hits 0376 a man 7453 his neighbor 0068 with a stone 0000 or 0106 with a fist, 3808 and not 4191 does die, 5307 but falls 4904 on his bed.
21:19 [cbb5] 若再能起來扶杖而出、那打他的可算無罪、但要將他耽誤的工夫用錢賠補、並要將他全然醫好。
    [kjv] If he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote him be quit: only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed.
    [strongs] 0518 If 6965 he rises 1980 and walks around 2351 in the street 0000 on 4294 his rod, 1961 will be innocent 5221 the one who struck. 7535 Only 7674 for his sitting 5414 he will pay, 7495 surely 7495 he will pay for healing.
21:20 [cbb5] 人若用棍子打奴僕或婢女、立時死在他的手下、他必要受刑。
    [kjv] And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.
    [strongs] 3588 And if 5221 hits 0376 a man 5650 his male slave 0000 or 0519 his female slave 7626 with a rod, 4191 and he dies 8478 under 3027 his hand, 5358 surely 5358 he will be avenged.
21:21 [cbb5] 若過一兩天纔死、就可以不受刑、因為是用錢買的。
    [kjv] Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money.
    [strongs] 0000 But 0000 if 3117 a day 0000 or 8147 two 5975 he continued, 3808 not 5358 he will be avenged, 0000 because 3701 his money 0000 he 9999 {is}.
21:22 [cbb5] 人若彼此爭鬥、傷害有孕的婦人、甚至墜胎、隨後卻無別害、那傷害他的總要按婦人的丈夫所要的、照審判官所斷的受罰。
    [kjv] If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.
    [strongs] 3588 And when 5327 fight 0376 men, 5061 and they hit 0802 a woman 2550 pregnant, 3318 and aborts 3206 her child, 3808 but no {other} 1961 there is 0611 injury. 6064 Surely 6064 he will be fined 0000 as 7896 may put 0000 upon him 1167 the husband 0802 the woman's 5414 and he will give {it} 6414 through the judges.
21:23 [cbb5] 若有別害、就要以命償命、
    [kjv] And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life,
    [strongs] 0518 But if 0611 {serious personal} injury 7125 occurs, 5414 you will give 5315 life 0000 for 5315 life,
21:24 [cbb5] 以眼還眼、以牙還牙、以手還手、以腳還腳、
    [kjv] Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
    [strongs] 5869 eye 5869 for eye, 8127 tooth 8127 for tooth, 3027 hand 3027 for hand, 7272 foot 0000 for 7272 foot,
21:25 [cbb5] 以烙還烙、以傷還傷、以打還打。
    [kjv] Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.
    [strongs] 3555 branding 3555 for branding, 6482 wound 6482 for wound, 2250 stripe 0000 for 2250 stripe.
21:26 [cbb5] 人若打壞了他奴僕或是婢女的一隻眼、就要因他的眼放他去得以自由。
    [kjv] And if a man smite the eye of his servant, or the eye of his maid, that it perish; he shall let him go free for his eye's sake.
    [strongs] 3588 And when 5221 hits 0376 a man 5869 the eye of 5650 his male slave 0000 or 5869 the eye of 0519 his girl slave 7843 and destroys it, 5800 free 7971 he must send him away 0000 for 5864 his eye.
21:27 [cbb5] 若打掉了他奴僕或是婢女的一個牙、就要因他的牙放他去得以自由。
    [kjv] And if he smite out his manservant's tooth, or his maidservant's tooth; he shall let him go free for his tooth's sake.
    [strongs] 0000 And if 8127 the tooth of 5650 his male slave 8127 or the tooth of 0519 his slave girl 5307 he knocks out, 5800 free 7971 he must send him away 0000 for 8127 his tooth.
21:28 [cbb5] 牛若觸死男人、或是女人、總要用石頭打死那牛、卻不可喫他的肉．牛的主人可算無罪。
    [kjv] If an ox gore a man or a woman, that they die: then the ox shall be surely stoned, and his flesh shall not be eaten; but the owner of the ox shall be quit.
    [strongs] 3588 And when 5055 gores 7794 an ox 0376 a man 0000 or 0802 a woman, 4191 so that he dies, 5619 surely 5619 will be stoned, 1241 the ox, 3808 and not 0398 will be eaten 1320 its meat, 1167 and the owner of 7794 the ox 9999 {is} 5355 innocent.
21:29 [cbb5] 倘若那牛素來是觸人的、有人報告了牛主、他竟不把牛拴著、以致把男人或是女人觸死、就要用石頭打死那牛、牛主也必治死。
    [kjv] But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.
    [strongs] 0000 But if 7794 an ox 5056 {was} prone to gore 0000 he 8543 from yesterday 8032 and day the third, 5749 and was given warning 1167 his owner, 3808 but not 8104 he did watch him, 7819 and it killed 0376 a man 0000 or a 0802 woman, 7794 the ox 5619 will be stoned, 1571 and also 1167 its owner 4191 will be killed!
21:30 [cbb5] 若罰他贖命的價銀、他必照所罰的、贖他的命。
    [kjv] If there be laid on him a sum of money, then he shall give for the ransom of his life whatsoever is laid upon him.
    [strongs] 3724 If a ransom 5414 is put 0000 upon him, 5414 he will give 6306 the redemption of 3565 his life, 3605 according to all 0834 which 5414 is put 0000 upon him.
21:31 [cbb5] 牛無論觸了人的兒子、或是女兒、必照這例辦理。
    [kjv] Whether he have gored a son, or have gored a daughter, according to this judgment shall it be done unto him.
    [strongs] 1121 Whether a son 5055 it gores 0000 or 1323 a daughter. 4941 According to judgment 0000 this, 6213 it will be done 0000 to him.
21:32 [cbb5] 牛若觸了奴僕、或是婢女、必將銀子三十舍客勒給他們的主人、也要用石頭把牛打死。
    [kjv] If the ox shall push a manservant or a maidservant; he shall give unto their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.
    [strongs] 0000 If 5650 a male slave 5055 gores 1241 the ox 0000 or 0519 a slave-girl, 3701 of silver 7970 thirty 8255 shekels 5414 he will give 0113 to his master, 1241 and the ox 5619 will be stoned.
21:33 [cbb5] 人若敞著井口、或挖井不遮蓋、有牛、或驢掉在裡頭。
    [kjv] And if a man shall open a pit, or if a man shall dig a pit, and not cover it, and an ox or an ass fall therein;
    [strongs] 3588 And when 6605 opens 0376 a man 0953 a pit, 0000 or when 3738 digs 0376 a man 0953 a pit, 3808 and not 0368 does cover it, 5307 and falls 0000 into it 7794 an ox 0000 or 2543 a donkey,
21:34 [cbb5] 井主要拿錢賠還本主人．死牲畜要歸自己。
    [kjv] The owner of the pit shall make it good, and give money unto the owner of them; and the dead beast shall be his.
    [strongs] 1167 the owner of 0953 the pit 7999 must pay. 3706 money 7725 He must give 1167 to its owner, 4191 and the dead {animal} 1961 will become 0000 his.
21:35 [cbb5] 這人的牛若傷了那人的牛、以致於死、他們要賣了活牛、平分價值、也要平分死牛。
    [kjv] And if one man's ox hurt another's, that he die; then they shall sell the live ox, and divide the money of it; and the dead ox also they shall divide.
    [strongs] 5061 And when hurts 7794 the ox of 0376 a man 7794 the ox of 7453 his neighbor, 4191 and it dies 4376 they will sell 1241 the ox 2416 living, {and} 2673 they will divide 0000 its 3706 money. 1571 And also 7243 the 4191 dead {animal} 2673 they will divide.
21:36 [cbb5] 人若知道這牛素來是觸人的、主人竟不把牛拴著、他必要以牛還牛、死牛要歸自己。
    [kjv] Or if it be known that the ox hath used to push in time past, and his owner hath not kept him in; he shall surely pay ox for ox; and the dead shall be his own.
    [strongs] 0518 Or, if 3045 it was known 3588 that 7794 an ox 5056 {was} prone to gore 1931 he 8543 from yesterday 8032 and the third day, 3808 and not 8104 he did watch, 1167 his owner, 7999 surely 7999 he will repay 7794 ox 8478 for 7794 ox, 4191 and the dead {animal} 1961 will become his.
