以斯拉記 Ezra 5
5:1 [cbb5] 那時先知哈該、和易多的孫子撒迦利亞、奉以色列　神的名、向猶大和耶路撒冷的猶大人、說勸勉的話。
    [kjv] Then the prophets, Haggai the prophet, and Zechariah the son of Iddo, prophesied unto the Jews that were in Judah and Jerusalem in the name of the God of Israel, even unto them.
    [strongs] 5013 And prophesied 2292 Haggai, 5029 the prophet, 2148 and Zechariah, 1247 the son of 5714 Iddo, 5029 the prophets, 5922 to 3062 the Jews 1768 who {were} 3061 in Judah 3390 and in Jerusalem 8036 in the name of 0426 the God of 3479 Israel {who was} 5922 over them.
5:2 [cbb5] 於是撒拉鐵的兒子所羅巴伯、和約薩達的兒子耶書亞、都起來動手建造耶路撒冷　神的殿、有　神的先知在那裡幫助他們。
    [kjv] Then rose up Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and began to build the house of God which is at Jerusalem: and with them were the prophets of God helping them.
    [strongs] 0116 Then 6966 rose up 2217 Zerubbabel, 1247 the son of 7598 Shealtiel, 3443 and Jeshua, 1247 the son of 3136 Jozadak, 8271 and began 1124 to build 1005 the house of 0426 God, 1768 which {is} 3390 in Jerusalem. 5974 And with them 5029 {were} the prophets 1768 of 0426 God 5583 helping 0000 them.
5:3 [cbb5] 當時河西的總督達乃、和示他波斯乃、並他們的同黨、來問說、誰降旨讓你們建造這殿、修成這牆呢。
    [kjv] At the same time came to them Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shetharboznai and their companions, and said thus unto them, Who hath commanded you to build this house, and to make up this wall?
    [strongs] 0000 At that 2166 time 0858 came 5922 to them 8674 Tatnai, 6347 the governor of 5675 {the region} beyond 5103 the {Euphrates} River, 8370 and Shethar-Boznai 3675 and their associates, 3652 and thus 0560 said 0000 to them, 4479 Who 7761 gave 0000 to you 2942 an order 1005 house 1836 this 1124 to build, 0846 and structure 1836 this 3635 to complete.
5:4 [cbb5] 我們便告訴他們建造這殿的人叫甚麼名字。
    [kjv] Then said we unto them after this manner, What are the names of the men that make this building?
    [strongs] 0116 Then 3660 thus 0560 we spoke 0000 to them, 4479 What {are} 0581 they, 8036 the names of 1400 the men 1768 who 1836 this 1147 building 1124 are building?
5:5 [cbb5] 　神的眼目看顧猶大的長老、以致總督等、沒有叫他們停工、直到這事奏告大利烏、得著他的回諭。
    [kjv] But the eye of their God was upon the elders of the Jews, that they could not cause them to cease, till the matter came to Darius: and then they returned answer by letter concerning this matter.

5:6 [cbb5] 河西的總督達乃、和示他波斯乃、並他們的同黨、就是住河西的亞法薩迦人、上本奏告大利烏王．
    [kjv] The copy of the letter that Tatnai, governor on this side the river, and Shetharboznai and his companions the Apharsachites, which were on this side the river, sent unto Darius the king:

5:7 [cbb5] 本上寫著說、願大利烏王諸事平安．
    [kjv] They sent a letter unto him, wherein was written thus; Unto Darius the king, all peace.
    [strongs] 6600 the letter 7972 They sent 5922 to him, 1836 and thus 3790 it was written 1459 in its middle: 1868 To Darius, 4430 the king, 8001 peace 3606 all.
5:8 [cbb5] 王該知道、我們往猶大省去、到了至大　神的殿、這殿是用大石建造的、梁木插入牆內、工作甚速、他們手下亨通．
    [kjv] Be it known unto the king, that we went into the province of Judea, to the house of the great God, which is builded with great stones, and timber is laid in the walls, and this work goeth fast on, and prospereth in their hands.
    [strongs] 3046 Let it known 1934 be 4430 to the king 1768 that 0236 we went 3061 to Judah 4083 the province of 1005 to the house of 0426 the God 7229 great; 1932 and it 1124 is being built 0069 {with} stones of 1560 rolling, 0636 and timber 7761 is being laid 3797 in the walls, 5673 and work 1791 that 0629 perfectly 5648 is being done, 6744 and is prospering 3028 in their hands.
5:9 [cbb5] 我們就問那些長老說、誰降旨讓你們建造這殿、修成這牆呢。
    [kjv] Then asked we those elders, and said unto them thus, Who commanded you to build this house, and to make up these walls?
    [strongs] 0116 Then 7593 we asked 7868 elders 0479 those 3660 thus 0560 and said 0000 to them, 4479 Who 7761 gave 0000 to you 2942 an order 1005 house 1836 this 1124 to rebuild, 0846 and structure 1836 this 3635 to complete?
5:10 [cbb5] 又問他們的名字、要記錄他們首領的名字、奏告於王。
    [kjv] We asked their names also, to certify thee, that we might write the names of the men that were the chief of them.
    [strongs] 0638 And also 8036 their names 7595 we asked 0000 of them 3046 in order to inform you, 1768 so that 3790 we could write 8036 the names of 1400 the men 1768 who {are} 7217 at their head.
5:11 [cbb5] 他們回答說、我們是天地之　神的僕人、重建前多年所建造的殿、就是以色列的一位大君王建造修成的。
    [kjv] And thus they returned us answer, saying, We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth, and build the house that was builded these many years ago, which a great king of Israel builded and set up.

5:12 [cbb5] 只因我們列祖惹天上的　神發怒、　神把他們交在迦勒底人巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒的手中、他就拆毀這殿、又將百姓擄到巴比倫。
    [kjv] But after that our fathers had provoked the God of heaven unto wrath, he gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house, and carried the people away into Babylon.

5:13 [cbb5] 然而巴比倫王古列元年、他降旨允准建造　神的這殿。
    [kjv] But in the first year of Cyrus the king of Babylon the same king Cyrus made a decree to build this house of God.

5:14 [cbb5] 　神殿中的金銀、器皿、就是尼布甲尼撒從耶路撒冷的殿中掠去帶到巴比倫廟裡的、古列王從巴比倫廟裡取出來、交給派為省長的、名叫設巴薩．
    [kjv] And the vessels also of gold and silver of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took out of the temple that was in Jerusalem, and brought them into the temple of Babylon, those did Cyrus the king take out of the temple of Babylon, and they were delivered unto one, whose name was Sheshbazzar, whom he had made governor;
    [strongs] 0638 And also 3984 the containers 1768 from 1005 the house of 0426 God, 1768 of 1722 gold 3702 and silver 1768 which 5020 Nebuchadnezzar 5312 took 4481 out of 1965 the temple 1768 that {was} 3390 in Jerusalem. 2987 And brought 1994 them 1965 into the temple 1768 of 0895 Babylon. 5312 took 1994 them 3567 Cyrus 4430 the king 4481 out of 1965 the temple 1768 of 0895 Babylon, 3052 and they were given 8340 to {one} Sheshbazzar 8036 his name, 1768 whom 6347 governor 7761 he made.
5:15 [cbb5] 對他說、可以將這些器皿帶去、放在耶路撒冷的殿中、在原處建造　神的殿。
    [kjv] And said unto him, Take these vessels, go, carry them into the temple that is in Jerusalem, and let the house of God be builded in his place.
    [strongs] 0560 And he said 0000 to him, 0412 these 3984 containers 5376 Take, 0236 go, 5182 deposit 1994 them 1965 in the temple 1768 that {is} 3390 in Jerusalem 1005 and the house of 0426 God 1124 let be built 5922 on 0870 its place.
5:16 [cbb5] 於是這設巴薩來建立耶路撒冷　神殿的根基．這殿、從那時直到如今、尚未造成。
    [kjv] Then came the same Sheshbazzar, and laid the foundation of the house of God which is in Jerusalem: and since that time even until now hath it been in building, and yet it is not finished.
    [strongs] 0116 Then 8340 Sheshbazzar 1791 that 0858 came 3052 and laid 0787 the foundations 1768 of 1005 the house of 0426 God, 1768 which {is} 3390 in Jerusalem. 4481 And from 0116 then 5705 even until 3705 now 1124 it has been building, 3809 but not 8000 is finished.
5:17 [cbb5] 現在王若以為美、請察巴比倫王的府庫、看古列王降旨、允准在耶路撒冷建造　神的殿沒有．王的心意如何、請降旨曉諭我們。
    [kjv] Now therefore, if it seem good to the king, let there be search made in the king's treasure house, which is there at Babylon, whether it be so, that a decree was made of Cyrus the king to build this house of God at Jerusalem, and let the king send his pleasure to us concerning this matter.
    [strongs] 3705 And now, 2006 if 5922 to 4430 the king 2869 is good, 1240 let it be investigated 1005 in the house 1596 treasure- 1768 of 4430 the king 8536 there, 1768 which {is} 0895 in Babylon, 2006 if 0383 there 1768 - 4481 from 3567 Cyrus, 4430 the king, 7761 was given 2942 a decree 1124 to build 1005 house of 0426 God 1791 that 3390 in Jerusalem. 7470 And the will of 4430 the king 5922 as 1836 to this {matter} 7972 let be sent 5922 to us.
