21:1 [cbb5] 以色列人在米斯巴曾起誓說、我們都不將女兒給便雅憫人為妻。
    [kjv] Now the men of Israel had sworn in Mizpeh, saying, There shall not any of us give his daughter unto Benjamin to wife.
    [strongs] 0376 And the man of 3478 Israel 7650 had sworn 4701 in Mispeh, 0559 saying, 0376 A man 0000 from us 5414 not will give 1359 his daughter 1144 to Benjamin 0802 for a wife.
21:2 [cbb5] 以色列人來到伯特利坐在　神面前直到晚上放聲痛哭、
    [kjv] And the people came to the house of God, and abode there till even before God, and lifted up their voices, and wept sore;
    [strongs] 0935 And came 5971 the people 1008 to Bethel, 3427 and sat 8033 there 5704 until 6153 the evening 6440 before 0430 God, 5375 and lifted up 6963 their voice 1058 and wept 1065 a weeping 1419 great,
21:3 [cbb5] 說、耶和華以色列的　神阿、為何以色列中有這樣缺了一支派的事呢。
    [kjv] And said, O LORD God of Israel, why is this come to pass in Israel, that there should be to day one tribe lacking in Israel?
    [strongs] 0559 and said, 4100 Why, 3068 O Yahweh 0430 God of 3478 Israel, 1961 has happened 0000 this 6256 in 3478 Israel, 6485 to be lacking 3117 today 3478 from Israel 7626 tribe 0259 one?
21:4 [cbb5] 次日清早百姓起來、在那裡築了一座壇、獻燔祭和平安祭。
    [kjv] And it came to pass on the morrow, that the people rose early, and built there an altar, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings.
    [strongs] 1961 And it was, 4283 on the next day, 7925 that rose early 5971 the people 1129 and built 8033 there 4196 an altar, 5927 and offered 5930 burnt-offerings 8002 and peace-offerings.
21:5 [cbb5] 以色列人彼此問說、以色列各支派中、誰沒有同會眾上到耶和華面前來呢．先是以色列人起過大誓說、凡不上米斯巴到耶和華面前來的、必將他治死。
    [kjv] And the children of Israel said, Who is there among all the tribes of Israel that came not up with the congregation unto the LORD? For they had made a great oath concerning him that came not up to the LORD to Mizpeh, saying, He shall surely be put to death.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 1121 the sons of 3478 Israel, 4310 Who {is} 0834 he that 3808 not 5927 did come up 6951 in the assembly 3605 out of all 7626 the tribes of 3478 Israel 0413 to 3068 Yahweh? 0000 Because 7651 a oath 1419 great 1961 had occurred 0834 concerning him that 3808 not 5927 did come up 0413 to 3068 Yahweh 4709 to Mizpeh, 0559 saying, 4191 surely 4191 He will be executed.
21:6 [cbb5] 以色列人為他們的弟兄便雅憫後悔、說、如今以色列中絕了一個支派了。
    [kjv] And the children of Israel repented them for Benjamin their brother, and said, There is one tribe cut off from Israel this day.
    [strongs] 5162 And had regrets 1121 the sons of 3478 Israel 0413 concerning 1144 Benjamin 0251 their brother, 0559 and said, 1438 Has been cut off 3117 today 7626 tribe 0259 one 3478 from Israel!
21:7 [cbb5] 我們既在耶和華面前起誓說、必不將我們的女兒給便雅憫人為妻、現在我們當怎樣辦理、使他們剩下的人有妻呢。
    [kjv] How shall we do for wives for them that remain, seeing we have sworn by the LORD that we will not give them of our daughters to wives?
    [strongs] 4100 What 6213 will we do 0000 for them, 3498 for those who remain, 0802 for wives? 0587 Because we 7650 have sworn 3068 by Yahweh 3808 not 5414 to give 0000 to them 1323 of our daughters 0802 for wives.
21:8 [cbb5] 又彼此問說、以色列支派中誰沒有上米斯巴到耶和華面前來呢．他們就查出基列雅比沒有一人進營到會眾那裡．
    [kjv] And they said, What one is there of the tribes of Israel that came not up to Mizpeh to the LORD? And, behold, there came none to the camp from Jabeshgilead to the assembly.
    [strongs] 0559 And they said, 0259 What one 7626 out of the tribes of 3478 Israel 0834 who 3808 not 0935 did come 3068 to Yahweh 4709 to Mizpeh? 2009 And, listen, 3808 not 0935 had come 0376 a man 0413 into 4411 the camp 3003 from Jabesh- 1568 Gilead 0413 to 6951 the assembly.
21:9 [cbb5] 因為百姓被數的時候、沒有一個基列雅比人在那裡。
    [kjv] For the people were numbered, and, behold, there were none of the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead there.
    [strongs] 6817 And were mustered 5971 the people 2009 and, listen, 8033 not was there 0376 a man 3427 of the inhabitants of 3003 Jabesh- 1568 Gilead.
21:10 [cbb5] 會眾就打發一萬二千大勇士、吩咐他們說、你們去用刀將基列雅比人連婦女帶孩子都擊殺了。
    [kjv] And the congregation sent thither twelve thousand men of the valiantest, and commanded them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead with the edge of the sword, with the women and the children.
    [strongs] 7971 And sent 5712 the congregation 8147 twelve 6240 - 0505 thousand 0376 men 1121 of the sons of 2428 strong, 6680 and commanded 0000 them, 0559 saying, 1980 Go, 5221 and you will strike down 3427 the inhabitants of 3003 Jabesh- 1568 Gilead 6310 with the edge 2719 sword's 0802 even the women 2945 and the little ones.
21:11 [cbb5] 所當行的就是這樣、要將一切男子、和已嫁的女子盡行殺戮．
    [kjv] And this is the thing that ye shall do, Ye shall utterly destroy every male, and every woman that hath lain by man.
    [strongs] 2088 And this {is} 1697 the thing 0834 which 6213 you will do 2145 every male. 3605 And every 0802 woman, 3045 sexually experienced 4904 by lying with 2145 a male, 2763 you will destroy.
21:12 [cbb5] 他們在基列雅比人中、遇見了四百個未嫁的處女、就帶到迦南地的示羅營裡。
    [kjv] And they found among the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead four hundred young virgins, that had known no man by lying with any male: and they brought them unto the camp to Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan.
    [strongs] 4672 And they found 3427 among the inhabitants of 3003 Jabesh- 1568 Gilead 0702 four 3967 hundred 5291 young women, 1330 virgins, 0834 who 3808 not 3045 had sexual relations with 0376 a man 4904 by lying with 2145 a male. 5927 And they brought 0000 them 0413 into 4411 the camp 2882 at Shiloh, 0834 which {is} 0776 in the land of 3667 Canaan.
21:13 [cbb5] 全會眾打發人到臨門磐的便雅憫人那裡、向他們說和睦的話。
    [kjv] And the whole congregation sent some to speak to the children of Benjamin that were in the rock Rimmon, and to call peaceably unto them.
    [strongs] 7971 And sent 3605 all 5712 the congregation 1696 and spoke 0413 to 1121 the sons of 1144 Benjamin 0834 who {were} 5553 at the Rock of 7414 Rimmon, 7121 and proclaimed 0000 to them, 7965 Peace.
21:14 [cbb5] 當時便雅憫人回來了、以色列人就把所存活基列雅比的女子給他們為妻、還是不彀。
    [kjv] And Benjamin came again at that time; and they gave them wives which they had saved alive of the women of Jabeshgilead: and yet so they sufficed them not.
    [strongs] 7725 And returned 1144 Benjamin 6256 at time 1931 that. 5414 And they gave 0000 to them 0802 the women 0834 whom 2421 they had kept alive 0802 of the women of 3003 Jabesh- 1568 Gilead, 3808 but not 4672 they had found 0000 for them 3651 so.
21:15 [cbb5] 百姓為便雅憫人後悔、因為耶和華使以色列人缺了一個支派〔原文作使以色列中有了破口〕。
    [kjv] And the people repented them for Benjamin, because that the LORD had made a breach in the tribes of Israel.
    [strongs] 5971 And the people 5162 felt sorry 1144 for Benjamin, 6213 because had made 3068 Yahweh 6556 a gap 7626 among the tribes of 3478 Israel.
21:16 [cbb5] 會中的長老說、便雅憫中的女子既然除滅了、我們當怎樣辦理、使那餘剩的人有妻呢。
    [kjv] Then the elders of the congregation said, How shall we do for wives for them that remain, seeing the women are destroyed out of Benjamin?
    [strongs] 0559 And said 2205 the elders of 5712 the congregation, 4100 What 6213 should we do 3498 for the remnant 0802 for wives, 0000 because 8045 have been destroyed 1144 out of Benjamin 0802 the women?
21:17 [cbb5] 又說、便雅憫逃脫的人當有地業、免得以色列中塗抹了一個支派。
    [kjv] And they said, There must be an inheritance for them that be escaped of Benjamin, that a tribe be not destroyed out of Israel.
    [strongs] 0559 And they said, 3425 A legacy, 6443 the survivor 1144 of Benjamin 3808 that not 4229 may be blotted out 7616 a tribe 3478 from Israel.
21:18 [cbb5] 只是我們不能將自己的女兒給他們為妻、因為以色列人曾起誓說、有將女兒給便雅憫人為妻的、必受咒詛。
    [kjv] Howbeit we may not give them wives of our daughters: for the children of Israel have sworn, saying, Cursed be he that giveth a wife to Benjamin.
    [strongs] 0587 But we 3808 not 3207 are able 5414 to give 0000 to them 0802 wives 1323 from our daughters, 0000 because 7650 have sworn 1121 the sons of 3478 Israel, 0559 saying, 0779 Cursed he {is} 5414 who gives 0802 a wife 1144 to Benjamin!
21:19 [cbb5] 他們又說、在利波拿以南、伯特利以北、在示劍大路以東的示羅、年年有耶和華的節期。
    [kjv] Then they said, Behold, there is a feast of the LORD in Shiloh yearly in a place which is on the north side of Bethel, on the east side of the highway that goeth up from Bethel to Shechem, and on the south of Lebonah.
    [strongs] 0559 And they said, 2009 Listen, 2282 {there is} a feast of 3068 Yahweh 7887 in Shiloh 3117 from days 3117 to days 0834 which {is} 6828 on the north 1008 of Bethel, 4217 toward the sunrising 4546 by the highway 5927 which goes up 1008 from Bethel 7928 to Shechem, 5015 and on the south 3829 of Lebonah.
21:20 [cbb5] 就吩咐便雅憫人說、你們去、在葡萄園中埋伏、
    [kjv] Therefore they commanded the children of Benjamin, saying, Go and lie in wait in the vineyards;
    [strongs] 5046 And they told 1121 the sons of 1144 Benjamin, 0559 saying, 1980 Go, 0693 and you will lie in wait 3754 in the vineyards,
21:21 [cbb5] 若看見示羅的女子出來跳舞、就從葡萄園出來、在示羅的女子中各搶一個為妻．回便雅憫地去。
    [kjv] And see, and, behold, if the daughters of Shiloh come out to dance in dances, then come ye out of the vineyards, and catch you every man his wife of the daughters of Shiloh, and go to the land of Benjamin.
    [strongs] 7200 and you will watch. 2009 And, listen, 0518 if 3318 come out 1323 the daughters of 7886 Shiloh 2313 to dance 4246 in dances, 3318 then you will go out 4480 from 3754 the vineyards, 2414 and catch 0000 of you 0376 each man 0802 his wife 1323 from the daughters of 7886 Shiloh, 1980 and go to 0776 the land of 1144 Benjamin.
21:22 [cbb5] 他們的父親、或是弟兄若來與我們爭競、我們就說、求你們看我們的情面、施恩給這些人、因我們在爭戰的時候沒有給他們留下女子為妻。這也不是你們將女子給他們的、若是你們給的、就算有罪。
    [kjv] And it shall be, when their fathers or their brethren come unto us to complain, that we will say unto them, Be favourable unto them for our sakes: because we reserved not to each man his wife in the war: for ye did not give unto them at this time, that ye should be guilty.
    [strongs] 1961 And it will be, 3588 when 3053 come 0001 their fathers 0176 or 0251 their brothers 7378 to contend 0000 to us, 0559 that we will say 0000 to them, 2603 Favor us 0853 {with} them 3588 for 3808 not 3947 we did take 0376 each man 0802 his wife 4421 in battle, 3588 because if 3808 not 0859 you 5414 did give 0000 to them 6256 as {this} time, 0816 you would be guilty.
21:23 [cbb5] 於是便雅憫人照樣而行、按著他們的數目從跳舞的女子中搶去為妻、就回自己的地業去、又重修城邑居住。
    [kjv] And the children of Benjamin did so, and took them wives, according to their number, of them that danced, whom they caught: and they went and returned unto their inheritance, and repaired the cities, and dwelt in them.
    [strongs] 0559 And did 3651 so, 1121 the sons of 1144 Benjamin, 3947 and took 0802 women 4557 according to their number 4480 out of 2342 the dancers 0834 whom 1497 they had seized. 1980 And they went 7725 and returned 0413 to 5159 their inheritance 1129 and built 5892 the cities, 3427 and lived 0000 in them.
21:24 [cbb5] 當時以色列人離開那裡、各歸本支派、本宗族、本地業去了。
    [kjv] And the children of Israel departed thence at that time, every man to his tribe and to his family, and they went out from thence every man to his inheritance.
    [strongs] 1980 And went up and down 8033 from there 1121 the sons of 3478 Israel 6256 at time 1931 that, 0376 each 7626 to his tribe, 4940 and to his family. 3318 And they departed 8033 from there, 0376 every man 0959 to his inheritance.
21:25 [cbb5] 那時以色列中沒有王、各人任意而行。
    [kjv] In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that
    [strongs] 3117 In days 1992 those 0369 there was no 4428 king 3478 in Israel. 0376 Each man 3225 the right 5869 in his {own} eyes 6213 did.
