22:1 [cbb5] 以色列人起行、在摩押平原、約但河東、對著耶利哥安營。
    [kjv] And the children of Israel set forward, and pitched in the plains of Moab on this side Jordan by Jericho.
    [strongs] 5265 And moved 1121 the sons of 3478 Israel 2583 and camped 6160 on the plains of 4124 Moab, 1973 beyond 3383 {the} Jordan {River}, 3405 {by} Jericho.
22:2 [cbb5] 以色列人向亞摩利人所行的一切事、西撥的兒子巴勒都看見了。
    [kjv] And Balak the son of Zippor saw all that Israel had done to the Amorites.
    [strongs] 7200 And saw 1111 Balek, 1121 the son of 6834 Zippor, 3605 all 0834 that 6213 had done 3478 Israel 0567 to the Amorites.
22:3 [cbb5] 摩押人因以色列民甚多、就大大懼怕、心內憂急。
    [kjv] And Moab was sore afraid of the people, because they were many: and Moab was distressed because of the children of Israel.
    [strongs] 3372 And was afraid 4124 Moab 0000 because of 5971 the people 3966 very much, 3588 because 7227 many 1961 it {was} 0697 and was vexed 4124 Moab 6440 due to 1121 the sons of 3478 Israel.
22:4 [cbb5] 對米甸的長老說、現在這眾人要把我們四圍所有的、一概餂盡、就如牛餂盡田間的草一般．那時西撥的兒子巴勒、作摩押王。
    [kjv] And Moab said unto the elders of Midian, Now shall this company lick up all that are round about us, as the ox licketh up the grass of the field. And Balak the son of Zippor was king of the Moabites at that time.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 4124 Moab 0413 to 2205 the elders of 4080 Midian, 6258 Now 3897 is licking up 6951 this assembly 3605 all 5439 is that around us 3897 as licks up 1241 the ox 3418 the grass of 7704 the field. 1111 And Balak, 1121 the son of 6834 Zippor, 4428 {was} king 4124 of Moab 6256 at time 1931 that.
22:5 [cbb5] 他差遣使者往大河邊的毘奪去、到比珥的兒子巴蘭本鄉那裡、召巴蘭來說、有一宗民從埃及出來、遮滿地面、與我對居。
    [kjv] He sent messengers therefore unto Balaam the son of Beor to Pethor, which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they abide over against me:
    [strongs] 7971 And he sent 4397 messengers 0413 to 1109 Balaam, 1121 the son of 1160 Beor, 6604 to Pethor, 0834 which {is} 5921 beside 5104 the river of 0776 the land of 1121 the sons of 5971 his people, 7121 to call 0000 for him, 0559 saying, 2009 Listen, 5971 a people 0935 has come 4714 out of Egypt! 2009 Listen, 3680 it has covered 6440 the faces of 0776 the earth, 1961 and it 3427 is sitting 4136 next to me.
22:6 [cbb5] 這民比我強盛、現在求你來為我咒詛他們、或者我能得勝、攻打他們、趕出此地、因為我知道你為誰祝福、誰就得福．你咒詛誰、誰就受咒詛。
    [kjv] Come now therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people; for they are too mighty for me: peradventure I shall prevail, that we may smite them, and that I may drive them out of the land: for I wot that he whom thou blessest is blessed, and he whom thou cursest is cursed.
    [strongs] 6258 And now, 3053 come 4994 please. 7043 Curse 0000 for me 5971 people 0000 this. 6099 stronger 1931 It {is} 4480 than I; 0194 perhaps 3201 I will prevail, 5221 so that we may strike 0000 them, 1644 so that I may expel them 4480 from 0776 the land, 0000 because 3045 I know that 0000 he whom 1288 you bless 1288 is blessed, 0000 and he whom 0779 you curse 0779 is cursed.
22:7 [cbb5] 摩押的長老和米甸的長老、手裡拿著卦金到了巴蘭那裡、將巴勒的話都告訴了他。
    [kjv] And the elders of Moab and the elders of Midian departed with the rewards of divination in their hand; and they came unto Balaam, and spake unto him the words of Balak.
    [strongs] 3212 And left 2205 the elders of 4124 Moab 2205 and the elders of 4080 Midian 7081 with the seer's fee 3027 in their hand. 0935 And they came 1109 to Balaam 1696 and spoke 0000 to him 1697 the words of 1111 Balak.
22:8 [cbb5] 巴蘭說、你們今夜在這裡住宿、我必照耶和華所曉諭我的、回報你們．摩押的臣就在巴蘭那裡住下了。
    [kjv] And he said unto them, Lodge here this night, and I will bring you word again, as the LORD shall speak unto me: and the princes of Moab abode with Balaam.
    [strongs] 0559 And he said 0000 to them, 3885 Stay 6310 here 3915 tonight, 7725 and I will bring back 0000 to you 1697 word, 0834 as 1696 may speak 3068 Yahweh 0000 to me. 3885 And stayed 0352 the leaders of 4124 Moab 5973 {were} with 1109 Balaam.
22:9 [cbb5] 　神臨到巴蘭那裡說、在你這裡的人都是誰。
    [kjv] And God came unto Balaam, and said, What men are these with thee?
    [strongs] 0935 And came 0430 God 0413 to 1109 Balaam 0559 and said, 4310 Who 0376 men 0428 {are} these 5973 with you?:
22:10 [cbb5] 巴蘭回答說、是摩押王西撥的兒子巴勒、打發人到我這裡來、說、
    [kjv] And Balaam said unto God, Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, hath sent unto me, saying,
    [strongs] 0559 And said 1109 Balaam 0413 to 0430 God, 1111 Balak, 1121 the son of 6834 Zippor, 4428 king of 4124 Moab, 7971 has sent 0000 to me.
22:11 [cbb5] 從埃及出來的民遮滿地面、你來為我咒詛他們、或者我能與他們爭戰、把他們趕出去。
    [kjv] Behold, there is a people come out of Egypt, which covereth the face of the earth: come now, curse me them; peradventure I shall be able to overcome them, and drive them out.
    [strongs] 2009 {saying} Look, 5971 a people 3318 has come out 4714 of Egypt 3680 which covers 5869 the eye of 0776 the earth. 6258 Now, 3053 come! 7043 Curse 0000 for me 0000 them! 0194 Perhaps 3201 I will be able 3898 to overcome 0000 it 1644 and expel it.
22:12 [cbb5] 　神對巴蘭說、你不可同他們去、也不可咒詛那民、因為那民是蒙福的。
    [kjv] And God said unto Balaam, Thou shalt not go with them; thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0430 God 0413 to 1109 Balaam, 3808 not 1988 You must go 0000 with them. 3808 not 7043 You must curse 5971 the people, 0000 because 1288 blessed 1931 it {is}.
22:13 [cbb5] 巴蘭早晨起來、對巴勒的使臣說、你們回本地去罷、因為耶和華不容我和你們同去。
    [kjv] And Balaam rose up in the morning, and said unto the princes of Balak, Get you into your land: for the LORD refuseth to give me leave to go with you.
    [strongs] 2224 And rose 1109 Balaam 1242 in the morning 0559 and said 0413 to 7860 the chiefs of 1111 Balak, 1980 Go 0413 to 0127 your land, 0000 because 3985 has refused 3068 Yahweh 5414 to allow me 1980 to go 0000 with you.
22:14 [cbb5] 摩押的使臣就起來、回巴勒那裡去、說、巴蘭不肯和我們同來。
    [kjv] And the princes of Moab rose up, and they went unto Balak, and said, Balaam refuseth to come with us.
    [strongs] 6965 And arose 7860 the chiefs of 4124 Moab 0935 and came 0413 to 1111 Balak, 0559 and said, 3985 refuses 1109 Balaam 0935 to come 0000 with us.
22:15 [cbb5] 巴勒又差遣使臣、比先前的又多又尊貴。
    [kjv] And Balak sent yet again princes, more, and more honourable than they.
    [strongs] 3254 And again 5750 yet 1111 Balak 7971 sent 8269 chiefs 7227 more 3513 and more honorable 0000 than they.
22:16 [cbb5] 他們到了巴蘭那裡、對他說、西撥的兒子巴勒這樣說、求你不容甚麼事攔阻你不到我這裡來、
    [kjv] And they came to Balaam, and said to him, Thus saith Balak the son of Zippor, Let nothing, I pray thee, hinder thee from coming unto me:
    [strongs] 0935 And they came 1109 to Balaam 0559 and said 0000 to him, 3541 Thus 0559 says 1111 Balak, 1121 the son of 6834 Zippor, 0408 not 4994 Please 4513 do be hindered 1980 from coming 0000 to me,
22:17 [cbb5] 因為我必使你得極大的尊榮、你向我要甚麼。我就給你甚麼．只求你來為我咒詛這民。
    [kjv] For I will promote thee unto very great honour, and I will do whatsoever thou sayest unto me: come therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people.
    [strongs] 0000 because 3513 with honor 3513 I will honor you 3966 very much, 3605 and all 0000 that 0000 you 0559 say 0000 to me 6213 I will do. 0935 But come 4994 please! 7043 Curse 0000 for me 5971 people 0000 this!
22:18 [cbb5] 巴蘭回答巴勒的臣僕說、巴勒就是將他滿屋的金銀給我、我行大事小事也不得越過耶和華我　神的命。
    [kjv] And Balaam answered and said unto the servants of Balak, If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the word of the LORD my God, to do less or more.
    [strongs] 6030 And replied 1109 Balaam 0559 and said 0413 to 5650 the servants of 1111 Balak, 5414 If would give 0000 to me 1111 Balak 4392 full of 1004 his house 3704 silver 2091 and gold, 3808 not 3201 I could 5674 go beyond 6210 the mouth of 3068 Yahweh, 0430 my God, 6213 to do anything 6996 small 0000 or 1419 great.
22:19 [cbb5] 現在我請你們今夜在這裡住宿、等我得知耶和華還要對我說甚麼。
    [kjv] Now therefore, I pray you, tarry ye also here this night, that I may know what the LORD will say unto me more.
    [strongs] 6258 And now, 5975 stay 4994 please 2088 here, 1571 also 0859 you, 3915 tonight. 3045 And I will know 4100 what 3254 more 3068 Yahweh 1696 may speak 0000 to me.
22:20 [cbb5] 當夜、　神臨到巴蘭那裡說、這些人若來召你、你就起來同他們去、你只要遵行我對你所說的話。
    [kjv] And God came unto Balaam at night, and said unto him, If the men come to call thee, rise up, and go with them; but yet the word which I shall say unto thee, that shalt thou do.
    [strongs] 0935 And came 0430 God 0413 to 1109 Balaam 3915 at night, 0559 and said 0000 to him, 0000 If 7121 to call 0000 you 0935 have come 0376 the men, 6965 arise 1980 go 0000 with them, 0389 and only 1697 the thing 0000 that 1696 I speak 0000 to you, 0000 it 6213 you will do!
22:21 [cbb5] 巴蘭早晨起來、備上驢、和摩押的使臣一同去了。
    [kjv] And Balaam rose up in the morning, and saddled his ass, and went with the princes of Moab.
    [strongs] 2224 So, rose 1109 Balaam 1242 in the morning 2280 and saddled 2543 his donkey, 1980 and went 0000 with 7860 the chiefs of 4124 Moab.
22:22 [cbb5] 　神因他去就發了怒．耶和華的使者站在路上敵擋他。他騎著驢有兩個僕人跟隨他。
    [kjv] And God's anger was kindled because he went: and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him. Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two servants were with him.
    [strongs] 2734 And glowed 0639 anger 0430 God's 3588 because 1980 went 0000 he. 3320 And set Himself 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh 1870 in the road, 7854 as an enemy 0000 against him. 1931 And he 7392 was riding 5921 on 2543 his donkey, 8147 and two of 5288 his young men 5973 {were} with him.
22:23 [cbb5] 驢看見耶和華的使者站在路上、手裡有拔出來的刀、就從路上跨進田間、巴蘭便打驢要叫他回轉上路。
    [kjv] And the ass saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and the ass turned aside out of the way, and went into the field: and Balaam smote the ass, to turn her into the way.
    [strongs] 7200 And saw 2543 the donkey 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh 5975 standing 1870 in the road, 2719 and His sword 8025 drawn 3027 in His hand. 5186 And turned 2543 the donkey 4480 out of 1870 the road 1980 and went 7704 into a field. 5221 So, beat 1109 Balaam 2543 the donkey 5186 to turn it back into 1870 the road.
22:24 [cbb5] 耶和華的使者就站在葡萄園的窄路上、這邊有牆、那邊也有牆。
    [kjv] But the angel of the LORD stood in a path of the vineyards, a wall being on this side, and a wall on that side.
    [strongs] 5975 And stood 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh 4934 in a narrow path of 3754 the vineyards, 1447 a wall {being} 2088 on this {side} 1447 and a wall 2088 on that.
22:25 [cbb5] 驢看見耶和華的使者就貼靠牆、將巴蘭的腳擠傷了巴蘭又打驢。
    [kjv] And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she thrust herself unto the wall, and crushed Balaam's foot against the wall: and he smote her again.
    [strongs] 7200 And saw 2543 the donkey 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh 3905 and she thrust herself 0413 to 7023 the wall 3905 and crushed 7272 foot 1109 Balaam's 0413 against 7023 the wall. 3254 And he again 5221 struck her.
22:26 [cbb5] 耶和華的使者又往前去、站在狹窄之處、左右都沒有轉折的地方。
    [kjv] And the angel of the LORD went further, and stood in a narrow place, where was no way to turn either to the right hand or to the left.
    [strongs] 0000 And 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh 5674 passed on 5975 and stood 4725 in a place 6862 narrow, 0834 where 0369 there was no 1870 way 5467 to turn, 3225 either to the right 8040 or to the left.
22:27 [cbb5] 驢看見耶和華的使者就臥在巴蘭底下、巴蘭發怒用杖打驢。
    [kjv] And when the ass saw the angel of the LORD, she fell down under Balaam: and Balaam's anger was kindled, and he smote the ass with a staff.
    [strongs] 7200 And saw 2543 the donkey 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh, 7257 and she lay down 8478 under 1109 Balaam. 2734 And glowed 0639 anger 1109 Balaam's, 5221 and he beat 2543 the donkey 4294 with his rod.
22:28 [cbb5] 耶和華叫驢開口、對巴蘭說、我向你行了甚麼。你竟打我這三次呢。
    [kjv] And the LORD opened the mouth of the ass, and she said unto Balaam, What have I done unto thee, that thou hast smitten me these three times?
    [strongs] 6605 Then opened 3068 Yahweh 6310 the mouth of 2543 the donkey, 0559 and she said 1109 to Balaam, 4100 What 6213 have I done 0000 to you, 0000 that 5221 you have beaten me 0428 these 7969 three 7272 times?
22:29 [cbb5] 巴蘭對驢說、因為你戲弄我、我恨不能手中有刀、把你殺了。
    [kjv] And Balaam said unto the ass, Because thou hast mocked me: I would there were a sword in mine hand, for now would I kill thee.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 1109 Balaam 0860 to the donkey, 3588 Because 5953 you have insulted 0000 me. 0000 If only 1961 there were 2719 a sword 3027 in my hand, 0000 because 6258 now 2026 I would kill you.
22:30 [cbb5] 驢對巴蘭說、我不是你從小時直到今日所騎的驢麼。我素常向你這樣行過麼．巴蘭說沒有。
    [kjv] And the ass said unto Balaam, Am not I thine ass, upon which thou hast ridden ever since I was thine unto this day? was I ever wont to do so unto thee? And he said, Nay.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 2543 the donkey 0413 to 1109 Balaam, 3808 Am not 0589 I 2543 your donkey, 0834 which 7392 you have ridden 5921 on 5750 all your life long 0413 to 3117 day 0000 this? 5532 Was ever 5532 I known 6213 to do 0000 to you 3541 so? 0559 And he said, 3808 No.
22:31 [cbb5] 當時、耶和華使巴蘭的眼目明亮、他就看見耶和華的使者站在路上、手裡有拔出來的刀．巴蘭便低頭俯伏在地。
    [kjv] Then the LORD opened the eyes of Balaam, and he saw the angel of the LORD standing in the way, and his sword drawn in his hand: and he bowed down his head, and fell flat on his face.
    [strongs] 1540 Then opened 3068 Yahweh 5869 the eyes of 1109 Balaam, 7200 and he saw 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh 5975 standing 1870 in the road, 2719 with His sword 8025 drawn 3027 in His hand. 7812 And he bowed 5307 and fell 6440 on his face.
22:32 [cbb5] 耶和華的使者對他說、你為何這三次打你的驢呢．我出來敵擋你、因你所行的、在我面前偏僻。
    [kjv] And the angel of the LORD said unto him, Wherefore hast thou smitten thine ass these three times? behold, I went out to withstand thee, because thy way is perverse before me:
    [strongs] 0559 And said 0000 to him 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh, 4100 Why 5221 have you struck 2543 your donkey 0428 these 7969 three 7272 times? 2009 Listen, 0595 I 0935 have come 7854 as an enemy 3399 because is contrary 1870 your way 0000 to Me.
22:33 [cbb5] 驢看見我就三次從我面前偏過去、驢若沒有偏過去、我早把你殺了、留他存活。
    [kjv] And the ass saw me, and turned from me these three times: unless she had turned from me, surely now also I had slain thee, and saved her alive.
    [strongs] 7200 And saw Me 2543 the donkey 5186 and turned away from 6440 in front of Me 0428 these 7969 three 7272 times. 0194 If not 5186 she had turned away 0000 from Me, 3588 surely 6258 now 0000 you 2026 I would have killed, 0000 and her 2421 preserved alive.
22:34 [cbb5] 巴蘭對耶和華的使者說、我有罪了、我不知道你站在路上阻擋我、你若不喜歡我去、我就轉回。
    [kjv] And Balaam said unto the angel of the LORD, I have sinned; for I knew not that thou stoodest in the way against me: now therefore, if it displease thee, I will get me back again.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 1109 Balaam 0413 to 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh, 2398 I have sinned, 0000 because 3808 not 3045 I did know 3588 that 0859 You 5324 stood 7125 against me 1870 in the road. 6258 Now, 0518 If 7451 harm {is} 5869 in Your eyes, 7725 I will turn back 0000 by myself.
22:35 [cbb5] 耶和華的使者對巴蘭說、你同這些人去罷、你只要說我對你說的話．於是巴蘭同著巴勒的使臣去了。
    [kjv] And the angel of the LORD said unto Balaam, Go with the men: but only the word that I shall speak unto thee, that thou shalt speak. So Balaam went with the princes of Balak.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 4397 the Angel of 3068 Yahweh 0413 to 1109 Balaam, 1980 Go 5973 with 0376 the men, 0657 and only 1697 the word 0834 which 1696 I speak 0000 to you, 0000 it 1696 you will speak. 1980 And went 1109 Balaam 5973 with 7860 the chiefs of 1111 Balak.
22:36 [cbb5] 巴勒聽見巴蘭來了、就往摩押京城去迎接他．這城是在邊界上、在亞嫩河旁。
    [kjv] And when Balak heard that Balaam was come, he went out to meet him unto a city of Moab, which is in the border of Arnon, which is in the utmost coast.
    [strongs] 8085 And when heard 1111 Balak 3588 that 0935 had come 1109 Balaam, 3318 and had gone 7125 to meet him, 0413 to 5892 a town of 4124 Moab, 0834 which {is} 5921 on 1366 the border of 0769 {the} Arnon {River}, 0834 which {is} 7097 in outermost 1366 the border.
22:37 [cbb5] 巴勒對巴蘭說、我不是急急的打發人到你那裡去召你麼。你為何不到我這裡來呢。我豈不能使你得尊榮麼。
    [kjv] And Balak said unto Balaam, Did I not earnestly send unto thee to call thee? wherefore camest thou not unto me? am I not able indeed to promote thee to honour?
    [strongs] 0559 Then said 1111 Balak 0413 to 1109 Balaam, 3808 Did not 7971 earnestly 7971 I send 0000 to you 7121 to call 0000 for you? 4100 Why 3808 not 1980 did you come 0000 to me? 0552 Am truly 3808 not 3201 I able 3513 to honor you?
22:38 [cbb5] 巴蘭說、我已經到你這裡來了、現在我豈能擅自說甚麼呢．　神將甚麼話傳給我、我就說甚麼。
    [kjv] And Balaam said unto Balak, Lo, I am come unto thee: have I now any power at all to say any thing? the word that God putteth in my mouth, that shall I speak.
    [strongs] 0559 And said 1109 Balaam 0413 to 1111 Balak, 2233 Look, 3381 I have come 0000 to you! 6258 Now, 3615 at all 3201 am I able 1696 to speak 1697 anything? 1697 The word 0834 which 7760 puts 0430 God 6310 in my mouth, 0853 that 1696 will I speak.
22:39 [cbb5] 巴蘭和巴勒同行、來到基列胡瑣。
    [kjv] And Balaam went with Balak, and they came unto Kirjathhuzoth.
    [strongs] 1980 And went 1109 Balaam 5973 with 1111 Balak 0935 and they came to 7157 Kirjath- 2351 Huzoth.
22:40 [cbb5] 巴勒宰了〔原文作獻〕牛羊、送給巴蘭和陪伴的使臣。
    [kjv] And Balak offered oxen and sheep, and sent to Balaam, and to the princes that were with him.
    [strongs] 2076 And sacrificed 1111 Balak 1241 cattle 6629 and sheep, 7971 and sent 1109 to Balaam, 8269 and to the leaders 0834 who {were} 0854 with him.
22:41 [cbb5] 到了早晨、巴勒領巴蘭到巴力的高處、巴蘭從那裡觀看以色列營的邊界。
    [kjv] And it came to pass on the morrow, that Balak took Balaam, and brought him up into the high places of Baal, that thence he might see the utmost part of the people.
    [strongs] 1961 And it was 1242 in the morning, 3447 that took 1111 Balak 1109 Balaam 5927 and sent him up to 4791 the high places of 1168 Baal. 7200 And he saw 8033 from there 7097 the edge of 5971 the people.
