耶利米書 Jeremiah 38
38:1 [cbb5] 瑪坦的兒子示法提雅、巴施戶珥的兒子基大利、示利米雅的兒子猶甲、瑪基雅的兒子巴示戶珥聽見耶利米對眾人所說的話、說、
    [kjv] Then Shephatiah the son of Mattan, and Gedaliah the son of Pashur, and Jucal the son of Shelemiah, and Pashur the son of Malchiah, heard the words that Jeremiah had spoken unto all the people, saying,
    [strongs] 8085 And heard 8203 Shephatiah 1121 the son of 4977 Mattan, 1436 and Gedaliah 1121 the son of 6583 Pashhur, 3116 and Jucal 1121 the son of 8018 Shelemiah, 6583 and Pashhur 1121 the son of 4441 Malchiah 1697 the words 0000 that 3414 Jeremiah 1696 had spoken 0413 to 3605 all 5971 the people, 0559 saying,
38:2 [cbb5] 耶和華如此說、住在這城裡的、必遭刀劍、飢荒、瘟疫而死．但出去歸降迦勒底人的、必得存活、就是以自己命為掠物的、必得存活。
    [kjv] Thus saith the LORD, He that remaineth in this city shall die by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence: but he that goeth forth to the Chaldeans shall live; for he shall have his life for a prey, and shall live.
    [strongs] 3541 Thus 0559 says 3068 Yahweh, 3427 He who remains 5892 in city 0000 this 4191 will die 2719 by the sword, 7458 by the famine, 5061 and by the plague. 3318 But he going out 3778 to the Chaldeans 2421 will live. 1961 And will be 0000 to him 5315 his life 7998 as a prize, 7931 and he will live.
38:3 [cbb5] 耶和華如此說、這城必要交在巴比倫王軍隊的手中．他必攻取這城。
    [kjv] Thus saith the LORD, This city shall surely be given into the hand of the king of Babylon's army, which shall take it.
    [strongs] 3541 Thus 0559 says 3068 Yahweh, 5414 Surely 5414 will be given 5892 city 0000 this 3027 into the hand of 6635 army 4428 the king of 0894 Babylon's 3920 and he will take it.
38:4 [cbb5] 於是首領對王說、求你將這人治死．因他向城裡剩下的兵丁和眾民說這樣的話、使他們的手發軟．這人不是求這百姓得平安、乃是叫他們受災禍。
    [kjv] Therefore the princes said unto the king, We beseech thee, let this man be put to death: for thus he weakeneth the hands of the men of war that remain in this city, and the hands of all the people, in speaking such words unto them: for this man seeketh not the welfare of this people, but the hurt.

38:5 [cbb5] 西底家王說、他在你們手中．無論何事、王也不能與你們反對。
    [kjv] Then Zedekiah the king said, Behold, he is in your hand: for the king is not he that can do any thing against you.
    [strongs] 0559 Then said 4428 the king, 6667 Zedekiah, 2009 Look, 1931 he {is} 3027 in your hand. 3588 For 3808 not 4428 the king 3201 is able to do 0000 against you 1697 {any} thing.
38:6 [cbb5] 他們就拿住耶利米、下在哈米勒的兒子〔或作王的兒子〕瑪基雅的牢獄裡．那牢獄在護衛兵的院中．他們用繩子將耶利米繫下去。牢獄裡沒有水、只有淤泥．耶利米就陷在淤泥中。
    [kjv] Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was in the court of the prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon there was no water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.
    [strongs] 3947 Then they took 3414 Jeremiah 7993 and threw 0000 him 0413 into 0953 the pit of 4441 Malchiah 1121 the son of 4428 the king, 0834 which {was} 2691 in the court of 4307 the guardhouse. 7971 And they let down 3414 Jeremiah 5688 with ropes, 0953 and in the pit 0669 not was 4325 water, 0518 only 2916 mud. 2883 So sank 3414 Jeremiah 2916 into the mud.
38:7 [cbb5] 在王宮的太監、古實人以伯米勒、聽見他們將耶利米下了牢獄、（那時王坐在便雅憫門口）
    [kjv] Now when Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, one of the eunuchs which was in the king's house, heard that they had put Jeremiah in the dungeon; the king then sitting in the gate of Benjamin;
    [strongs] 8085 And heard 5663 Ebedmelech, 3568 the Ethiopian 0376 man of 5631 the eunuchs 0834 which {was} 1004 in house 4428 the king's, 0000 that 5414 they had put 3414 Jeremiah 0413 into 0953 the pit. 4428 And the king 3427 sitting 8179 in the gate of 1144 Benjamin.
38:8 [cbb5] 以伯米勒就從王宮裡出來、對王說、
    [kjv] Ebedmelech went forth out of the king's house, and spake to the king saying,
    [strongs] 3318 And went out 5663 Ebedmelech 1004 of house 4428 the king's 1696 and spoke 0413 to 4428 the king, 0559 saying,
38:9 [cbb5] 主我的王阿、這些人向先知耶利米一味地行惡、將他下在牢獄中．他在那裡必因飢餓而死．因為城中再沒有糧食。
    [kjv] My lord the king, these men have done evil in all that they have done to Jeremiah the prophet, whom they have cast into the dungeon; and he is like to die for hunger in the place where he is: for there is no more bread in the city.

38:10 [cbb5] 王就吩咐古實人以伯米勒說、你從這裡帶領三十人、趁著先知耶利米未死以前、將他從牢獄中提上來。
    [kjv] Then the king commanded Ebedmelech the Ethiopian, saying, Take from hence thirty men with thee, and take up Jeremiah the prophet out of the dungeon, before he die.
    [strongs] 6680 Then commanded 4428 the king 5663 Ebedmelech 3568 the Ethiopian, 0559 saying, 0394 Take 3027 in your hand 0000 from here 7970 thirty 0376 men, 5375 and lift up 3414 Jeremiah 5030 the prophet 0000 out of 0953 the pit 2962 before 4191 he dies.
38:11 [cbb5] 於是以伯米勒帶領這些人同去、進入王宮、到庫房以下、從那裡取了些碎布和破爛的衣服、用繩子縋下牢獄去到耶利米那裡。
    [kjv] So Ebedmelech took the men with him, and went into the house of the king under the treasury, and took thence old cast clouts and old rotten rags, and let them down by cords into the dungeon to Jeremiah.
    [strongs] 3947 So took 5663 Ebedmelech 0376 the men 3027 in his hand 0935 and went into 1004 house 4428 the king's 0000 to 8478 under 0214 the treasury. 3947 And he took 8033 from there 1094 worn out 8008 clothes 1094 and worn out 4418 rags 0797 and let them down 0000 to 3414 Jeremiah 0413 into 0953 the pit 2256 by ropes.
38:12 [cbb5] 古實人以伯米勒、對耶利米說、你用這些碎布和破爛的衣服放在繩子上、墊你的胳肢窩．耶利米就照樣行了。
    [kjv] And Ebedmelech the Ethiopian said unto Jeremiah, Put now these old cast clouts and rotten rags under thine armholes under the cords. And Jeremiah did so.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 5663 Ebedmelech 3568 the Ethiopian 0413 to 3414 Jeremiah. 7760 Put 4994 now 1094 {these} worn out 8008 clothes 4418 and rags 8478 under 0679 the armpits of 3027 your hands, 8478 under 5688 the ropes. 6213 And did 3414 Jeremiah 0000 so.
38:13 [cbb5] 這樣、他們用繩子將耶利米從牢獄著拉上來．耶利米仍在護衛兵的院中。
    [kjv] So they drew up Jeremiah with cords, and took him up out of the dungeon: and Jeremiah remained in the court of the prison.
    [strongs] 4900 So they drew up 3414 Jeremiah 5688 with ropes 3318 and took out 0000 him 0000 of 0953 the pit. 7931 And lived 3414 Jeremiah 2691 in the court of 4307 the guardhouse.
38:14 [cbb5] 西底家王打發人帶領先知耶利米、進耶和華殿中第三門裡見王．王就對耶利米說、我要問你一件事、你絲毫不可向我隱瞞。
    [kjv] Then Zedekiah the king sent, and took Jeremiah the prophet unto him into the third entry that is in the house of the LORD: and the king said unto Jeremiah, I will ask thee a thing; hide nothing from me.

38:15 [cbb5] 耶利米對西底家說、我若告訴你、你豈不定要殺我麼．我若勸戒你、你必不聽從我。
    [kjv] Then Jeremiah said unto Zedekiah, If I declare it unto thee, wilt thou not surely put me to death? and if I give thee counsel, wilt thou not hearken unto me?
    [strongs] 0559 Then said 3414 Jeremiah 0413 to 6667 Zedekiah, 0000 If 5046 I declare {it} 0000 to you, 3808 not 4191 surely 4191 will you execute me? 0000 And if 3289 I counsel you, 3808 not 8085 you will listen 0000 to me.
38:16 [cbb5] 西底家王就私下向耶利米說、我指著那造我們生命之永生的耶和華起誓、我必不殺你、也不將你交在尋索你命的人手中。
    [kjv] So Zedekiah the king sware secretly unto Jeremiah, saying, As the LORD liveth, that made us this soul, I will not put thee to death, neither will I give thee into the hand of these men that seek thy life.
    [strongs] 7650 And swore 4428 the king 6667 Zedekiah 0413 to 3414 Jeremiah 3909 secretly, 0559 saying, 2421 {As} lives 3068 Yahweh, 0834 who 8384 made 0000 for us 5315 soul 0000 this, 3808 not 4191 I will execute you, 3808 and not 5414 I will give you 3027 into the hand of 0376 men 0428 these 0834 who 1245 seek 5315 your life.
38:17 [cbb5] 耶利米對西底家說、耶和華萬軍之　神、以色列的　神如此說、你若出去歸降巴比倫王的首領、你的命就必存活、這城也不至被火焚燒．你和你的全家都必存活。
    [kjv] Then said Jeremiah unto Zedekiah, Thus saith the LORD, the God of hosts, the God of Israel; If thou wilt assuredly go forth unto the king of Babylon's princes, then thy soul shall live, and this city shall not be burned with fire; and thou shalt live, and thine house:
    [strongs] 0559 Then said 3414 Jeremiah 0413 to 6667 Zedekiah, 3541 Thus 0559 says 3068 Yahweh, 0430 the God of 6635 armies, 0430 the God of 3478 Israel, 0000 If 3318 surely 3318 you will go out 0000 to 5387 princes 4428 the king of 0894 Babylon's, 2421 then will live 5315 your soul, 5892 and city 0000 this 3808 not 0813 will be burned 0784 with fire. 2421 And will live 0000 you 1004 and your household.
38:18 [cbb5] 你若不出去歸降巴比倫王的首領、這城必交在迦勒底人手中．他們必用火焚燒、你也不得脫離他們的手。
    [kjv] But if thou wilt not go forth to the king of Babylon's princes, then shall this city be given into the hand of the Chaldeans, and they shall burn it with fire, and thou shalt not escape out of their hand.
    [strongs] 0518 But if 3808 not 3318 you will go out 0000 to 5387 princes 4428 the king of 0894 Babylon's, 5414 then will be given 5892 city 0000 this 3027 into the hands of 3778 the Chaldeans, 8313 and they will burn it 0784 with fire, 0000 and you 3808 not 4422 will escape 3027 out of their hand.
38:19 [cbb5] 西底家王對耶利米說、我怕那些投降迦勒底人的猶大人、恐怕迦勒底人將我交在他們手中、他們戲弄我。
    [kjv] And Zedekiah the king said unto Jeremiah, I am afraid of the Jews that are fallen to the Chaldeans, lest they deliver me into their hand, and they mock me.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 4428 the king 6667 Zedekiah 0413 to 3414 Jeremiah, 0589 I 1672 am afraid of 3064 the Jews 0834 who 5307 have fallen 0000 to 3778 the Chaldeans, 6435 lest 5414 they deliver 0000 me 5414 into their hands, 5953 and they abuse 0000 me.
38:20 [cbb5] 耶利米說、迦勒底人必不將你交出。求你聽從我對你所說耶和華的話．這樣、你必得好處、你的命也必存活。
    [kjv] But Jeremiah said, They shall not deliver thee. Obey, I beseech thee, the voice of the LORD, which I speak unto thee: so it shall be well unto thee, and thy soul shall live.
    [strongs] 0559 But said 3414 Jeremiah, 3808 not 5414 They will give. 8085 obey 4994 Please 6963 the voice of 3068 Yahweh 0834 which 0589 I 1696 am speaking 0000 to you. 3190 And it will be well 0000 with you, 2421 and will live 5315 your soul.
38:21 [cbb5] 你若不肯出去、耶和華指示我的話乃是這樣．
    [kjv] But if thou refuse to go forth, this is the word that the LORD hath shewed me:
    [strongs] 0518 But if 3986 refuse 0000 you 3318 to go out, 0000 this {is} 1697 the word 0834 which 7200 has shown me 3068 Yahweh.
38:22 [cbb5] 猶大王宮著所剩的婦女、必都帶到巴比倫王的首領那裡．這些婦女必說、你知己的朋友催逼你、勝過你．見你的腳陷入淤泥中．就轉身退後了。
    [kjv] And, behold, all the women that are left in the king of Judah's house shall be brought forth to the king of Babylon's princes, and those women shall say, Thy friends have set thee on, and have prevailed against thee: thy feet are sunk in the mire, and they are turned away back.
    [strongs] 2009 And listen, 3605 all 0802 the women 0834 who 7604 are left 1004 in house 4428 the king of 3063 Judah's 3318 will be brought out 0413 to 5387 princes 4428 the king of 0894 Babylon's, 1992 and they 0559 will say, 5496 have seduced 3201 and have prevailed 0000 against you 0376 The men of 7965 your peace. 2883 have sunk 1206 in the mire 7272 Your feet 5472 and they turned 1973 back.
38:23 [cbb5] 人必將你的后妃、和你的兒女、帶到迦勒底人那裡．你也不得脫離他們的手、必被巴比倫王的手捉住．你也必使這城被火焚燒。
    [kjv] So they shall bring out all thy wives and thy children to the Chaldeans: and thou shalt not escape out of their hand, but shalt be taken by the hand of the king of Babylon: and thou shalt cause this city to be burned with fire.
    [strongs] 0000 And 3605 all 0802 your wives 0000 and 1121 your sons 0006 they will bring out 0413 to 3778 the Chaldeans. 0859 And you 3808 not 4422 will escape 3027 out of their hand 0000 but 3027 by the hand of 4428 the king of 0894 Babylon 8610 will be seized. 0000 And 5892 city 0000 this 0813 will be burned 0784 with fire.
38:24 [cbb5] 西底家對耶利米說、不要使人知道這些話、你就不至於死。
    [kjv] Then said Zedekiah unto Jeremiah, Let no man know of these words, and thou shalt not die.
    [strongs] 0559 Then said 6667 Zedekiah 0413 to 3414 Jeremiah, 0376 a man 0408 not 3045 Let know 1697 of words 0428 these, 3808 and not 4191 you will die.
38:25 [cbb5] 首領若聽見了我與你說話、就來見你、問你說、你對王說甚麼話、不要向我們隱瞞、我們就不殺你．王向你說甚麼話、也要告訴我們．
    [kjv] But if the princes hear that I have talked with thee, and they come unto thee, and say unto thee, Declare unto us now what thou hast said unto the king, hide it not from us, and we will not put thee to death; also what the king said unto thee:
    [strongs] 0000 But if 8085 hear 8269 the rulers 0000 that 1696 I have talked 0000 with you, 0935 and they come 0000 to you 0559 and say 0000 to you, 5046 Tell 4994 now 0000 us 0000 what 0559 you said 0413 to 4428 the king. 0408 not 3582 Do hide {it} 0000 from us, 3808 and not 4191 we will kill you. 4100 Also what 1696 said to you 4428 the king.
38:26 [cbb5] 你就對他們說、我在王面前懇求不要叫我回到約拿單的房屋死在那裡。
    [kjv] Then thou shalt say unto them, I presented my supplication before the king, that he would not cause me to return to Jonathan's house, to die there.

38:27 [cbb5] 隨後眾首領來見耶利米、問他、他就照王所吩咐的一切話回答他們。他們不再與他說話．因為事情沒有洩漏。
    [kjv] Then came all the princes unto Jeremiah, and asked him: and he told them according to all these words that the king had commanded. So they left off speaking with him; for the matter was not perceived.
    [strongs] 0935 Then came 3605 all 8269 the rulers 0413 to 3414 Jeremiah 7592 and asked 0000 him. 5046 And he told 0000 them 3605 according to all 1697 words 0428 these 0000 that 6680 had ordered 4428 the king. 2790 And they were quiet 0000 with him. 3588 For 3808 not 8085 was heard 1697 the matter.
38:28 [cbb5] 於是耶利米仍在護衛兵的院中、直到耶路撒冷被攻取的日子。
    [kjv] So Jeremiah abode in the court of the prison until the day that Jerusalem was taken: and he was there when Jerusalem was taken.
    [strongs] 3427 So lived 3414 Jeremiah 2691 in the court of 4307 the guardhouse 5704 until 3117 the day 7617 was captured 3389 Jerusalem. 1961 And he was {present} 0000 when 7617 was captured 3389 Jerusalem.
