| 32:1 | （大卫的训诲诗）得赦免其过，遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的。 Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. | ||
| 32:2 | 凡心里没有诡诈，耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的。 Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. | ||
| 32:3 | 我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼，而骨头枯乾。 When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long. | ||
| 32:4 | 黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重。我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的乾旱。（细拉） For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah. | ||
| 32:5 | 我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说，我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪。（细拉） I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. | ||
| 32:6 | 为此，凡虔诚人，都当趁你可寻梢的时候祷告你。大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。 For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him. | ||
| 32:7 | 你是我藏身之处。你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌，四面环绕我。（细拉） Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah. | ||
| 32:8 | 我要教导你，指示你当行的路。我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. | ||
| 32:9 | 你不可像那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住他，不然，就不能顺服。 Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee. | ||
| 32:10 | 恶人必多受苦楚。唯独倚靠耶和华的，必有慈爱四面环绕他。 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about. | ||
| 32:11 | 你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐。你们心里正直的人，都当欢呼。 Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart. | ||
