21:1 [cbb5] 耶和華按著先前的話、眷顧撒拉、便照他所說的給撒拉成就。
    [kjv] And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.
    [strongs] 3068 And Yahweh 6485 visited 0853 - 8283 Sarah, 0834 as 0559 He had said, 0559 and did 3068 the Lord 8283 for Sarah 0834 as 1696 He had promised.
21:2 [cbb5] 當亞伯拉罕年老的時候、撒拉懷了孕．到　神所說的日期、就給亞伯拉罕生了一個兒子。
    [kjv] For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
    [strongs] 2029 For conceived 3205 and gave birth 8283 Sarah 0085 for Abraham 1121 a son 2208 in his old age, 4150 at the appointed time 0834 that 1696 had spoken 0854 with him 0430 God.
21:3 [cbb5] 亞伯拉罕給撒拉所生的兒子起名叫以撒。
    [kjv] And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac.
    [strongs] 7121 And called 0085 Abraham 0853 - 8034 the name of 1121 the son 3205 who was born 0000 to him, 0834 whom 3205 had given birth 0000 for him 8283 Sarah, 3327 Isaac.
21:4 [cbb5] 以撒生下來第八日、亞伯拉罕照著　神所吩咐的、給以撒行了割禮。
    [kjv] And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him.
    [strongs] 4135 And circumcised 0085 Abraham 0853 - 3327 Isaac 1121 his son, 1121 a son of 8083 eight 3117 days, 0834 as 6680 had commanded 0853 him 0430 God.
21:5 [cbb5] 他兒子以撒生的時候、亞伯拉罕年一百歲。
    [kjv] And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.
    [strongs] 0085 And Abraham 1121 - 3467 {was} a hundred 8141 years {old} 3205 when was born 0000 to him 0853 - 3327 Isaac 1121 his son.
21:6 [cbb5] 撒拉說、　神使我喜笑、凡聽見的必與我一同喜笑。
    [kjv] And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 8283 Sarah, 6712 laughter 6213 has made 0000 for me 0430 God. 3605 All 8085 who hear 6717 will laugh 0000 with me.
21:7 [cbb5] 又說、誰能豫先對亞伯拉罕說、撒拉要乳養嬰孩呢、因為在他年老的時候、我給他生了一個兒子。
    [kjv] And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have born him a son in his old age.
    [strongs] 0559 And she said, 4310 Who 4448 could have said 0085 to Abraham, 3243 Will suckle 1121 children 8283 Sarah? 3588 Because 3205 I have given birth to 1121 a son 2208 for his old age.
21:8 [cbb5] 孩子漸長、就斷了奶．以撒斷奶的日子、亞伯拉罕設擺豐盛的筵席。
    [kjv] And the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned.
    [strongs] 1430 And grew 3206 the child 1580 and was weaned. 6213 And made 0085 Abraham 4960 a feast 1419 great 3117 on the day 1580 was weaned 0853 - 3327 Isaac.
21:9 [cbb5] 當時、撒拉看見埃及人夏甲給亞伯拉罕所生的兒子戲笑、
    [kjv] And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking.
    [strongs] 7200 And saw 8283 Sarah 0853 - 1121 the son of 1904 Hagar, 4713 the Egyptian, 0834 whom 3205 she had given birth 0085 for Abraham, 6711 mocking.
21:10 [cbb5] 就對亞伯拉罕說、你把這使女、和他兒子趕出去、因為這使女的兒子、不可與我的兒子以撒、一同承受產業。
    [kjv] Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.
    [strongs] 0559 And she said 0085 to Abraham, 1644 Drive away 0519 female slave 0000 this 0853 and 1121 her son, 3588 because 3808 not 2423 will inherit 1121 the son of 0519 female slave 0000 this 0000 with 1121 my son 0000 with 3327 Isaac!
21:11 [cbb5] 亞伯拉罕因他兒子的緣故很憂愁。
    [kjv] And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight because of his son.
    [strongs] 7451 And was bad 1697 the thing 3966 very 5869 in the eyes of 0085 Abraham 5921 on 0182 account of 1121 his son.
21:12 [cbb5] 　神對亞伯拉罕說、你不必為這童子和你的使女憂愁、凡撒拉對你說的話、你都該聽從．因為從以撒生的、纔要稱為你的後裔。
    [kjv] And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0430 God 0413 to 0085 Abraham, 0408 not 3415 Let it be bad 5869 in your eyes 5921 because of 5288 the boy 1121 and of 0519 your female slave. 3605 All 0834 that 0559 says 0413 to you 8283 Sarah, 8085 listen 6963 to her voice, 3588 because 3327 in Isaac 7121 will be called 0000 your 2233 seed.
21:13 [cbb5] 至於使女的兒子、我也必使他的後裔成立一國、因為他是你所生的。
    [kjv] And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.
    [strongs] 1571 And also, 0853 - 1121 the son of 0519 the female slave 1471 a nation 7760 I will make of him, 3588 because 2233 your seed 1931 he {is}.
21:14 [cbb5] 亞伯拉罕清早起來、拿餅和一皮袋水、給了夏甲、搭在他的肩上、又把孩子交給他、打發他走．夏甲就走了、在別是巴的曠野走迷了路。
    [kjv] And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.
    [strongs] 7925 And rose early 0085 Abraham 1242 in the morning, 3947 and took 3999 bread 2573 and a skin {container} of 4325 water, 5414 and gave {them} 0413 to 1904 Hagar, 7160 putting {them} 5921 on 7926 her shoulder, 0853 and 3206 the child, 7971 and sent her away. 1980 So she left 8582 and wandered 4057 in the desert of 0884 Beersheba.
21:15 [cbb5] 皮袋的水用盡了、夏甲就把孩子撇在小樹底下、
    [kjv] And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the shrubs.
    [strongs] 3615 And was gone 4321 the water 4480 from 2573 the skin {container}. 7993 Then she put 0853 - 3206 the child 8478 under 0259 one of 7880 the shrubs.
21:16 [cbb5] 自己走開約有一箭之遠、相對而坐、說、我不忍見孩子死、就相對而坐、放聲大哭。
    [kjv] And she went, and sat her down over against him a good way off, as it were a bow shot: for she said, Let me not see the death of the child. And she sat over against him, and lift up her voice, and wept.

21:17 [cbb5] 　神聽見童子的聲音．　神的使者從天上呼叫夏甲說、夏甲、你為何這樣呢、不要害怕、　神已經聽見童子的聲音了。
    [kjv] And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.
    [strongs] 8085 And heard 0430 God 0853 - 6763 the voice of 5288 the young boy. 7121 And called 4397 the Angel of 4304 God 0413 to 1904 Hagar 4480 out of 8064 the heavens, 0559 and he said 0000 to her, 4100 What ails 0000 you, 1404 Hagar? 0408 not 3372 Do fear, 3588 because 8085 has heard 0430 God 0413 - 6963 the voice of 5288 the boy, 0834 where 1931 he is 8082 there.
21:18 [cbb5] 起來、把童子抱在懷中、〔懷原文作手〕我必使他的後裔成為大國。
    [kjv] Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation.
    [strongs] 6965 Get up, 5375 pick up 0853 - 5288 the boy 2388 and hold up 0853 - 3027 your hand 0000 on him, 3588 because 1471 a nation 1419 great 7760 I will make of him.
21:19 [cbb5] 　神使夏甲的眼睛明亮、他就看見一口水井、便去將皮袋盛滿了水、給童子喝。
    [kjv] And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink.
    [strongs] 6491 And opened 0430 God 0853 - 5809 her eyes, 7200 and she saw 0875 a well of 4325 water. 1980 And she went 4390 and filled 0853 - 2573 the skin {container} 4320 {with} water, 8248 and she gave a drink 0853 to 5288 the young boy.
21:20 [cbb5] 　神保佑童子、他就漸長、住在曠野、成了弓箭手。
    [kjv] And God was with the lad; and he grew, and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer.
    [strongs] 1961 And was 0430 God 0000 with 5288 the boy. 1431 And he grew up, 1430 and he lived 4057 in the desert 1961 and became 7235 a great 7198 archer.
21:21 [cbb5] 他住在巴蘭的曠野、他母親從埃及地給他娶了一個妻子。
    [kjv] And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran: and his mother took him a wife out of the land of Egypt.
    [strongs] 3427 And he lived 4057 in the Desert of 6290 Paran. 3947 And took 0000 for him 0517 his mother 0802 a wife 0776 out of the land of 4714 Egypt.
21:22 [cbb5] 當那時候、亞比米勒同他軍長非各、對亞伯拉罕說、凡你所行的事、都有　神的保佑。
    [kjv] And it came to pass at that time, that Abimelech and Phichol the chief captain of his host spake unto Abraham, saying, God is with thee in all that thou doest:
    [strongs] 1961 And it was 6256 at time 1931 that 0559 spoke 0040 Abimelech 6369 and Phicol, 8269 the general of 6635 his army, 0413 to 0085 Abraham, 0559 saying, 0430 God 5973 is with you 3605 in all 0834 that 0859 you 6213 do!
21:23 [cbb5] 我願你如今在這裡指著　神對我起誓、不要欺負我與我的兒子、並我的子孫、我怎樣厚待了你、你也要照樣厚待我、與你所寄居這地的民。
    [kjv] Now therefore swear unto me here by God that thou wilt not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son's son: but according to the kindness that I have done unto thee, thou shalt do unto me, and to the land wherein thou hast sojourned.
    [strongs] 6258 So now 7650 swear 0000 to me 0430 by God 2008 here, 0518 that not 8266 will you lie 0000 to me, 5209 and to my son, 5220 and to my heir, 2617 according to the kindness 0834 which 7650 I have sworn 5973 to you. 6213 Do 0000 to me 5973 and to 0776 the land 0834 which 1481 you have lived 0000 in it.
21:24 [cbb5] 亞伯拉罕說、我情願起誓。
    [kjv] And Abraham said, I will swear.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0085 Abraham, 0595 I 7650 will swear!
21:25 [cbb5] 從前亞比米勒的僕人、霸佔了一口水井、亞伯拉罕為這事指責亞比米勒。
    [kjv] And Abraham reproved Abimelech because of a well of water, which Abimelech's servants had violently taken away.
    [strongs] 3198 And reproved 0085 Abraham 0853 - 0040 Abimelech 5921 because 0182 of 0875 a well of 4325 water 0834 which 1497 had seized 5650 the slaves of 0040 Abimelech.
21:26 [cbb5] 亞比米勒說、誰作這事我不知道、你也沒有告訴我、今日我纔聽見了。
    [kjv] And Abimelech said, I wot not who hath done this thing; neither didst thou tell me, neither yet heard I of it, but to day.

21:27 [cbb5] 亞伯拉罕把羊和牛給了亞比米勒、二人就彼此立約。
    [kjv] And Abraham took sheep and oxen, and gave them unto Abimelech; and both of them made a covenant.
    [strongs] 0085 Abraham 6624 sheep 1241 and oxen 5414 and gave {them} 0040 to Abimelech, 3772 and cut 8147 both of them 1285 a covenant.
21:28 [cbb5] 亞伯拉罕把七隻母羊羔另放在一處。
    [kjv] And Abraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock by themselves.
    [strongs] 5324 And set 0085 Abraham 0853 - 7657 seven 3535 ewe of lambs 6629 the flock 0000 by themselves.
21:29 [cbb5] 亞比米勒問亞伯拉罕說、你把這七隻母羊羔另放在一處、是甚麼意思呢。
    [kjv] And Abimelech said unto Abraham, What mean these seven ewe lambs which thou hast set by themselves?
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0040 Abmielech 0413 to 0085 Abraham, 4100 What 2008 are 7651 seven 3535 ewe lambs 0428 these 0834 which 5324 you have set 0000 by themselves?
21:30 [cbb5] 他說、你要從我手裡受這七隻母羊羔、作我挖這口井的證據。
    [kjv] And he said, For these seven ewe lambs shalt thou take of my hand, that they may be a witness unto me, that I have digged this well.

21:31 [cbb5] 所以他給那地方起名叫別是巴、因為他們二人在那裡起了誓。〔別是巴就是盟誓的井的意思〕
    [kjv] Wherefore he called that place Beersheba; because there they sware both of them.

21:32 [cbb5] 他們在別是巴立了約．亞比米勒就同他軍長非各、起身回非利士地去了。
    [kjv] Thus they made a covenant at Beersheba: then Abimelech rose up, and Phichol the chief captain of his host, and they returned into the land of the Philistines.
    [strongs] 3772 And they cut 1285 a covenant 0884 in Beersheba; 6965 and rose up 0040 Abimelech 6369 and Phicol 8269 the general 6635 of his army, 7725 and they returned 0413 to 0776 the land of 6430 the Philistines.
21:33 [cbb5] 亞伯拉罕在別是巴栽上一棵垂絲柳樹、又在那裡求告耶和華永生　神的名。
    [kjv] And Abraham planted a grove in Beersheba, and called there on the name of the LORD, the everlasting God.
    [strongs] 5193 And he planted 0815 a Tamarisk 0884 in Beersheba, 7121 and called 8033 there 8034 on the name of 3068 Yahweh 0410 the God 5769 everlasting.
21:34 [cbb5] 亞伯拉罕在非利士人的地寄居了多日。
    [kjv] And Abraham sojourned in the Philistines' land many days.
    [strongs] 1481 And lived 0085 Abraham 0776 in the land of 6430 the Philistines 3117 days 7227 many.
