| 121:1 | （上行之诗）我要向山举目。我的帮助从何而来。 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. | ||
| 121:2 | 我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. | ||
| 121:3 | 他必不叫你的脚摇动。保护你的必不打盹。 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. | ||
| 121:4 | 保护以色列的，也不打盹，也不睡觉。 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. | ||
| 121:5 | 保护你的是耶和华。耶和华在你的右边荫庇你。 The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. | ||
| 121:6 | 白日太阳必不伤你，夜间月亮必不害你。 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. | ||
| 121:7 | 耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害。他要保护你的性命。 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. | ||
| 121:8 | 你出你入耶和华要保护你，从今时直到永远。 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore. | ||
