37:1 [cbb5] 雅各住在迦南地、就是他父親寄居的地。
    [kjv] And Jacob dwelt in the land wherein his father was a stranger, in the land of Canaan.
    [strongs] 3427 And lived 3290 Jacob 0776 in the land of 4033 the travels of 0001 his father, 0776 in the land of 3667 Canaan.
37:2 [cbb5] 雅各的記略如下．約瑟十七歲與他哥哥們一同牧羊、他是個童子、與他父親的妾、辟拉悉帕的兒子們常在一處．約瑟將他哥哥們的惡行、報給他們的父親。
    [kjv] These are the generations of Jacob. Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flock with his brethren; and the lad was with the sons of Bilhah, and with the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives: and Joseph brought unto his father their evil report.
    [strongs] 0428 These 8435 {are} the generations of 3290 Jacob: 3127 Joseph, 1121 a son of 7651 - 6240 seventeen 6240 years, 1961 was 7412 tending 0854 with 0251 his brothers 6629 the flock. 1931 And he {was} 5288 a youth 0854 with 1121 the sons of 1090 Bilhah 0854 and with 1121 the sons of 2153 Zilpah, 0802 wives 0001 his father's. 0935 And brought 3127 Joseph 0853 - 1681 their report, 7451 a bad one, 0413 to 0001 their father.
37:3 [cbb5] 以色列原來愛約瑟過於愛他的眾子、因為約瑟是他年老生的、他給約瑟作了一件彩衣。
    [kjv] Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age: and he made him a coat of many colours.
    [strongs] 3478 And Israel 0157 loved 0853 - 3127 Joseph 3605 more than all of 1121 his sons, 3588 because 1121 a son of 2208 old age 1931 he {was} 0000 to him. 6213 And he made 0000 for him 3801 a long coat 6446 {reaching to} the feet.
37:4 [cbb5] 約瑟的哥哥們見父親愛約瑟過於愛他們、就恨約瑟、不與他說和睦的話。
    [kjv] And when his brethren saw that their father loved him more than all his brethren, they hated him, and could not speak peaceably unto him.
    [strongs] 7200 And saw 0251 his brothers 3588 that 0853 him 0157 loved 0001 their father 3605 more than all of 0251 his brothers, 8130 and they hated 0853 him. 3808 And not 3201 they were able 1696 to speak {to} him 7965 in peace.
37:5 [cbb5] 約瑟作了一夢、告訴他哥哥們、他們就越發恨他。
    [kjv] And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more.

37:6 [cbb5] 約瑟對他們說、請聽我所作的夢．
    [kjv] And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed:

37:7 [cbb5] 我們在田裡捆禾稼、我的捆起來站著、你們的捆來圍著我的捆下拜。
    [kjv] For, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf.
    [strongs] 2009 And look! 0000 We 0481 {were} binding 0485 sheaves 8432 in the middle of 7704 the field. 2009 And look, 6965 arose 0485 my sheaf 1571 and even 5324 stood up. 2009 And look, 5437 came around 0485 your sheaves 7812 and bowed themselves 0485 to my sheaf!
37:8 [cbb5] 他的哥哥們回答說、難道你真要作我們的王麼、難道你真要管轄我們麼．他們就因為他的夢、和他的話、越發恨他。
    [kjv] And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0000 to him 0251 his brothers, 4427 Indeed, 4427 will you reign 5921 over us 0518 or 4910 really 4910 will you rule 0000 over us? 3254 And they went on 5750 even more 8130 to hate 0853 him 5921 because 2472 of his dreams 5921 and because 1697 of his words.
37:9 [cbb5] 後來他又作了一夢、也告訴他的哥哥們說、看哪、我又作了一夢、夢見太陽、月亮、與十一個星、向我下拜。
    [kjv] And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.

37:10 [cbb5] 約瑟將這夢告訴他父親、和他哥哥們、他父親就責備他說、你作的這是甚麼夢、難道我和你母親、你弟兄、果然要來俯伏在地、向你下拜麼。
    [kjv] And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth?
    [strongs] 5608 And he told {it} 0413 to 0001 his father 0413 and to 0251 his brothers. 1605 And rebuked 0000 him 0001 his father 0559 and said 0000 to him, 4100 What 2472 {is} dream 0000 this 0834 which 2492 you have dreamed? 0000 Indeed, 0935 will we come, 0589 I 0517 and your mother, 0251 and your brothers, 7812 to bow ourselves 0000 to you 0776 to the ground?
37:11 [cbb5] 他哥哥們都嫉妒他．他父親卻把這話存在心裡。
    [kjv] And his brethren envied him; but his father observed the saying.
    [strongs] 7065 And envied 0000 him 0251 his brothers, 0001 but his father 8104 paid attention 0854 to 1697 the matter.
37:12 [cbb5] 約瑟的哥哥們往示劍去、放他們父親的羊。
    [kjv] And his brethren went to feed their father's flock in Shechem.
    [strongs] 1980 And went 0251 his brothers 7461 to tend 0853 - 6629 the flock of 0001 their father 7927 in Shechem.
37:13 [cbb5] 以色列對約瑟說、你哥哥們不是在示劍放羊麼、你來、我要打發你往他們那裡去。約瑟說、我在這裡。
    [kjv] And Israel said unto Joseph, Do not thy brethren feed the flock in Shechem? come, and I will send thee unto them. And he said to him, Here am I.

37:14 [cbb5] 以色列說、你去看看你哥哥們平安不平安、群羊平安不平安、就回來報信給我．於是打發他出希伯崙谷、他就往示劍去了。
    [kjv] And he said to him, Go, I pray thee, see whether it be well with thy brethren, and well with the flocks; and bring me word again. So he sent him out of the vale of Hebron, and he came to Shechem.
    [strongs] 0559 And he said 0000 to him, 1980 Go 4994 now, 7200 check on 0853 - 7965 the welfare of 0251 your brothers 0853 and 7965 the welfare of 6629 the flock, 7725 and bring to me 1697 word. 7971 And he sent him 6010 from the Valley of 2275 Hebron. 0935 And he came 7927 to Shechem,
37:15 [cbb5] 有人遇見他在田野走迷了路、就問他說、你找甚麼。
    [kjv] And a certain man found him, and, behold, he was wandering in the field: and the man asked him, saying, What seekest thou?
    [strongs] 4672 and found him 0376 a man, 2009 and, look, 8582 wandering 7704 in the field. 7592 And asked him 0376 the man, 0559 saying, 4100 What 1245 do you seek?
37:16 [cbb5] 他說、我找我的哥哥們、求你告訴我、他們在何處放羊。
    [kjv] And he said, I seek my brethren: tell me, I pray thee, where they feed their flocks.
    [strongs] 0559 And he said, 0853 my 0251 brothers 0595 I 1245 {am} seeking. 5046 tell 4994 Please 0000 me 0375 where 1992 they 7462 {are} tending.
37:17 [cbb5] 那人說、他們已經走了、我聽見他們說、要往多坍去．約瑟就去追趕他哥哥們、遇見他們在多坍。
    [kjv] And the man said, They are departed hence; for I heard them say, Let us go to Dothan. And Joseph went after his brethren, and found them in Dothan.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0376 the man, 5265 They have left 2088 here, 3588 because 8085 I heard 0559 {them} saying, 1980 Let us go 1886 toward Dothan. 1980 And went 3127 Joseph 0310 after 0251 his brothers 4672 and found them 1886 at Dothan.
37:18 [cbb5] 他們遠遠的看見他、趁他還沒有走到跟前、大家就同謀要害死他。
    [kjv] And when they saw him afar off, even before he came near unto them, they conspired against him to slay him.
    [strongs] 7200 And they saw 0853 him 7350 at a distance. 2962 And, before 7126 he came near 0413 to them, 5230 they plotted against 0853 him 4191 to kill him.
37:19 [cbb5] 彼此說、你看、那作夢的來了。
    [kjv] And they said one to another, Behold, this dreamer cometh.
    [strongs] 0559 And they said 0376 each 0413 to 0251 his brother, 2009 Look, 1167 master of 2472 dreams 1976 this 0935 coming!
37:20 [cbb5] 來罷、我們將他殺了、丟在一個坑裡、就說有惡獸把他喫了、我們且看他的夢將來怎麼樣。
    [kjv] Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit, and we will say, Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams.
    [strongs] 6258 And now 1980 come, 2026 let us kill him 7992 and throw him 0259 into one of 0953 the pits. 0559 And let us say, 2416 An animal 7451 ferocious 0398 has eaten him. 7200 And let us see 4100 what 1961 will become of 2472 his dreams.
37:21 [cbb5] 流便聽見了要救他脫離他們的手、說、我們不可害他的性命。
    [kjv] And Reuben heard it, and he delivered him out of their hands; and said, Let us not kill him.
    [strongs] 8085 And heard 7205 Reuben 5337 and saved him 3027 from their hand, 0559 and said, 3808 not 5221 Let us take his 5315 life.
37:22 [cbb5] 又說、不可流他的血、可以把他丟在這野地的坑裡、不可下手害他．流便的意思是要救他脫離他們的手、把他歸還他的父親。
    [kjv] And Reuben said unto them, Shed no blood, but cast him into this pit that is in the wilderness, and lay no hand upon him; that he might rid him out of their hands, to deliver him to his father again.
    [strongs] 0559 Then said 0413 to them 7205 Reuben, 3808 not 8210 Do shed 1818 blood! 7993 Throw 0853 him 0413 into 0953 pit 0000 this, 0834 which {is} 4057 in the desert; 3027 but a hand 0408 not 7760 lay 0000 on him 0000 (in order to 5337 deliver 0853 him 3027 from their hands 7725 to return him 0413 to 0001 his father).
37:23 [cbb5] 約瑟到了他哥哥們那裡、他們就剝了他的外衣、就是他穿的那件彩衣．
    [kjv] And it came to pass, when Joseph was come unto his brethren, that they stript Joseph out of his coat, his coat of many colours that was on him;
    [strongs] 1961 And 0834 when 0935 came 3127 Joseph 0413 to 0251 his brothers, 6584 they stripped {from} 0854 - 3127 Joseph 0853 his 3801 long coat, 0853 - 3801 the long coat 6446 reaching to the feet 0834 which {was} 5921 on him.
37:24 [cbb5] 把他丟在坑裡．那坑是空的、裡頭沒有水。
    [kjv] And they took him, and cast him into a pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.
    [strongs] 7947 And they took him 7993 and threw 0853 him 0953 into the pit, 0953 the pit {being} 7386 empty, 0369 no 0000 in it 4325 water.
37:25 [cbb5] 他們坐下喫飯、舉目觀看、見有一夥米甸的以實瑪利人、從基列來、用駱駝馱著香料、乳香、沒藥、要帶下埃及去。
    [kjv] And they sat down to eat bread: and they lifted up their eyes and looked, and, behold, a company of Ishmeelites came from Gilead with their camels bearing spicery and balm and myrrh, going to carry it down to Egypt.
    [strongs] 3427 And they sat down 0398 to eat 3899 food. 5375 Then they raised 5869 their eyes 7200 and looked, 2009 and behold, 0732 a caravan of 3459 Ishmaelites 0935 {were} coming 1568 from Gilead. 1581 And their camels 5375 {were} carrying 5219 spices 6875 and balm, 3910 and ladanum, 1980 going 3381 to take {them} down 4714 to Egypt.
37:26 [cbb5] 猶大對眾弟兄說、我們殺我們的兄弟、藏了他的血、有甚麼益處呢。
    [kjv] And Judah said unto his brethren, What profit is it if we slay our brother, and conceal his blood?
    [strongs] 0559 And said 3063 Judah 0413 to 0251 his brothers, 4100 What 1215 gain 3588 that 2026 we kill 0853 - 0251 our brother 3680 and conceal 0853 - 1818 his blood?
37:27 [cbb5] 我們不如將他賣給以實瑪利人、不可下手害他、因為他是我們的兄弟、我們的骨肉．眾弟兄就聽從了他。
    [kjv] Come, and let us sell him to the Ishmeelites, and let not our hand be upon him; for he is our brother and our flesh. And his brethren were content.
    [strongs] 1980 Come, 4376 let us sell him 3459 to the Ishmaelites, 3027 and our hand 0408 not 1961 let be 0000 upon him, 3588 because he is 0251 our brother, 1320 our flesh, 1931 He is. 8085 And listened 0251 his brothers.
37:28 [cbb5] 有些米甸的商人、從那裡經過、哥哥們就把約瑟從坑裡拉上來、講定二十舍客勒銀子、把約瑟賣給以實瑪利人．他們就把約瑟帶到埃及去了。
    [kjv] Then there passed by Midianites merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for twenty pieces of silver: and they brought Joseph into Egypt.
    [strongs] 5674 And came by 0376 men, 4084 Midianites, 5503 traders. 4900 And they pulled up 5927 and took 0853 - 3127 Joseph 4480 out of 0953 the pit. 4376 And they sold 0853 - 3127 Joseph 3459 to the Ishmaelites 6242 for twenty pieces of 3701 silver. 0935 And they took 0853 - 3127 Joseph 4714 into Egypt.
37:29 [cbb5] 流便回到坑邊、見約瑟不在坑裡、就撕裂衣服。
    [kjv] And Reuben returned unto the pit; and, behold, Joseph was not in the pit; and he rent his clothes.
    [strongs] 7725 Then came 7205 Reuben 0413 to 0953 the pit, 2009 and look, 0369 was not 3127 Joseph 0953 in the pit! 7167 And he tore 0853 - 0899 his clothes.
37:30 [cbb5] 回到兄弟們那裡、說、童子沒有了、我往那裡去纔好呢。
    [kjv] And he returned unto his brethren, and said, The child is not; and I, whither shall I go?
    [strongs] 0935 And he came 0413 to 0251 his brothers 0559 and said, 8206 The youth 0369 he is not; 0589 and I, 0595 where 0589 I 0935 will go?
37:31 [cbb5] 他們宰了一隻公山羊、把約瑟的那件彩衣染了血．
    [kjv] And they took Joseph's coat, and killed a kid of the goats, and dipped the coat in the blood;
    [strongs] 3947 And they took 0853 - 3801 long coat 3127 Joseph's 7919 and killed 8163 a ram of 5795 the goats 2881 and dipped 0853 - 3801 the long coat 1818 in the blood.
37:32 [cbb5] 打發人送到他們的父親那裡說、我們撿了這個、請認一認、是你兒子的外衣不是。
    [kjv] And they sent the coat of many colours, and they brought it to their father; and said, This have we found: know now whether it be thy son's coat or no.
    [strongs] 7971 And they sent 0853 - 3801 the long coat 6446 reaching to the feet, 0935 and they brought {it} 0413 to 0001 their father, 0559 and said, 0000 This 4672 we have found! 5234 Look, 4994 now 3801 {is} long coat 1121 your son's 1931 it, 0518 or 3808 not?
37:33 [cbb5] 他認得、就說、這是我兒子的外衣、有惡獸把他喫了、約瑟被撕碎了、撕碎了。
    [kjv] And he knew it, and said, It is my son's coat; an evil beast hath devoured him; Joseph is without doubt rent in pieces.
    [strongs] 5234 And he recognized it 0559 and said, 3801 long coat 1121 My son's! 2416 An animal 7451 ferocious 0398 has eaten him! 2963 is torn to pieces 2963 surely 3127 Joseph!
37:34 [cbb5] 雅各便撕裂衣服、腰間圍上麻布、為他兒子悲哀了多日。
    [kjv] And Jacob rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his loins, and mourned for his son many days.
    [strongs] 7167 And tore 3290 Jacob 8071 his clothes 7760 and put 8242 sackcloth 4975 on his body. 0056 And he mourned 5921 for 1121 his son 3117 days 7227 many.
37:35 [cbb5] 他的兒女都起來安慰他．他卻不肯受安慰、說、我必悲哀著下陰間到我兒子那裡．約瑟的父親就為他哀哭。
    [kjv] And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning. Thus his father wept for him.
    [strongs] 6965 And arose 3605 all 1121 his sons 3605 and all 1323 his daughters 5162 to comfort him, 3985 but he refused 5162 to be comforted. 0559 And he said, 3588 I will 3381 go down 0413 to 1121 my son 0057 mourning, 7585 to Sheol. 1058 And wept 0853 for him 0001 his father.
37:36 [cbb5] 米甸人帶約瑟到埃及、把他賣給法老的內臣、護衛長波提乏。
    [kjv] And the Midianites sold him into Egypt unto Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh's, and captain of the guard.
